Through the help of artful layout schemes, the accurately matched LED currents are achieved with high tolerance to process, temperature and voltage (PVT) variations. Even with high voltage MOSFETs, the maximum current mismatch among LED channels is measured to be merely -0.385%~0.372% which is almost one-order better than those of the conventional ones. The temperature coefficient of this circuit is as low as 20ppm/°C over -40°C ~125°C range for 20mA LED driving current. In the embedding process, the reflectance component of the saturation color component in HSV color space of a host image is used to convey a same size binary watermark. In the extraction process, each embedded bit is blindly extracted by subtracting the predicted original reflectance component from the watermarked one. The quality of watermarked image is evaluated by weighted peak signal-to-noise ratio (wPSNR), while the accuracy of extracted watermark is evaluated by normalized correlation (NC). The performance of the proposed method is evaluated and compared with the previous watermarking method. Motion JPEG2000 is performed as the base layer coder for real-time streaming and a SW coder is used as the enhancement layer coder. The computation burden is shifted to the network side so this scheme achieves low-complexity encoding. The proposed SW coder significantly improves the prediction accuracy of Side Information (SI). In addition to accurate prediction, SW exploits Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) to improve lossless coding performance. Virtual Classbox 4.1 is a distance learning system developed to improve the quality of education in rural areas with video conferencing technology. Virtual Classbox 4.1 is designed based on Design Science in Information System Research. In order to produce a great system, a scientific guidance must be used. Remarkable system need astounding design, like a good house needs a strong foundation. While the optimal user grouping and decoding order, which depend on the instantaneous channel conditions among users within a cell, are assumed in previous work, the proposed method uses user grouping and a decoding order that are unified among all frequency blocks. The proposed decoding order in the SIC enables the application of NOMA with a SIC to a system where all the elements within a codeword for a user are distributed among multiple frequency blocks (resource blocks). The unified user grouping eases the complexity in the SIC process at the user terminal. The unified user grouping also reduces the complexity of the efficient downlink control signaling in NOMA with a SIC. The unified user grouping and decoding order among frequency blocks in principle reduce the achievable throughput compared to the optimal one. To address this problem, a fast inter mode decision algorithm, called the hierarchical inter mode decision (HIMD), is proposed in this paper. For each coding tree unit (CTU), the proposed HIMD algorithm determines the optimal mode in time by checking the early termination condition, which is developed based on the observation that the relationship between the rate-distortion (RD) cost and the size of prediction mode is a uni-modal function (only one minimum value). This leads to a dramatic aspect of the restored image. This sky problem is probably one of the biggest defects of all the state-of-the-art dehazing algorithms. It was proposed to handle the sky problem by hard or smooth threshold of the sky area and to process the detected sky area differently not to emphasize too much the contrast of the sky heterogeneity. But the threshold value needed to be set by the user. We thus here propose a rule for selecting the threshold value as a function of the histogram of the image to process. Haar wavelet can be easily treated, be adapted to time varying and nonlinear circuits and we can be easily derived differential and integral operator matrices by using block pulse functions. Furthermore, it can analyze a region near singular points more precisely. Therefore, we consider that it is suitable to analyze nonlinear time-varying circuits. The problem of the AF method is that the channel state information (CSI) between source-relay (SR) and relay-destination (RD) should be obtained simultaneously in the destination node. The pilot signal is inserted to obtain the CSI, and the time frequency interferometry (TFI) method can reduce the number of pilot signals and the channel estimation (CE) power.
