Character education is strongly influenced by a character environment as well. Therefore, the creation of a conducive environment with the application of appropriate guidance and counseling management will have a significant effect on improving the quality of students in absorbing moral values both inside and outside the school. Character education that must be developed in schools knows no time limit because it is a lifelong process. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of guidance and counseling management through planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and following up. The type of research used is a field study that examines intensively the background of the current situation and social interactions, individuals, groups, institutions and communities through observation and interview techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed based on the findings in the field. The results of this study indicate that the planning of guidance and counseling services is carried out optimally, the implementation is carried out by determining the services and areas of guidance, the implementation of service management is carried out through the service format and direct supervision in written and oral form. the results of observations and interviews state that through the application of guidance and counseling management can improve the quality of student learning, this is indicated by positive attitudes and study habits. This BK program is the responsibility of a counselor to carry out his work professionally at a school level. For this reason, in this study, we will discuss how to prepare the BK program at the high school level. The research method used is to be able to answer existing problems by conducting a literature study or literature review by collecting data from scientific works, both books and other scientific works. While the results of the study indicate that the BK program is prepared by each supervising teacher which is an integral part of the entire school program. Qualitative data in this study were obtained from data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. moderate learning by 36%. Learning independence is high at 24%. Furthermore, this research was carried out in four steps, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The object of this research is to improve students' adjectives. In collecting data, researchers used tests, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the animation video media has a positive role in increasing the adjectives of the MIS Terpadu Al-Ikhwan Tanjung Morawa students. This can be proven by the average value of students from the initial value, cycle I, cycle II. This research was used experimental research. The population were 40 students of two classes. The researcher using class X IPA 1 and X IPA 2 as the sample. Class X IPA 1 as the experimental group and X IPA 2 as the control group. The experimental group was taught and treatment by snowball throwing and control group without snowball throwing model. The instrument used to collect data in this research was test there are pre-test and post-test. The researcher found that there was a significant difference between the students‟ score in experimental group and control group. It was known by the mean score of the post-test in experimental group was higher than mean score of post-test in control group. The value of the t-observed 9.26 was higher than t-table 1.68 at the level of significant 0.05 with degree of freedom (df)=40.
