Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi pola pengasuhan adalah suku dan budaya yang dipegang teguh oleh orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah memaparkan kajian tentang adanya perbedaan pola asuh yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dengan latar belakang suku yang berbeda kepada anaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur yang bersumber dari hasil-hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, buku, dokumen yang tertera secara daring maupun cetak. Hasil studi literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan pola asuh di setiap suku di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor, seperti adat, kebiasaan, dan lain sebagainya. \u0000 \u0000Every family is influenced by various factors in applying the pattern of parenting to their children. One of the factors that influence pattern of parenting is the ethnicity and culture that parents adhere to. This study purpose is to report differences in parenting patterns that were influenced by the ethnicity of parents towards their children. This is a literature review sourced from secondary sources from several research results that have been carried out, books, documents that are listed online and in print. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 60 orang tua murid kelompok A maupun kelompok B di sebuah TK di Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengasuhan yang diberikan yaitu Adults and Children Together (ACT) Raising Safe Kids dapat menunjang kemampuan orang tua mengenai pendisiplinan anak tanpa melibatkan kekerasan serta dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Program ini dibagi menjadi tiga sesi yang dilakukan selama 2 jam untuk setiap sesinya. Tujuan program adalah pemahaman orangtua mengenai perkembangan anak sesuai dengan tahap usianya, cara mengelola emosi dan membantu anak untuk mengelola emosi, serta bagaimana menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi anak yang terbebas dari kekerasan baik fisik maupun verbal. Penelitian ini melaporkan bahwa program ini dapat meningkatkan praktik pengasuhan yang aman tanpa kekerasan bagi anak. \u0000 \u0000A sense of security for children during their growth and development is an important thing to pay attention to. Proper parenting is the key to children's success in fulfilling their developmental tasks. Parent’s awareness to equip themselves with the parenting process without involving violence in the disciplinary process is fundamental to creating a sense of security for children. The research was conducted to find out how the implementation of the Adults and Children Together (ACT) Raising Safe Kids program can support the parenting skills of parents in disciplining children without involving verbal violence. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation, and document study. The results of this study indicate that the Adults and Children Together (ACT) Raising Safe Kids program is an effective parenting program to equip parents about child discipline without involving violence. The program is divided into three sessions which last for 2 hours each session. This program leads parents to understand the age stage based-child development, to manage emotions and to help children to manage their emotions. This program also facilitates them to know how to create a safe environment for children who are free from both physical and verbal violence. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with 9 school principals and committee members as participants. Participants were recruited from both public and private schools based on regional representation. Data analysis was conducted inductively by linking of family involvement aspects with interactive analysis. The results showed that character building is the responsibility of both the schools and families which is achieved through priority programs implemented in all elementary schools. These programs involved institutional cooperation, family-school collaboration at home and family-teacher communication. The study also found that involvement in all elementary schools was mostly represented by mothers (85%). Character building can also be done by accelerating school-family partnership in a more informal learning context. Through this families and schools go hand in hand promoting culture of achievement, literacy related habits five principles which comprise smile, greeting, say hello, polite, well-mannered and five involvement which are corporation, community leaders in the villages, universities, family and city government. Involving families in children's education evidently provides confidence, comfort and enthusiasm in learning at home and at school.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola kemitraan antara keluarga dan sekolah dalam pendidikan dasar sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter siswa dalam konteks pembelajaran informal di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan partisipan 9 kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah. Peserta direkrut dari sekolah negeri dan swasta berdasarkan keterwakilan wilayah. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif dengan mengaitkan aspek keterlibatan keluarga dengan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan karakter merupakan tanggung jawab sekolah dan keluarga yang dicapai melalui program prioritas yang dilaksanakan di semua sekolah dasar. Program-program ini melibatkan kerjasama kelembagaan, kerjasama keluarga-sekolah di rumah dan komunikasi keluarga-guru. