Sasaran BBM ini melibatkan pelajar semester satu yang mengambil kursus Sistem Pengoperasian DFC 10103. Kursus Sistem Pengoperasian (Operating System)- DFC 10103 merupakan kursus teras (common core) yang wajib diambil oleh semua pelajar di Jabatan Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi (JTMK) bagi program Diploma Teknologi Maklumat (Teknologi Digital) – DDT di Politeknik Malaysia. Kursus ini memberi pendedahan kepada pelajar untuk pengurusan proses-proses yang berlaku di dalam sistem Pengoperasian Windows 10 termasuk pre emptive and bukan pre emptive dan melibatkan lima algoritma penjadualan. Hasil penelitian dalam kelas menunjukkan bahawa pelajar perlu dibantu dalam meningkatkan kefahaman pelajar terhadap sub topik pengajaran dalam kursus tersebut. Ini diperoleh dengan melihat kepada rekod pencapaian pelajar telah menunjukkan kurang kefahaman bagi topik algoritma penjadualan yang meliputi tiga sub topik utama. Kaedah TSSAP yang menggabung teknologi telah dipilih supaya pelajar dapat melihat berulang kali agar pemahaman konsep dapat difahami Kajian ini menggunakan Model A-D-D-I-E dalam penghasilan TSSAP supaya lebih terarah dan sistematik. Dalam kajian ini, penggunaan TSSAP telah diberikan kepada pelajar semester satu bagi Sesi 2 2021/2022 untuk digunakan sebagai BBM dalam menghadapi peperiksaan akhir semester semasa. Seramai 41 pelajar telah didedahkan kepada TSSAP pada minggu ke-13 dan minggu ke-14 pengajaran dan sesi ulang kaji topik yang berkaitan telah dilaksanakan. Kelebihan penggunaan TSSAP ini, pelajar boleh mengakses kepada kaedah TSSAP melalui paparan QR Code dan di mana sahaja pelajar berada. Melalui TSSAP, pembelajaran secara kendiri dapat dilaksanakan dengan mudah. RDB ini sesuai digunakan sebagai alat bantu mengajar bagi memudahkan pelajar memahami konsep litar relay serta aplikasi relay di dalam litar asas elektronik. Kaedah perlaksanaan dalam menghasilkan inovasi ini, menggunakan Model ADDIE kerana ia merupakan antara model reka bentuk yang sering digunakan sebagai asas reka bentuk sesuatu kit. Model ADDIE terdiri daripada Analyze (analisis), Design (merekabentuk), Develop (pembangunan), Implementation (pelaksanaan), Evaluation (penilaian). Kajian keberkesanan dibuat dengan mengedarkan borang soal selidik kepada 30 responden semester 4 yang mengikuti kursus DEE40082 – Project 1 di Politeknik Kuching Sarawak. Data dianalisa dalam bentuk peratusan dan skor min. Hasil kajian menunjukkan semua aspek iaitu motivasi, keselesaan dan kefahaman aplikasi pada tahap tinggi. Dengan penggunaan RDB ini, pensyarah dapat menerangkan penyambungan litar relay yang akan dilaksanakan dalam masa yang lebih cepat serta kemahiran pelajar mengaitkan aplikasi relay dalam situasi harian dapat dipertingkatkan. Kajian ini merupakan kajian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap penerimaan pelajar Politeknik Banting (PBS) terhadap penggunaan google jamboard dalam kursus MPU 23052 Sains, Teknologi dan Kejuruteraan Dalam Islam (STK). Seramai 86 pelajar PBS sesi II 2021/2022 daripada kelas DKM 2B, DKM 2D, DKM 2F dan DTP 2B yang diajar sendiri oleh pengkaji terlibat dalam kajian ini. Soalan kajian adalah diadaptasi daripada instrumen yang dibangunkan oleh Melvina Chung Hui Ching yang berfokus kepada empat aspek iaitu keseronokan, kebergunaan, kemudahgunaan dan sikap pelajar terhadap penggunaan google jamboard. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dalam menentukan tahap penerimaan pelajar terhadap penggunaan google jamboard bagi kesemua empat aspek kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap penerimaan pelajar PBS terhadap penggunaan google jamboard adalah tinggi. However, there is only a few reports about the pharmacological activity of this plant. In current study, we investigated the phytochemical and pharmacological properties of an extract of HA using in vitro and iv vivo models. An extract of the specimens preserved in 70% ethanol was filtered and vacuum dried. Established conventional methods were used for quantitative determination of total phenolic and flavonoids content. Phytochemical characterization showed gallic acid, rutin, and quercetin are rich in the ethanolic extract of HA. In addition, the extract showed free radical scavenging activity on hydroxyl and lipid radicals with IC50 6.72 and 7.73 mg/ml, respectively. Furthermore, in vivo studies were performed on rats with orally applying the HA extract and then assessed their psychological behaviors in elevated plus maze (EPM) and open-field tasks. The HA extract exhibited psychological modulation activity. Along with protein, it is also rich in many other nutrients including carbohydrate, crude fibre, carbohydrate, fat, minerals, and isoflavones. Antinutrients are also present in tofu, although the concentration is less that the raw grains. The nutrient content is affected by the tofu preparation method used starting from selection of suitable soybean seed, seed soaking, sprouting, soymilk production and coagulation using different types of natural and artificial coagulants. Vitamin A can be fortified in a wide range of food vehicles. In this research work, vitamin A in the form of palmitate (VAP) have been microencapsulated by emulsion technology intended for fortification purposes. D-optimal mixture design approach was applied for optimizing the experimental process parameters. Detailed physico-chemical –thermal characterization of the optimized VAP emulsion was done. VAP content was kept constant as per fortification limit. Desirability ramp function graphs and lab experimentations showed maltodextrin (2.5-2.7), OSA starch (1.5-1.6), Tween 80 (1.5-1.7), Span 40 (2.0-2.2) in terms of percentages gave encapsulation efficiency in the range of 98.2-98.8. The optimized VAP emulsion showed particle size in the range of 940-942 nm, polydispersity index 0.41, zeta potential (ζ) value ranging from -31.25 to -32.01 mv; viscosity and interfacial tension was determined to be 1.561±0.03 mPaS and 22.6 mNm−1 respectively. Low temperature DSC studies (-5ºC to 90ºC) of VAP emulsion showed sharp endothermic peaks of vitamin A that disappeared with further elevation in temperature and some flat thermograms of other excipients. The vitamin A content in VAP emulsion was determined to be 88.45±0.03%, the content being reduced to 86.01±0.04% after storage under accelerated conditions (75ºC, 80% RH). Hasil dari proses pelaporan kerusakan komputer, disajikan dalam bentuk laporan kerusakan.
