This paper proposes a new video transcoding coding based on the data flow rate of the fifth and fourth generation communication systems. It compares a high-efficiency video system with the best parameters and the proposed transcoding system. The evaluation results are based on the rate of data consumption, video quality, and processing speed. However, the system has not been optimally utilized because of rejection among the users. The adoption of the system is influenced by ten identified factors that are then used as a basis in questionnaire development. In this regard, the study aims to develop an authoritative questionnaire following stringent instrument development protocols. There were 72 indicators identified. After content validity measurement performed, seven indicators were rejected, and only 65 indicators were accepted to form the final questionnaire. A number of tahfidz schools and communities provide solutions by opening memorization and learning services through telephone communications. However, this solution is not very effective. In addition to high cost, the level of flexibility of teaching-learning is still not good considering the diversity of backgrounds, activities, and ages of the learners. This solution is also very prone to dropouts (learners quitting the program), because there is no commitment to study face to face so that learners are less motivated. This research aims to develop a framework and a software system of blended mobile learning that is able to accommodate the needs of learners in order to obtain an efficient memorization process. ADDIE and context aware framework are adopted as methods for prototype development. Evaluations are performed on the prototype through formative and summative tests. The summative testing uses statistical tests (independent t-test) and formative testing uses UAT (user acceptance test). Statistical test results obtained the significance value of 0.007 (<0.05), which means that there is a difference in improvement scores between experimental group and traditional group. Hazards that appear in overhead line transmission include Back Flash Over, Shielding Failure, step voltage, and touch voltage. Analysis and evaluation is needed to provide protection device solution for HVOL 70 kV in the tropical area Indonesia, especially Malang. The continuous presence of the healthcare professionals and staff as well as the proper amenities in remote areas during emergency situations need to be addressed for developing a flexible IoT based health monitoring system. Development of IoT based health monitoring system allows a personalized treatment in certain circumstances that helps to reduce the healthcare cost and wastage with a continuous improving outcome. We present an IoT based health monitoring system using the MySignals development shield for Arduino Uno. Evaluating the performances and effectiveness of the sensors and wireless platform devices are also the aim of the project. MySignals enables multiple sensors such as temperature, ECG, oxygen saturation and pulse rate to gather the physical data. The aim is to transmit the gathered data from MySignals to a cloud or pc by implementing a wireless system with LoRa. The results show that MySignals is successfully interfaced with the ECG, temperature, oxygen saturation and pulse rate sensors. 36.5–37.5°C body temperature, 60–100 bpm pulse rate, and 96–99% oxygen saturation have been experimented with confidence interval approximation of 95%, 99% and 99%, respectively. In an exam, a proctoring method to detect and reduce the cheating possibility is very important to ensure that the students have learned the material given. Various methods had been proposed to provide an efficient, comfortable online exam proctoring. Start with implementing an exam design with hard constraints in a no proctoring exam, a remote proctoring using a webcam, a machine based proctoring and finally research on automated online proctoring. A visual verification for the whole exam session is needed in an online exam, therefore a face verification is needed. A remaining problem in face recognition area is the system robustness for pose and lighting variations. In this paper, we proposed a method to enhance the robustness for pose and lighting variations by doing an incremental training process using the training data set obtained from m-learning online lecture sessions. And, the goal is for network user easily to access various content effectively and efficiently. Currently, Spatial Dispersed Caching (SDC) is one of the newest cache strategies on the ICN. Therefore, in this paper, it will further deepen the concept of the SDC strategy, namely by analyzing the path stretch value generated when the consumer condition dispersed and non-dispersed. The results of this study indicate that if consumers are non-dispersed the path stretch value is 2.03. In addition, if consumers are dispersed the path stretch value is 1.13. NDN provides scalable, efficient, and secure data dissemination for various applications. NDN is a data-centric communication based on simple and effective working principles that combine content naming, name-based routing and forwarding, in-network caching, and data-centric security. A known NDN research application is for Vehicular Ad hoc NETwork (VANET). VANET is a special case of Mobile Ad hoc NETwork (MANET), where nodes are vehicles that distribute data from various applications among them and with the infrastructure. VANET has its issues; the host-centric TCP/IP model, in content discovery and delivery due to the nature of the vehicular networks, which has a highly dynamic topology, sporadic connectivity, and various applications types. NDN is being studied as an alternative underlying communication model for VANET. The research, which has been conducted in the NDN-enable VANET (VANET-NDN) sphere, can be classified into surveys and reviews, investigation of the applicability and suitability of VANET over NDN, and proposed solutions for VANET-NDN issues. According to prior works, efficient and scalable data dissemination for VANET over NDN still a challenge. In order to alleviate this challenge, this paper seeks to introduce a multi-layered framework as multiple phases systematic approach for an efficient VANET-NDN data dissemination design scheme. However, there is still lack of information on what are the challenges faced by maintainers when they adopted agile method in their software maintenance activities. This paper attempts to identify the issues and challenges during the adoption of agile method in software maintenance project. Document analysis is employed in this study considering from various literature. The results indicates several issues and challenges for maintainers such as interruption in sprint planning, unstable velocity and burndown chart inconsistency. The emergence of agile maintenance in software industry has given significant improvement in software maintenance process.
