The major concern and gap in formulating cyberbullying detection strategies is scarcity of available linguistic resources typically for newly evolved languages. Roman Urdu has recently emerged and hence is a resource poor language. Urdu has been widely known as the national language of Pakistan. However, because of socio-cultural and multilingual aspects, Roman Urdu is used widely on the Internet by Asians and more specifically Pakistanis. To fulfil the above stated gap, this research work presents guidelines for data annotation process and developed two linguistic resources: (i) Annotated corpus in Roman Urdu Language for cyberaggression and offensive language detection. The process of data annotation involved bilingual annotators instead of crowdsourcing. It has the benefit of correctly annotating instances that constitute clear cases of cyberbullying without compromising data quality. The developed corpus is highly balanced (with almost negligible skew) unlike most of the existing corpuses even in mature languages. (ii) Processing textual information for NLP tasks involves Stop-word elimination as a sub phase. Stop words carry least semantic information and increase feature space as compared to the other tokens and index terms in corpora. We have developed domain specific stop words for Roman Urdu Language considering all the lexical variants and typically in the context of aggression detection and collected data. Como metodologia de desarrollo se aplico Ralph Kimball y como herramienta Qlik Sense. La Empresa Electrica Provincial Cotopaxi S.A (ELEPCOSA) implemento la plataforma, permitiendo a los directivos tomar mejores decisiones a nivel ejecutivo, intermedio y operativo, al obtener informacion resumida, actualizada y estandarizada desde sus fuentes de datos, logrando un manejo eficiente y un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos humanos, tecnicos y economicos. EnglishThe vast majority of Ecuador’s electric companies do not have integrated information systems to manage their resources. Therefore, when the management level requires reports for decision making, the technology department is in charge of generating them, presenting some inconveniences such as time delays, information crossing with the systems, debugging of inconsistent information, etc. In order to solve this problem, a Management Information Web Platform was developed focused on the Distribution Companies of the Electricity sector of Ecuador, applying Business Intelligence for administrative management. Ralph Kimball was applied as a development methodology and Qlik Sense as a tool. . Your endless occurrence and without limitations space out-temporal, constitute anticipated for the appropriate attainment of the process of teaching in the XXI century. In the viable solutions constitutes it the integration of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC, Massive Open Online Course), with the use of the information that is to store in digital repositories, digital arcades, and other resources as it is the semantic web. The present work has as objective, lay the foundations of the integration between the MOOC and the semantic web for a process of teaching-apprenticeship of quality, as demand it the educational contexts of the XXI century, for the sake of facilitating the massive apprenticeship and on line of the professionals that form to him. The sample was composite for 10500 participants. It used to him the Delphi method to evaluate the effectiveness of the integration of the MOOC and the semantic web. By means of the Delphi method, a group of 45 expert made evident that the time factor is the key to lay the foundations of the integration between the MOOC and the semantic web. Esta investigacion se desarrollo en la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabi Extension en El Carmen, en el periodo 2018 para determinar el equipo tecnologico con mayor frecuencia de uso en jovenes universitarios. Se aplico una investigacion cualitativa, se recolecto informacion mediante una encuesta en la cual se tomo como muestra a los 1.418 estudiantes de las diferentes especialidades; para finalmente mediante un analisis descriptivo obtener los resultados, en los cuales se establecio el equipo tecnologico de mayor uso, el tiempo dedicado y las actividades en que se usan. Tambien se evidencio que los estudiantes universitarios de las diferentes especialidades usan las TIC y que el equipo de mayor frecuencia de uso es el celular con un tiempo de 4 a 8 horas diarias en actividades educativas, estos resultados permitieron contrastar lo positivo del uso de las TIC en el proceso de ensenanza - aprendizaje. EnglishInformation and Communication Technologies (ICT) have been integrated into all areas, giving access to many possibilities in human activities. This research was developed at the Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabi University in El Carmen, in 2018 in order to determine the most used technological resource by university students. A qualitative research was applied, likewise the information was collected through a survey in which the 1.418 students of the different specialties were taken as a sample; then through a descriptive analysis to get the results in which the most used technological resource was established, even the time students dedicate every day, and the activities students do with this resource.
