Khaptsev","doi":"10.18286/1816-4501-2022-4-133-136","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18286/1816-4501-2022-4-133-136","url":null,"abstract":"A comparative evaluation of two adjuvants: polyazolidinammonium modified with iodine hydrate ions (PAAH) and complete Freud's adjuvant (CFA) was conducted. The assessment was carried out in the process of hyperimmunization of rabbits with a mixture of an adjuvant and dimethyl sulfoxide antigen (DA) of a pseudotuberculous microbe. Both adjuvants stimulated antibody genesis and allowed to obtain hyperimmune sera with high antibody titers. However, CFA showed a slightly higher activity (1:819200) than PAAH (1:409600). The most pronounced stimulating effect of adjuvants was expressed at low doses of DA (0.2-1 mg/rabbit). Large doses of the antigen (16.0 mg/rabbit) enabled to obtain sera with a high antibody titer without adjuvants. The stimulating effect of DA-PAAH and DA-CFA complexes on antibody genesis is associated with the rate and quality of lymphocyte differentiation, and to a lesser extent with an increase of their number. PAAH showed a weak irritating effect on body tissues at the injection spot, and CFA had a strong irritating effect. The application of CFA led to formation of many painful indurations in the subcutaneous tissue of rabbits, which did not resolve between immunizations. Mineral fertilizers are also an essential element of farming systems. The aim of the work was to determine the influence of these two factors and their combinations on biological yield and structure of winter wheat harvest. The studies were carried out in 2019-2021 on stationary field experiment of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Agricultural Kursk Research Center in Medvenskiy district of Kursk region. The soil is typical heavy loamy black soil. Winter wheat was cultivated in 3 crop rotations, where the forecrops were black fallow, green manure fallow (peas) and sown fallow (horse beans). The scheme of the experiment included for 4 levels of fertilization: without fertilizers, N60P60K60, N80P80K80, N100P100K100 kg a.i. per 1 ha. Black fallow showed the highest biological yield on high background of fertilization, as for medium and low fertilization, and also without fertilizers - on green manure. Increase of doses of mineral fertilizers provided a yieldincrease. Total and productive bushiness of winter wheat was higher in combination with green manure fallow, and the weight of 1000 grains and the number of grains in the wheat head of the main stem were higher in case of black fallow. The harvest structure parameters were lower in crop rotationthan in the other two rotations. A tendency ofparameter increase of the harvest structure was revealed: total and productive bushiness, weight of 1000 grains, the number of grains in the wheat head of the main stem in case of fertilizationlevelincrease. Spring wheat seeds were pre-soaked for 24 hours in Biohumus liquid organomineral fertilizer and Chlorella Suspension growth stimulator, presowing treatment was also carried out with agromineral fertilizers - zeolite from the Tatarsko-Shatrashanskiy deposit and tripoli from Kaluga region. The experiments were conducted in laboratory conditions in vessels and rolls. An increase of germination energy and seed germination was noted in rolls, when seeds were soaked in biohumus and treated with zeolite - 45 and 22% higher than in the control. The maximum values of plant height were observed in the variant with zeolite - 9% higher than the control. The number of roots increased by 22%, their length in the variant with biohumus was, on average, 20% more than the control values. The coleoptile length was at the same level in all variants. The maximum germination in vessels was obtained in the variant with soaking seeds in chlorella suspension - 92%, which is 9.52% more than the control variant. The selection of agricultural practices for increase of seed productivity is relevant and current, since the availability of own seeds is of decisive importance in reduction of feed production cost. The studies were carried out in Omsk region in 2013, 2015–2017 in a stationary field experiment in eight-field crop rotation. The aim of the work is to study the influence of mineral nutrition conditions on yield of sweet sorghum seeds, water and nutritional regimes of meadow-black soil in the conditions of the south of Western Siberia. The experiment included a three-factor scheme: the supply of soil with mobile phosphorus according to Chirikov (factor A) - average, 50-100 mg/kg (background 0); increased, 100-120 mg/kg (I) and 140-150 mg/kg (II); high, 150-200 mg/kg (III); phosphorus fertilizer (factor B) - P0, P60; nitrogen fertilizer (factor C) - N0, N30, N60. The field experiment was implemented by mutual method of pre-sowing application of mineral fertilizers and different levels of phosphorus in the soil. The soil is meadow-black soil, medium-thick, medium-humus, heavy loamy. The reaction of the soil environment in the arable layer is neutral, the depth of groundwater in spring is 2.86, in autumn - 3.09 m. The climate of the southern forest-steppe of Omsk region is suitable for sweet sorghum cultivation with insufficient moisture in some years and uneven distribution of precipitation during the growing season. The yield of sweet sorghum seeds ranged from 2.93 to 3.46 t/ha on average for 3 years, depending on the background, the largest yield increase was noted on 0 background (N60P60) with a natural level of mobile phosphorus and pre-sowing application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers. It is possible to obtain seeds of sweet sorghum in the southern forest-steppe of Omsk region. To achieve high yields on soils with an average content of mobile phosphorus, it is necessary to use nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers. The features of the structure of the spore, the life cycle of development, transmission of infection are described, as well as methods of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention are displayed. Alternative methods of treatment and their effectiveness are shown. A decrease in the population of the honey bee (Apis mellifera) was noted. One of the reasons is an opportunistic infection of bees caused by microsporidia of the genus Nozema. Nosematosis occurs in most countries of the world. At the moment, three species of this parasite have been described in honey bees: N. aris, N. ceranae and