But MIP has many drawbacks like frequent registration of care-of-address, triangular routing, etc. To overcome the frequent registration, hierarchical mobility management scheme for mobile IP networks (HMIP) has been suggested. The signaling cost and communication overhead due the registration procedure have been reduced by minimizing frequent home registrations and enabling regional registration using gateway foreign agent (GFA). A chain of foreign agents is being formed to localize the registration. Dynamic hierarchical mobility management scheme for mobile IP networks (DHMIP) has been proposed to reduce long packets delivery delays involved in long chain of foreign agents (FAs). However, DHMIP does not include any user movement-based strategy to minimize the cost of mobility management. In this paper, we have proposed a user movement-based hierarchical mobility management (UM-HMIP) scheme for IP networks which outperforms DHMIP. The lifetime of a WSN depends on the power consumption of sensor nodes. To minimize the power consumption of WSN we propose \"Bubbling Mechanism\" in which the transmission ranges of nodes are altered temporarily, a concept \"Border Cluster\" in which we keep more number of active nodes in border clusters than in inner clusters when there is no target in the area of interest in WSN. We also use the concept of Dual Sink i.e. a static sink and multiple mobile sink to increase the efficiency of data collection. Op-amps amplify electrical signals such as the small voltages coming from instrumentation sensors. The gain is controlled by external components, provided the amplifiers are operated within reasonable boundaries. The op-amp is a differential amplifier, allow us to not only amplify very small sensor signals but also to add or subtract offset voltages and to electrically isolate (buffer) sensors from the rest of system. The analysis in this paper will be based largely on ideal amplifiers. External components such as resistors are used to feed the output back to the input and thus to reduce the ideal infinite gain to any desired gain. In this paper, we present the amplification of Yokto level signal (10-24V) to the saturation level of op-amp with the help of cascaded structure of instrumentation amplifier. We can say, this is the cascaded or Yokto instrumentation amplifier. This structure of instrumentation amplifier with order five, amplifies the signal level upto 490dB at normal condition of components. At the critical values of all the components, the gain will be approximately 630dB. The gain level is also increased by the increment in the order of the instrumentation amplifier. This paper proposes a novel technique for reducing FRR using Feature Similarity Index Measure (FSIM). In the proposed algorithm, a matching coefficient is generated that gives the estimate of that sample image, best suitable for further processing. Analysis of the results has been performed by calculating the number of correct matches of the subject from the CASIA-Iris v.3 Lamp database. These shared resources are accessed through network. Security, reliability and efficient resource utilization are the major challenges. This paper proposes a more secure, reliable and space efficient model for Cloud services, particularly, Infrastructure as a Service. A protocol is designed to split a file into multiple sub files and to store them on different virtual machines belonging to either different clouds (Inter cloud operation) or different clusters belonging to the same cloud or to the same cluster of same cloud. This antenna structure is realized on a glass epoxy substrate with dielectric constant 4.2, with thickness of 1.6 mm and finite ground plane. Using IE3D software package of Zeland, according to the set size, the antenna is simulated. This antenna is composed of a c-shape patch and is fed by a 50 ? micro strip line. The antenna size is very compact (40 mm x 60 mm x 1.6 mm) and covers 1.73 GHz to 2.23 GHz. The computer simulation results show that the antenna can realize wide band characters. This paper concentrates on the feasibility energy consumption in mobile network system by improving the load calculation, resource allocation and access techniques. We perform a efficiency based study to evaluate three issues related with energy consumption: the impact of hot spot load balancing, role of signal switch on-off system and proper resource allocation. Our results highlight that hot spot load balancing can significantly reduce the required energy more efficiently with the help of resource allocation and access in an efficient manner. Further, our results show that signal transmitter switch on-off can be useful, especially in combination with hot spot load balancing, and an optimized coverage area calculation. This paper proposes a new Load Balancing technique in congested area through appropriate access point selection and proper cell shaping. This paper proposes new Access Point Architecture with two types of access points, one is programmable Intelligent Access Point (IAP) that can control multiple Conventional Access Point (CAP). This paper will also minimize the no service area problem. The proposed approach is evaluated with repulsion factors which occur due to un served area in a cell area. This paper also proposes solutions for different types of load, e.g. static load, dynamic load. Static load is fixed but Dynamic load is due to some moving user concentrations. The proposed algorithm is co operative in nature, so that the neighboring access points of a particular access point will get information from their neighbors.
