The purpose of this paper is to determine the strategy of introducing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS ) in order to obtain an overview and analyze the implementation of clean living behavior in early childhood. The method used in this article is a literature study, for initial preparation in preparing the research framework. This research includes descriptive research, the population is 16 people who teach at SDN 13 Surau Gadang. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire/questionnaire. Research results In general, the teacher's perception of the leadership of the Principal of the State Elementary School 13 Surau Gadang is on an average score of 4.5 with a good category. This means that the leadership at the State Senior High School 1 Lembah Melintang has been going well. The research used a descriptive method with the analysis used path analysis. The sample consisted of 37 umpires from West Java Province who were selected using an incidental sampling method from the population of PBSI West Java umpire. The research hypothesis was tested using path analysis techniques. The research findings are: 1) Anxiety has a significant negative contribution to badminton umpire decision making. 2) Thinking critically does not contribute significantly to badminton umpire decision making. 3) Anxiety through mental toughness is significant for the decision making of the umpire. 4) Critical thinking through mental toughness contributes significantly to umpire in decision making. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant role between the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SMAN 1 Kampar Utara. These human capabilities are needed by the organization in analyzing positions, analyzing organizational needs, managing existing resources (Man, Money and Material), making plans and other functions. In addition to this, organizations also need people who are dedicated, have good performance and are able to bind themselves to the vision and mission of the organization for the achievement of the goals of the organization. Therefore, in realizing a quality organization, people who are also qualified and have a high work commitment are needed. The purpose of this study was to find out how the competence and commitment to work in the organization at the Regional VIII Education Office Branch Office, Mentawai Islands Regency. This research is a qualitative research in the form of a case study. Data collection in this study was carried out using participatory observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data is processed by using source triangulation technique. The accuracy of the approach used in organizing a learning activity will affect the success of the learning objectives. This study aims to 1) analyze the tutor's andragogy approach according to the learning community in the aspect of communication, 2) analyze the tutor's andragogy approach according to the learning community in terms of physical appearance. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 40 residents learning equality education. The research was carried out through a quantitative approach with a correlation design. The populations of this study were students of class XI at Senior High School Bojonegoro. The research sample used was class XI students at Senior High School 1 Kedungadem, Senior High School 1 Kepohbaru and Senior High School 1 Sugihwaras as many as 257 students taken through simple random sampling technique. Research data were collected through self-report techniques with academic procrastination scale, self-regulated learning scale and learning motivation scale. The three scales have been tested for validity and respectively have reliability coefficients of 0.917, 0.865, and 0.951. Data analysis was carried out through statistical methods using multiple correlation formulas. The results of analysis prove that there is a significant relationship between academic procrastination with self-regulated learning and learning motivation with a significance score. This study will focus on seeing whether there is an influence between the family environment and grit on academic self-efficacy. Using simple random sampling technique, this study involved 106 7th and 8th grade students of SMPN Surabaya, Indonesia. The instruments used in this study were parenting style questionnaires, persistence questionnaires and academic self-efficacy questionnaires. The results showed that the F test was 12,361 and the significance was 0.000 > 0.05 indicating that there was a significant effect between family environment and grit on the academic self-efficacy of junior high school students. So that a good family environment in this case parenting will affect the child's self-efficacy, in this study authoritarian parenting is the parenting pattern that has the most positive influence on self-efficacy.