N. neumanni. The most common are N. aris, N. ceranae. In 2011, Gisder et al. a model of tissue cell culture was developed, which made it possible to see the intracellular life cycle of these microsporidia. It is important for the preservation of the Apis mellifera population to study up-to-date information and look for new ways to combat this disease. Honey bees play an important role for humanity and are an integral part of biological diversity. A comparative analysis of the data obtained during the research confirms the positive effect of the studied additive on the processes of ruminal digestion, which is accompanied by an increase of concentration of volatile fatty acids (by 9.78% and 11.69%), cellulolytic activity of bacteria and absorption of ammonia nitrogen. This provides a corresponding increase of productive effect of feed and thereby causes a greater supply of nutrients to blood for milk synthesis, which has a positive effect on an increase (by 3.46 ... 12.60%) of milk productivity level of cows and the mass fraction of fat in their milk. The usage of the studied feed additive in the rations of cows enables to reduce the concentration of heavy metals (lead and cadmium) in their milk (by 10.75 ... 43.48% and 12.63 ... 28.58%) and products of its processing. The studies were carried out in the conditions of the farm SPK \"ImeniIlyicha\" in Novgorod region on Holstein heifers selected for insemination. It was establishedthat usage of ultra-dispersive humate-sapropel suspension in combination with the main diet at the doses of 20 ml and 25 ml allowedto increasecreatininecontent by 10.4% and 13.2%, respectively. In the same way, the consumption of ultra-dispersive humate-sapropel suspension affected the concentration of glucose in blood serum of heifers of the experimental groups, increasing it by 30.2% (20 ml) and 9.2% (25 ml). Introduction of the suspension into the rationimprovedbilirubinconcentration, increasing its values in the first experimental group by 39.6% and 14.6% in the second. There is a decrease in De Ritis coefficient by 17% (20 ml of ultra-dispersive humate-sapropel suspension) and 13.3% (25 ml) in the experimental groups; usage of ultra-dispersive humate-sapropel suspension at a dose of 20 ml in the experiment led to a decrease in Gamma HT activity by 14.6%, which allows to make an assumption about the therapeutic efficacy of ultra-dispersive humate-sapropel suspension ashepatoprotector. The object of the study was males and females of sharptooth catfish of different age. The aim of our work was to study the effect of \"Pravad\" complex polyvalent feed additive on leukocyte formula of African catfish. Highly effective polyvalent feed additive \"Pravad\" includes several biologically active ingredients necessary for life. By the nature of its effect on the fish organism, Pravad feed additive significantly accelerates the biomass gain, has a pronounced effect against oxidative and psychogenic stress, increases resistance to adverse environmental factors, low oxygen levels, toxins in water, lack of nutrients and vitamins, imbalance of feed; prevents infections, reduces toxic effect of agents dangerous to the body, regulates digestion, improves immunity, regulates intestinal microbiocenosis, stimulates growth and development, increases survivability. The object of the study was males and females of African catfish of different age. Our work presents results of the studies of Pravad feed additive effect on immunocompetent cells of white blood of African catfish. All structural components of the blood are among the first in the body to respond to changes in the external environment; therefore, numerous hematological parameters also change rapidly. The study of various methods of controlling hemibiotrophic fungus requires careful preparation and development of a sufficient amount of pathogenic inoculum. The aim of our research was to select appropriate nutrient medium for obtaining P. teres inoculum with maximum aggressiveness parameters (colony growth rate, sporulation, short latency period) and ergonomics in preparation. Three nutrient media were used: carrot-beet agar (CBA), potato-glucose agar (PGA), Czapek's medium for standard methods and cultivation conditions. The selection consisted of 10 isolates for each nutrient medium and had statistically significant differences among the experimental variants. It was found that appropriate combination of parametres such as growth rate (5.3±0.5 mm/day), colony diameter (53.4±1.1 mm), latent period (4 days), sporulation intensity (4100 conidia in 1 ml) was observed in case of cultivation of P. teres isolates on carrot-beet agar on the 6th day. When cultivating the fungus on potato-glucose agar, rather high growth rates (5.2±0.8 mm/day), colony diameter (52.0±2.9 mm), sporulation intensity (3700 conidia per 1 ml) were revealed, the latent period was the longest among the studied variants, the first sporulation was detected on the 6th day. In case of usage of the standard Czapek medium, the minimum aggressiveness of P. teres isolates was revealed (growth rate - 3.2 ± 0.3 mm/day; colony diameter - 31.6 ± 1.9 mm; latent period - spores were revealed on the 4th day in 1 cup; the intensity of sporulation was 500 conidia per 1 ml). It was noted that there is a larger range of morphological types of colonies on carrot-beet agar, including morphotypes of isolates which grow on other media. Almost all experimental variants cultivated on CBA medium had a clear structured mycelium with a dark color, which indicates a sufficient availability of nutrients in the culture medium. The initial information for the research was data of surface meteorological observations at six meteorological stations located on the territory of Ulyanovsk region from 1990 to 2019. For assessment of long-term changes of agrometeorological parameters, Fourier series expansion was used, parameters of the best sinusoidal approximation of the maximum and minimum points were determined. It was revealed that over the past three decades, there has been a steady increase oof the average annual temperature (5.2 ° C), especially in the cold season. Moisture supply is more chaotic, the change is heterogeneous, varying from 280 mm (2012) to 664 mm (2017) and the average value is 498 mm for 1990-2019. Barley has the greatest potential among grain crops in terms of photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) (8.3 t/ha), rye has the smallest potential (6.4 t/ha).
