In which rebaudioside A has a uniform sweetness with no bitter aftertaste. A simple method for the simultaneous extraction of stevioside and rebaudioside A has been studied with basic steps including extracting medicinal herbs with water, removing impurities using lime milk, neutralizing with citric acid, purifying with water-saturated n-butanol, and crystallizing fractional to obtain stevioside and rebaudioside A. The spectral data of IR, MS, and NMR have demonstrated the product structure as stevioside and rebaudioside A. The objective of the study was to describe the susceptibility to antibiotics of isolated bacteria and to analyze the suitability of antibiotics regimens for treatment after having a drugs susceptibility test (DST) to bacteria in CAP patients. A retrospective study was conducted at National Hospital 74, after screening the medical records of CAP patients hospitalized in the first 6 months of 2021, 32 patients with isolated pathogenic bacteria were included in the study. The results revealed that the percentage of CAP patients who isolated pathogenic bacteria was low. There were 9 isolations of isolated bacteria, in addition to the common bacteria in CAP, also including isolations of bacteria that commonly cause hospital-acquired pneumonia such as P. aeruginosa and S. aureus. Different strains were tested with different antibiotics and had different antibiotic susceptibility despite the same isolations of bacteria. Some physicians have not noticed the role of DST results in the choice of antibiotics for treatment, such as treatment regimens are not suitable for the results of DST, accounting for a high percentage. \u0000Keywords: Community-acquired pneumonia, drugs susceptibility test. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":23520,"journal":{"name":"VNU Journal of Science: Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences","volume":"111 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80721887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Subjects and methods: Direct interview with people in Dap Thanh commune, Ba Che district, Quang Ninh province: 151 people aged 18 and over. Information related to exposure to messages about NCD risk factors and primary health care activities of VHWs. Results: Most of the respondents heard about NCD risk factors messages in the past 30 days, from 56.3% (messages in physical inactivity), and 59.6% (notifications). on diet), 75.5% (messages on alcohol use) to 79.5% (messages for smoking). Radio / television is the most popular source of messages (between 91.8% and 95.8%) and the majority of people hear these messages from one source (from 77.1% to 80.9%). Most of the respondents said that there is no local village health worker (53.6%). Among localities with village health workers, the most common services provided were health communication and education (54.3%), while only 30% received NCD management services. These services are rated effective and moderate (6.6 - 7.7 points). Farmers who smoke and have diabetes are more likely to hear health messages than the rest of the population. Conclusion: The results show that the primary health care activities for non-communicable diseases of the people in the Dap Thanh commune are not really effective, the role of health workers as an official source of information has not yet promoted their tasks mine. VHWs are not fully involved in primary health care activities of the people. Bacterial respiratory infections have long been considered the main cause of exacerbations. This study was conducted with the aim of surveying the antibiotic usage characteristics in AECOPD of hospitalized patients at National Hospital 74. Data were collected from 265 patients hospitalized from January 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2021. Most of the patients in the study were male (82.3%) and had comorbidities (74.7%). The most isolated bacteria were Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The majority of patients did not change their antibiotic regimen during treatment (61.5%). Alternative regimens in patients having regimen changes tended to be more focused on Pseudomonas aeruginosa than the first regimens. In the antibiotic-containing regimens tested antibiograms of 38 patients with isolated bacteria, most of the regimens had at least 1 antibiotic sensitive to the isolated bacteria (38.5%). The results of this study provide reliable information for making recommendations to contribute to improving the effectiveness of antibiotic usage in the AECOPD treatment at National Hospital 74, reducing the medical burden for patients and society.","PeriodicalId":23520,"journal":{"name":"VNU Journal of Science: Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences","volume":"33 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82169367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Siegesbeckia orientalis L. is a medicinal plant that has the ability to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells. In this study, we evaluated the ability to inhibit EGFR and HER2 receptors of compounds from the Siegesbeckia orientalis L. by molecular docking method. Based on the published phytochemicals of Siegesbeckia orientalis L., we have collected 50 isolated compounds. Molecular docking results showed that the ability to inhibit EGFR was higher than erlotinib with 34 compounds, higher than icotinib with 7 compounds, higher than almonertinib with 21 compounds, and higher than olmutinib with 3 compounds; 4 compounds with higher ability to inhibit HER2 than neratinib, and 4 compounds may inhibit both EGFR and HER2 receptors simultaneously. Analysis of Lipinski's rule of five and predicting pharmacokinetic - toxicological parameters, we obtained two compounds that have drug-like properties.
