Siregar","doi":"10.57251/el.v2i2.448","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.57251/el.v2i2.448","url":null,"abstract":"The objective of the research was to determine whether there was a significant effect of the use digital storytelling on the speaking ability of the students n XI grade at SMA Negeri 1 Aek Songsongan . This research was a quantitative research. It was conducted in XI grade at SMA Negeri 1 Aek Songsongan in the academic year 2021/2022. The total population was 124 students and researcher took 30 students for the experimental group and 30 students for the control class which meant 60 students as a total sample. In collecting data, researcher used orraly tests by speaking to retell the summary of the story as instruments. Tests were pre-tests given before treatment and post tests given after treatment. Then, the data obtained were analyzed by applying the t-test formula. The researcher found that the post–test mean score in the experiment group was higher than the control group. The results showed that the t-observe was higher than t-table (4.07 > 1.68) at a significant level of 0.05 and the degree of freedom (df) was 58. The null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative (Ha) was accepted. Battlefield? The type used in this research is the pre-experimental method and the research design used in this study is a one group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were all children in PAUD Arifah Kec. Medan Perjuangan T.A 2021-2022 which consists of a class of 15 children with a research sample of 15 children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Based on the results of the t test, the value of tcount> ttable is 16.57 > 2.144 at the level of = 0.05 which states that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be stated that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of using finger puppet media on children's speaking ability at PAUD Arifah, Medan Perjuangan District T.A 2021-2022. Thus, the hypothesis proposed is that there is a significant effect using finger puppet media on the speaking ability of children in Paud Arifah Kec. Field of Struggle for Academic Year 2021-2022. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out collaboratively with classroom teachers which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were children consisting of 12 children, 5 boys and 7 girls. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the average percentage of children's discipline during the pre-cycle was 36.80% which was included in the criteria for starting to develop and increased in the first cycle with an average percentage of 60.40% which was included in the criteria for developing as expected and in the second cycle. the average percentage showed an increase of 87.49% which was included in the very well developed criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the discipline of children in PAUD Arifah Kec. This type of research includes True Experimental Design research, namely Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were all kindergarten children in group B in TK PILOT, totaling 50 children, consisting of 2 classes, namely B-1 totaling 25 children and B-2 totaling 25 children with a sample of class B-1 totaling 25 children. (15 women & 10 men) who were treated with tape recorder media. The instrument used in this study was a structured observation of children's English vocabulary mastery. After the data is collected, then the next step is to test the hypothesis using a one-party t test with a real level of = 0.05. Based on the data from the observation of the use of flash cards on the mastery of English vocabulary, it was found that the mastery of the children's English vocabulary was in the good category. Based on the results of observations of the use of tape recorder media on the mastery of English vocabulary, it was found that the mastery of the children's English vocabulary was quite good. This shows that the level of mastery of English vocabulary of children in the flash card media class using flash cards media is better developed than the children in the tape recorder media class using a tape recorder media. Haji Datuk Abdullah. Method of This research is a qualitative method. The sample of this research is class XI IPA and XI IPS at Mas Yp. Haji Datuk Abdullah in the 2021/2022 school year. In this research, researcher took 60 students as a sample. The researcher used 10 multiple choice questions to measure students' reading comprehension. In data collection techniques, researchers using pre-test, treatment and post-test by giving tests reading comprehension. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence from the use of paired reading strategies. This can be seen from the difference between the students' mean scores from the pre-test and post-test in class experiment which increased from 48 to 74. The mean score of post-test in class control is 31 while the post-test score in the experimental class is 52 more higher than the average value of the control class. This type of research is quantitative research and was conducted using two classes, the experimental class consisted of 30 students and the control class consisted of 30 students. In the data collection technique, the researcher used pre-test, treatment and post-test by giving a reading comprehension test consisting of 10 multiple choice items for each test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence from the use of cartoon film media. This can be seen from the difference between the students’ mean scores from the pre-test and post-test in the experimental class which increased from 44 to 75. The average post-test score in the control class was 52 while the post-test score in the experimental class was 75. Higher than the average value of the control class. The developed e-book is then validated by an expert. The validation results of the display components obtained an average value of 4.50. The results of the sample paired t test with a confidence level of 93%, it can be concluded that students after using the E-Book showed significantly higher learning outcomes, which is an average of 80.60 when compared to before using the E-Book, the average result is only 71.90. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of BK teachers in managing the guidance and counseling program in schools. This research method uses a literature study. The results showed that the counseling guidance teacher had an important role in designing the management of the counseling guidance program. To design the program, it is necessary to have the competence and qualifications of BK teachers. The most urgent thing in making management is that BK teachers need to carry out assessments on students.
