Online learning is a big challenge for schools, teachers, and parents because they are required to be able to manage and design learning media to achieve learning goals and prevent student boredom during online learning. This article describes one of the learning media for elementary school students by making animated videos that can be easily understood. The goal was to provide learning methods to attract students' interest in online learning during the pandemic. This learning model emphasized visualization and summary explanation of the material. Community service partners, in this case, are teachers at SD Sumberwindu I, Tanjung Anom District, Nganjuk Regency, and 5th-grade students. Activities are carried out by identifying school problems and training in making animated videos. While using the animated video, the learning purpose will be easy to achieve. This also increases the motivation of the students to be more active in learning by their shelf and seeking new knowledge related to the video. In this community service, we introduced learning materials in the form of animated videos and uploaded them to a YouTube channel. Those videos can be accessed either by teachers or students. Those business units include agriculture, plantations, fisheries, and animal husbandry. Alas, the most common problems in business management are irregular fish feeding, unchecked water quality leading to many fish growing slowly or dying, and the high use of PLN electricity for business unit operations. The aim of the Community Service Program (PKM) was to design automatic tools supported by New Renewable Energy (EBT) technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT) in the form of a Solar Home System. Automatic feeding devices and pond water quality sensors were targeted to overcome the aforementioned issues. The method used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) was research and development (RD) through the design of the Solar Home System, automatic feeding devices, and pond water quality sensors. After testing the fish feed tools, the condition of the fish improved, and no fish died. Monitoring the pH of pond water shows a pH value of 6.5 – 7 so that it can be categorized as normal with a stable water circulation system. Photovoltaic is a technology that converts solar energy into electrical energy. This equipment is used as a backup when the power is off. However, the partners did not understand how to maintain the photovoltaic system. The proposed solution was to conduct training on photovoltaic system maintenance. This activity aimed to provide knowledge for those in charge of operations on photovoltaic system maintenance methods. The applied method was tutorial/training and practice. The presented materials were photovoltaic technology, installation, and maintenance. The evaluation was to compare test results before and after training. The evaluation showed that this training increased participants' knowledge about photovoltaic systems by 25.29%. This training can be further developed in a community environment by adding photovoltaic installations in the vicinity. The results of this service program showed that the design of communicative physical evidence, in general, can increase the intention to return, which is indicated by an increase in the consumer experience. Thus, the Community Partnership Program aims to overcome these problems to obtain additional income from oyster mushroom cultivation. The applied method was through a tutorial and practical. Techniques for implementing activities included training, practice, and mentoring. This activity incited the motivation of persons with disabilities in Argodadi Village. Knowledge and skills also increased in oyster mushroom cultivation, and dry food products from oyster mushrooms could be produced. In addition, the understanding of persons with disabilities in management and entrepreneurship could be improved. The assistance to the Argodadi Village Disability Group was held so that independent entrepreneurs could function properly. The system for switching resources from solar panels to PLN sources or vice versa is carried out automatically with an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) circuit so that no human resources are needed for its operations. The performance of the solar home system is the most important element in the supply system, so it needs to be monitored regularly. This program aims to design a solar home system performance monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The method applied in this program is Design Improvement. The design of the system is made by adding a series of electrical components that are applied to the solar home system at the location. The power, current, voltage, and light intensity generated by the solar home system are sent to the application via the internet in real-time. The results of testing the implementation of an IoT-based monitoring system design can work optimally with a 100% success rate. This service activity seeks to (a) raise awareness and the active role of the community in environmental conservation and (b) increase community self-reliance through waste management. The solutions and methods applied are participatory. The community, as the main actor in healthy environmental action, processes waste into products of economic value. The results of service activities show the formation of community mindsets and behavior in waste management based on the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, and recycle). Waste is processed into organic fertilizer with the help of waste processing equipment. As a result, social support involving cadres for families with stroke patients is necessary. The service activity aims to increase the knowledge of health cadres about social support for stroke patients and implement social support for stroke patients and their families. The implementation method was through two stages. The first stage was the training of health cadres in Gedangan District with 70 cadres from 15 villages, while stage 2 was empowering health cadres in the community. Each cadre provides social support for families/stroke patients according to where the cadres live. Each cadre was provided with a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed descriptively. The activity results stated that all cadres found that stroke patients and their families experienced stress due to the illness, agreed that stroke patients and their families needed attention, and citizens needed to be prepared if someone had a stroke. In addition, the knowledge of health cadres increases, and cadres are happy with the social support program for stroke patients and their families. The visited stroke patients were happy because they received attention and support. The number of workers is determined by fluctuations in orders. Therefore, workers’ wages are difficult to include in the calculation of HPP. In response, community service activities were carried out to overcome it. The solution offered to solve the partner’s problems was by providing training and assistance in calculating the cost of production (HPP). The results show that MSME production activities can run smoothly according to the plan, while partners actively participate in activities, and there is an increase in knowledge of 26.19% after training and mentoring. After that, the partner’s satisfaction through the programs and activities reached a very good level.