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa keterlibatan di semua sekolah dasar sebagian besar diwakili oleh ibu (85%). Pengembangan karakter juga dapat dilakukan dengan mempercepat kemitraan sekolah-keluarga dalam konteks pembelajaran yang lebih informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai keterllibatan ayah dalam pengasuhan anak, melalui kuisioner terbuka yang ditujukan pada ayah yang memiliki anak usia 0-8 tahun melalui Google form. Sebanyak 75 partisipan ayah dari anak usia 0-8 tahun terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan ayah dalam mengasuh anak sangat tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengakuan responden sebanyak 94,7% menjawab sudah terlibat dalam mengasuh anaknya. Hal ini di perkuat juga dengan pengasuhan yang dilakukan secara bersama antara ayah dan ibu cukup tinggi. Sebanyak 88% partisipan penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengasuhan anak menjadi tugas bersama antara ayah dan ibu. Terkait waktu ayah bersama anak, sebanyak 42,7% ayah menjawab selalu meluangkan waktu luang, disaat tidak ada kesibukan. Faktor penghambat untuk Ayah terlibat secara langsung dalam mengasuh anak adalah tuntutan pekerjaan (83,8%).Parenting is not only the duty of mothers, but also fathers. This study aims to obtain an overview of the fathers’ involvement in parenting, through an open questionnaire aimed at fathers who have children ages between 0 and 8 years old through Gform (google form). A total of 75 fathers were involved in this study. The results show the involvement of fathers in taking care of their children. The father’s involvement level in parenting is very high, as evidenced by the fact that 94,7% of the participants answered that they involved in parenting their children. This is also strengthened by the high level of equally shared parenting between fathers and mothers since 88% of respondents state that parenting is shared task between fathers and mothers. Regarding the time fathers spent with their children, 42,7%, of the fathers answered that they always spent their free time with their children. Guru atau tutor dituntut untuk dapat menghadirkan inovasi pembelajaran yang efektif. Pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif yang dapat diterapkan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi model pembelajaran jarak jauh pada Program Kesetaraan di wilayah Purwokerto Selatan pada masa pandemik COVID-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik yakni; melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Setelah data diperoleh kemudian peneliti melakukan analisis, adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni; mereduksi, analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga metode pembelajaran yakni daring (live book, kuis, recording materi), luring (proyek karya), dan kombinasi (group observation or self-observation, rekaman materi, diskusi, investigasi dan webinar, dan apresiasi belajar). Ketiga metode pembelajaran ini merupakan modifikasi sekaligus adaptasi pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi COVID-19.The COVID-19 pandemic has hampered the learning and its process at all levels of education ranging from early childhood education to college. In addition to formal education, non-formal education such as the Package C Equality Program has also undergone drastic changes in the teaching and learning process. From that problem teachers or tutors are required to be able to present effective learning innovations. Distance learning can be one of the applicable alternatives. This article aims to describe the innovation of distance learning models in the Equality Program in the South Purwokerto region during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using three techniques, namely; observations, interviews and document studies. The data then analysed based on these steps; reduction, analysis and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study show that there are three methods of learning namely online (live book, quiz, recording material), offline (project work), and combination (group observation or self-observation, recording material, discussion, investigation and webinar, and appreciation of learning). Untuk memenuhi standar pengelolaan, dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik di satuan pendidikan. Pendidikan nonformal merupakan jalur pendidikan yang dapat dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang, yang diselenggarakan di satuan pendidikan nonformal, seperti Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar dan Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen melalui pelatihan dalam memenuhi standar pengelolaan SPNF dan mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam memenuhi standar pengelolaan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan terhadap 30 orang pengelola pada 30 satuan pendidikan nonformal di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penentuan partisipan penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel bertujuan, sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment design) dengan tes awal dan tes akhir. Perlakuan dilaksanakan selama selama dua bulan dengan 15 kali pertemuan atau 60 jam pelatihan, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes dan dokumen evaluasi diri berupa tes sebanyak 20 butir soal pilihan ganda. Signifikansi program diuji dengan t-test berkorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai yang diperoleh SPNF sebelum dengan sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata tes awal dan tes akhir sebesar 59,6% dengan daya serap klasikal 75% atau baik. Sedangkan analisis dokumen menunjukkan hasil pemenuhan dokumen rata-rata 69,5 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik.National education standards have been established to ensure quality education, one of which is through management standards. Non formal education is an educational path that can be implemented a structured and tiered manner, which is held in non-formal education units, including the Learning Centers and Community Learning Centers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and describe the results of implementing management functions through training in meeting SPNF management standards. This research is a quantitative study conducted on non-formal education in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2018. Participants of this research were recruited based on the principle of purposive sampling. There were 30 participants that met the inclusion criteria which came from 30 non-formal education units. The participants were trained about management standards for 15 times or 60 hours within two months. Guru hanya menggunakan media berupa benda konkret yang ada di kelas saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media bahan alam dalam membantu meningkatkan kemampuan klasifikasi pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil observasi selama lima kali pertemuan, menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan media bahan alam untuk mengembangkan kemampuan mengklasifikasi benda pada anak usia dini. Media bahan alam yang adalah batu-batu kecil, benih padi, biji salak, biji asam, air, sirup warna warni, batang pohon kering dan daun. Aktivitas belajar yang dilakukan siswa adalah mencari, mengumpulkan, mengelompokkan, membedakan, bermain sains dan menanam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media bahan alam dapat meningkatkan kemampuan klasifikasi anak usia dini.Teachers rarely use natural materials around the school environment to encourage classification skills in children aged 5-6 years. Teachers only use media in the form of concrete objects in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of natural media in improving early childhood’s classification ability. