Using a literary and empirical approach this research is utilized to create an accurate picture and provide information connected to the socio-economic situations in Indonesia as a result of the government's implementation of policies to restrict the growth rate of COVID-19. The implementation of Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) policy is thought to be effective in reducing the spread of COVID-19 but it has an impact on the limited space for people to move in Indonesia. Gumilar","doi":"10.21043/ji.v5i2.11666","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21043/ji.v5i2.11666","url":null,"abstract":"The goal of this study is to determine how the Government of Tourism and Culture manages the reallocation of tourism in the era of new habits in Karawang Regency. The information is gathered by observation, interview, and documentation, and then qualitatively examined using a narrative approach. The findings of the study revealed that there was no reallocation of tourism during the Karawang Regency Tourism and Culture Office's Adaptation of New Habits program;if there is a reallocation of tourism, it is under the authority of the Karawang Regency COVID-19 Task Force, because the current policies of this normality are ineffective. The findings of this study can be used as input materials and considerations by related institutions, so that tourism is immediately reallocation in the era of Adaptation of New Habits, taking tourism as a potential sector that contributes the most PAD from other sectors, and, most importantly, when tourism is reallocation, it still follows the existing health protocol rules. Keywords: Government Management;Reallocation of Tourism;Adaptation of New Habits;Task Force COVID-19 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen pemerintahan Dinas Pariwisata Dan Kebudayaan terkait Realokasi Lokawisata Pada Era Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru di Kabupaten Karawang. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui Observasi, Wawancara serta Dokumentasi dan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan narrative (narasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya realokasi lokawisata saat Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Karawang, apabila terdapat realokasi lokawisata justru bukan kewenangan dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Karawang melainkan kewenangan Satgas COVID-19 Kabupaten Karawang karena kebijakan-kebijakan saat keabnormalan ini berada pada Satgas COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan masukan serta pertimbangan Institusi terkait, agar lokawisata pada era Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru ini segera direalokasikan mengingat lokawisata sebagai sektor potensial serta menyumbang PAD terbesar dari sektor lainnya serta paling penting saat lokawisata direalokasikan tetap mengindahkan aturan protokol kesehatan yang telah ada. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data by using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis uses data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: The media used in character education for students in Vocational High Schools in Margoyoso District are: 1) Exemplary Media; 2) Habituation Media; 3) Meditation/dhikr; 4) Indoctrination; 5) Behavior / Personality. The study found that all teachers had (1) a steady personality, (2) a stable personality, (3) mature, and (4) wise because the learning time in the class of students could be conditioned. It is hoped that the public will better understand the regional head candidates and choose candidates whose vision and mission is in accordance with regional needs. In the Kudus Regency Regional Election held on June 27, 2018, voter participation in this election was quite significant, amounting to 84.26%. But the disability voter participation is relatively low, that is, only 0,131% from the total of voter. This study aims to identify the lack of disability participation in local elections, forms of disability political participation, and supporting factors disability participation. This research applies descriptive qualitative research method with the political participation of disability analytical framework. The data collection techniques in this qualitative study using primary and secondary data. For primary data, researchers will conduct in-depth interviews of institutions related to the holding of the elections and will also be conducted with disability voters in Kudus Regency, both those registered as Permanent Voter Lists (DPT) and those who have not participated in the elections. This research uses qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of the reading wall at MI Saengprathip Wittaya Mulniti School Thailand has 5 stages. The first stage, gives 60 minutes to read. The second stage, summarizes what has been read from the reading wall, the third stage is working on the problem. The fourth stage recounts what has been read in front of the class. The fifth stage provides appreciation for students who tell stories in front of the class, and appreciation for those who have worked on questions with the best scores. The role of grade I teachers in implementing the reading wall is as a companion and facilitator. In addition to assisting students in reading wall activities as a literacy process, the teacher also acts as a facilitator. The obstacle that occurs in implementing the reading wall as an effort to foster the literacy tradition of grade I students at MI Saengprathip Wittaya Mulniti School is that classroom teachers cannot focus on making reading walls because the teacher's working hours are the same as school hours. Braudel's works are considered to provide a new perspective for writing in modern historiography. As his work entitled The Mediterranean and the Mediterranean World in the Age of Philip II is considered a revolutionary study that is different from the conventional / traditional historiography tradition. This study aims to examine the role and influence of Fernand Braudel's thoughts in writing modern history. The method used is a literature review with a unit of analysis of his figures and works, that is Fernand Braudel and his work The Mediterranean and the Medoterranean World in the Age of Philip II. The research results show that Braudel's work introduces something new, namely \"Total History\" on the study of historical writing using a multi-dimensional approach - by including economic, social, and etc. The purpose of applying this multi-dimensional approach is so that history can be fully understood from various aspects. Other than that, it is an alternative-critic's attempt to dominate politics in the historical dimension, namely history which only emphasizes major events and focuses on big figures who tend to be political. Braudel's style of writing history (Braudelian) already given a major influence on historians who have been involved in the study of Regional History, such as Anthony Reid, M. C. Riclekfs, A.B. Lapian, I Gde Parimartha, Gusti Asnan, Singgih Tri Sulistiyono. Fernand Braudel salah satu sejarawan yang mempunyai pengaruh dalam historiografi modern. Karya-karya Braudel dianggap memberikan perspektif penulisan baru dalam historiografi modern. Sebagaimana karyanya berjudul The Mediterranean and the Mediterranean World in the Age of Philip II dianggap sebagai kajian revolusiner yang berbeda dengan tradisi historiografi konvensional/tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupas peran dan pengaruh pemikiran Fernand Braudel dalam penulisan sejarah modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan satuan kajian (unit of analysis) tokoh dan karyanya, yakni Fernand Braudel dan karyanya The Mediterranean and the Medoterranean World in the Age of Philip II. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karya Braudel memperkenalkan sesuatu yang baru, yakni “Total History” atas kajian penulisan sejarah dengan menggunakan pendekatan multi-dimensional – dengan memasukkan aspek-aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan sebagainya. Tujuan penerapan pendekatan multi-dimensional tersebut agar sejarah dapat dipahami secara utuh dari berbagai aspek. Selain itu sebagai upaya alternative-critic atas dominasi politik dalam dimensi sejarah, yaitu sejarah yang hanya mementingkan peristiwa besar dan terfokus pada tokoh besar yang cenderung bersifat politis. This research uses a type of classroom action research by adopting the McKerman model with the research stages: Stages of Problem Description, Needs Analysis, Hypothesis of ideas, Action Plan, Plan Implementation, Evaluation, Decision Making, Stages of Conclusion, and Publication. It is concluded that the instrument has been tested for validation by an expert validator and received input and revision orders by the validator and everything has been done and has been declared valid with very good criteria.
