Secara teoritis, gagasan resiliensi tidak hanya mencakup kemampuan untuk bangkit dari kegagalan, tetapi juga mencakup ketahanan dalam menjalani sesuatu yang diyakini dan dijalani. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ketangguhan terkait dengan values yang dianut oleh individu. Value yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada pemikiran Schwartz yang terbagi dalam lima dimensi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Bina Nusantara. Sedangkan penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik convenient sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini sendiri adalah 150 orang mahasiswa yang didasarkan pada stabilitas data dalam analisis yang menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa empat dimensi dalam nilai (openness to change, conservation, self-transcendent dan self-enhancement) memiliki hubungan struktural positif yang signifkan dengan ketangguhan (resiliensi). Semakin kuat openness to change, conservation, self-transcendent dan self-enhancement ini, maka akan diikuti dengan meningkatnya resiliensi. Berbeda dengan dengan empat aspek dalam value yang lain, aspek hedonism memiliki tidak memiliki hubungan structural yang tidak signifkan dengan ketangguhan (resiliensi). The object of this research is the public audience/netizens who use Youtube-TVONE social media, during the broadcast of the 2019 Presidential Election Debate (Pilpres). Methods of data collection, using Observation and Documentation techniques. Netizens’ comments on Youtube social media at the time of the Debate show, are data that are the object of research. The research data is in the form of comments from netizens who are considered relevant are support presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto. The purpose of this study is to identify and interpret fantasy themes that appear in comments on Youtube. The results showed that fantasy themes that often appear in netizen’s comments are Leadership and Character. The meaning of the imagination of Prabowo’s support group is that the public wants Prabowo to be president, because he has a good character, honest, courageous, assertive, and has a leadership spirit, so he can regulate and discipline state ofcials and realize national economic independence. Prabowo’s support group was convinced that the president had to be replaced, because he did not have a leadership spirit, and the government was now considered less eﬀective, and not pro-people. For over the past four years, the government has been focus on building transportation infrastructure and utilities as they believe that expanding infrastructure can contribute to economic growth and investment later. There is an increase in companies in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors from 2016 to 2018, there were an increase in 24 public companies. This proves that investment in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors is considered to be very proftable for investors. The purpose in this study is to empirically study the eﬀect of fnancial performance (Return On Equity), size, inﬂation rate and exchange rate on stock returns of infrastructures, utilities and communications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in observations from 2016-2018 using multiple regression method with SPSS. This study is using secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange (JSX) Yearly Statistics, ofcial website of Bank Indonesia, website Yahoo Finance on 2016-2018. Population research consists of 75 listed companies and fnal result with purposive sampling method for this research by using 24 companies. In adverb, adverb of degree plays an important role in grammar as well as to express level of degree itself. Although there are a few of them, only around a dozen are being used frequently. Main usage of Chinese degree adverb is to qualify psychological verb, adjective and also noun. Main usage of Bahasa degree adverb is to adverbial. The position of Bahasa degree adverb is so ﬂexible that can be used in before and after subject, or in the last sentence. There are similarities and also diﬀerences in the usage from both Chinese and Bahasa. Thus, in the process of learning the adverb of degree in Chinese, foreign student or in this case Indonesian students fnd it a little hard to understand. Indonesian students who learn Chinese usually make bias or error during the learning adverb of degree. These bias and error would inﬂuence the accuracy of expression used directly. The author will analyze degree adverb’s the similarities and diﬀerences using literature collection method in this research. At the same time, for Indonesian students learning degree adverb aspect put forward more suitable teaching and studying suggestions. Based on that, the author will only focus on commonly used adverb of degree such as “very, highly, extremely, to what extent, rather, too, fully, most, more, and a little”, to minimalize the bias that the students make. There are explanations in every example for using Chinese and Bahasa degree adverb. Surprisingly, the dominant group is young ages between 18-29-years-old, particularly full-time students who have a part-time job or work. This circumstance is unfortunate, given the fact that young people are likely to be the key to drive the industry innovation forward. However, the core problem of this matter is current stress relief method that has been provided by a company or institution is probably less relevant to student’s culture and demands. In-depth research was conducted through secondary and primary studies, such as literature analysis; observation of DMU Mental Health Day event; online questionnaire of 50 DMU students; an interview with DMU Employability and Wellbeing staﬀ; interviews with 3 DMU Britain students, and a focus group involving East Asia students. As a result, key fndings were revealed, including: 1) 40 out of 44 DMU full-time students who have part-time job felt stressed due to working; 2) what young people need the most when they were stressed was a short break; 3) East Asia cultures have certain treatments which helped students to get relaxed; 4) students showed less interest in joining stress management services provided by the University and preferred to resolve the problem individually due to the fact that students believe it was their personal. Some researched have found that a theme that will never be dried out to explore is the theme about culture. The beauty but deadly characteristic of Penchak Silat could be one of Indonesian unique cultural wealth with great potential as a source for any creative content. But animating or mimicking the movement of Penchak Silat is not an easy task for animators or any content creators, it requires deeper on both pieces of knowledge of motion and self-defense itself, which sometimes can only be understood by someone who spent their life trained in this martial art. This paper method is a documented experiment of using motion capture as a quantitative tool which complements the often qualitative approaches of user observations to study captured movements of Penchak Silat in the form of digital data. In this research a real Penchak Silat practitioner were set of tasks to performed jurus or Penchak Silat codifed movements. The motions of the research subjects were captured by a set of simple motion capture device with four PlayStation cameras. The data recorded through the motion capture system were translated into a rigged 3D model. Conclusions were drawn on the potential use of motion capture tool that can gain beneft to any content creator, based on the accuracy of the body mechanics and complexity of Penchak Silat movements that’s been recorded. In 2017 there are 6.3 million active smokers. During the last fve years female smokers increased by 400 percent and were the highest achievement in the world, including in Indonesia, and most women smokers were of productive age, ie 13 years to 40 years. For women who smoke they have symbols that contain meaning. Symbols are used to communicate between those who unwittingly cause rules in fellow smokers so that they can be understood when communicating. This study aims to determine the relationship between Image and Communication in women smokers in Jakarta and to identify the motives of women smokers in Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach in data collection, with the type of research in the form of case studies. Interviews were used to obtain knowledge about relationships resulting from the Image and Communication of Women smokers and the motives of women smokers. The research criteria determined were active smokers, smoking more than 5 years, productive age, in the city of Jakarta. Many of the smokers still think of several things such as Indonesian culture which is still a bit taboo for women smoking and a lot of community assessments about women smoking themselves. In the communication side of women smokers have 2 parts of the category how they interact with others, they share friendships with other people based on the person smoking or not smoking, this is to respect people who do not like smoking.