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interviews, observation and documentation as data collection method. The results of this study indicate that the teacher used the natural media to develop their pupils’ object classification skills. During playing and learning activities teachers used natural materials such as tree branches, seeds, colourful liquid or syrup and inanimate objects. Learning activities carried out by students were searching, collecting, grouping, differentiating, playing science, and planting. Ibu yang bekerja memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar, yaitu tanggung jawab pada pekerjaannya dan juga tanggung jawab pada peran keluarganya. Ibu yang bekerja perlu melakukan manajemen pengasuhan anak, yaitu mengatur antara bekerja di luar kegiatan rumah tangga dan kegiatan pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui cara ibu yang bekerja dalam mengurangi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini dalam berbagai studi yang meneliti tentang hal ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang dilakukan melalui pencarian dan pengumpulan referensi teori dilanjutkan dengan menganalisisnya. Ada 33 studi terdahulu yang mendeskripsikan manajemen pengasuhan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen pengasuhan anak pada ibu yang bekerja terkait dengan manajemen waktu, manajemen keluarga, manajemen pekerjaan, dan manajemen pengasuhan.The participation of women in Indonesia’s workforce even more so for married women cannot be said to be little. Working mothers need to do childcare management, which is to arrange between work outside household activities and childcare activities. This research was conducted to find out how working mothers minimize the problems that occur in early childhood care in various articles that disscuss this matters. The research method used was literature study which carried out through searching and gathering theoretical references followed by analyzing them. There are 33 studies which describes childcare management of working mothers. Lagu Maritirukan adalah salah satu media pembelajaran hasil luaran riset PDUPT KemenristekBrin dengan No HKI 000210282 000210282. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan analisis konten lagu Maritirukan sebagai media pengembangan keterampilan sosial anak dengan autisme, ADHD, dan ADD usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan pada 3 orang anak, wawancara secara mendalam pada 5 orang tua dan guru, dan expert judgement oleh 5 orang ahli yang terdiri dari musisi, ahli media, dan ahli pendidikan anak. Data tambahan terkait lagu diperoleh melalui survei pada 35 orang tua dan guru. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lagu “Maritirukan” telah memenuhi 5 standar kriteria lagu anak. Secara umum, syair lagu Maritirukan memiliki kalimat yang tidak terlalu panjang, sehingga mudah diingat dan dihafal oleh anak. Syair lagu-lagu ini juga memiliki nilai-nilai pendidikan berupa pesan yang ingin disampaikan untuk mengajarkan anak mengembangkan keterampilan sosialnya yaitu menunjukkan, mengenalkan, dan melatih pengembangan emosi yang sehat dan ragam perilaku yang baik. Aransemen lagu sesuai dengan dunia anak dengan nada yang mudah dihafal oleh anak-anak. Lagu ini dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran bagi orang tua untuk mengembangkan keterampilan sosial pada anak berkebutuhan khusus, terutama anak usia dini dengan autisme, ADHD, dan ADD.This research is backgrounded by the limitations of children’s song as a media of learning to help develop the social skills of children with autism, Attention Deficit of Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre experimental dengan jenis one group pretest posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun yang berjumlah 20 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Indikator kemampuan kognitif yang digunakan adalah kemampuan mengklasifikasikan warna, kemampuan mengurutkan benda berdasarkan 5 seri warna, dan kemampuan menyebutkan warna. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan pretest dan posttest. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan pada nilai rata-rata hasil pretest dan nilai hasil posttest pada indikator mengklasifikasikan warna memiliki nilai; indikator mengurutkan benda berdasarkan 5 seriasi warna; dan indikator menyebutkan warna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan video pembelajaran interaktif terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak usia 4-5 tahun.The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of interactive educational videos on children, specially aged 4-5 years, in recognizing colors. The research used pre-experimental method, with one group pre test post test design. The participants were 20 children aged 4-5 years, which recruited using saturated sampling. Indicators of cognitive abilities used in this research were focusing on the ability to classify colors, to sort objects based on 5 color series, and to name the colors. The data were collected through observation using observation sheets before and after the introduction of the interactive educational videos which was conducted for five days. Data analysis was performed using the normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample T-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the mean value of the pretest and posttest results on each indicator.
