This method will configure an appropriate combination of five different size inverse transform units: Fast IDST, 4×4 IDCT, 8×8 IDCT, 16×16 IDCT and 32×32 IDCT. If the input video stream changed, it will reconfigure the combination and allocated the hardware resources to retain a high utilization ratio in hardware framework. Experiments show that the performance of the proposed method is improved from 48.8% to 96.2% under various conditions. It is well known that minimum Euclidean distance could be used to estimate the error performance of CPM for moderate and large signal to noise ratio. In this paper, we further investigate the minimum Euclidean distance of CPM-TL with more time-limited phase shaping pulses (PSP) and compared with conventional CPM with time-unlimited PSP (CPM-TU). CPM-TL scheme has the advantages that any real number modulation index (h) could be applied and the resultant trellis structure of CPM guarantees the maximum constraint length allowed by the number of states in the MLSD receiver. Previous work showed that conventional CPM schemes with h > 1 could not achieve larger Euclidean distance with bandwidth expansion. However, we found that CPM-TL scheme could obtain significantly larger Euclidean distance for h > 1. Good CPM-TL schemes outperform previous work are given for the same complexity and similar bandwidth with up to 5 dB coding gain over MSK. Assuming that the number of tap weights of the adaptive filter is sufficiently large, we derive simple difference equations that only require matrix computations. It satisfies demands of ubiquity and high speed communication. However, it is impossible to transmit the phase information and frequency information due to limitation of LED. From this reason, the achievable transmission rate is worse than that of wireless communications. To solve this problem, color clustered MIMO(multiple-input multiple-output) system that takes advantage of independency of the three primary colors of the light has been proposed. However, color filters which use on this system are supposed ideal one that extracts only a desired signal. Realistic color filters have the incompleteness which extract signals except a desired signal. It is important for a performance index to evaluate a variation of communication quality with the number of users. Although CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) is a representative of a conventional multiple access in a wireless communication, the maximum number of users is limited due to the length of the spread code, ISI (Inter-Symbol Interference) and MAI (Multiple Access Interference). To solve these problems, we propose the OFDM-IDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing - Interleave Division Multiple Access), which has robustness for the above-mentioned problems. Moreover, we can improve the robustness by using multi carrier modulation. Therefore we apply the OFDM-IDMA system to visible light communication system. It has to perform transcoding to serve users under different network environments and with different devices. In this paper, we proposed a stability-driven hierarchical scheduling algorithm for a cloud-based video streaming system to speed up the video transcoding process for real-time service applications. It helps to coordinate the system operations and dynamically adjust the number of slots so that the cloud clusters can finish the process more efficiently. Experimental results showed that the proposed scheduling control methods help to maintain good system load balancing. Mesh-based design WSN is an attempt to realize the Smart Home concept, where DigiMesh topology is chosen as the basic topology in experimental setup of WSN. Mobile device is the main object as monitoring and controlling devices. Mapping the address and description of each bit in a predetermined protocol, then can be implemented in various condition. With the dynamic characteristics of the design of this protocol, the power cost can be reduced to a minimum. Protocol design has been successfully tested in scenario of monitoring and controlling function. It could achieve large coding gains over conventional CPM using time-unlimited PSP (CPM-TU) in many cases. Also, we found a useful class of binary CPM-TL schemes that employed time-limited raised cosine (RC) PSP, with pulse width equal to 3, denoted as 3RC-TL of CPM scheme. It has large coding gains over the Minimum Shift Keying (MSK) and Gaussian MSK (GMSK) that are two of most popular modulators among the family of CPM-UT scheme. The MSK and GMSK modulators of CPM-TU scheme are known to have lower complexity in receiver design and excellent power-bandwidth performance. Basically, the optimal receiver of the 3RC-TL CPM scheme requires more complexity than the MSK or GMSK (using suboptimum receiver). In this paper, we deal with the reduce-complexity problem in receiver design for the 3RC-TL of CPM-TL scheme. To do so, we decompose the CPM-TL signal into a set of pulse-amplitude modulated (PAM) waveforms, using Euler's formula, which is different from the one suggested by Laurent in 1986. We show that the complexity of PAM-based 3RC-TL receiver can be simplified, and to be implemented with the Viterbi algorithm (VA) that contains two-PAM waveforms and two states. Similarly, we also compare with the GMSK (BT=0.25) using the PAM-based receiver, that required only one PAM waveform and two states, or two PAM waveforms and four states. We divide the original image into n by m blocks and the centered pixel is chosen to be concerned for watermark embedding in the spatial domain. The tamper detection is proved into tampered watermarked image by comparing the extracted watermark after attacks with the original watermark image. We focused also through this approach on the watermarking robustness and tested it against different scenario of attacks. The proposed attack system focuses on discovering the weak points of ADC-based RNG from security point of view. The master-slave synchronization scheme is utilized to prove the convergence of the proposed attack system. Here, the RNG structure and the observed scalar time series of the target chaotic oscillator are the only available information for cryptanalysis. The feasibility of the proposed attack system is verified by presenting numerical and simulation results. The RNG, does not fulfill the Big Crush and Diehard statistical test suites, additionally the previous and the following bits are predictable.
