The present study was conducted to assessed human carnivores’ conflict, its causes, severity and recommending conflict mitigation suggestions. Conflict in the study area was assessed through interview questionnaire, focus group discussions, pasture’s visits and observations. Results showed that 19% respondents had experienced conflict with carnivores. Carnivores depredation on livestock and poultry was the main cause of conflict. Wolves and Foxes are among most blamed carnivores in the study area. Last seven years depredation cases indicated that wolfs are the most destructive and lethal predator of livestock among all. In the pastures wolfs contributed 90% of the total damage. While In the adjacent village’s foxes contributed 73% of the total poultry depredation cases. No records of snow leopard depredation cases were found in the last 7 years. Depredation cases of lynx and jackal were very few. Most of the livestock depredation reported during the summer months from May to September while most of poultry depredation w0ere reported during the winter months from September to March. Respondents revealed that no compensation had given to the affected households, not from the responsible authorities nor from NGOs, that’s why their perception towards carnivore is not good. Of the total 28% recommended killing of carnivores, 22% were in favor of paying compensation for losses to affect. While few recommended improving of sheds/corals, employee youth as a guard, understand carnivore’s habitat to reduce conflict. Results indicates that human carnivore conflict is intense in the area. However, it could be reduced by multi-prolonged conservation programs includes compensation, insurance programs, awareness creation and Improving the livestock and poultry Corals/Sheds. Introducing trophy hunting in the area can also play a vital role in mitigating conflict. The money generated from hunting can be utilized for losses compensation and developmental purposes in the area. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Human-Carnivore conflict; Depredation; Snow leopard; Wolf; Fox; Lynx; Jackal \u0000 \u0000 \u0000References \u0000 \u0000Ahmad, A. The results of determining the ecological indices of the sanitary protection zone of poultry farms indicate their negative impact on the biological diversity and richness of insect groups. In particular, the value of the Margalef species richness index is 25% less in the special protected zones in farms, compared to the control area, and the value of Shannon's species diversity by 12%. Further reduction of species diversity may lead to rapid degradation of ecosystems adjacent to the area of poultry farms. The assessment of taxonomic diversity, complexity of insect groups and their competitive structure in the area of poultry production proved the inverse relationship between the percentage of eudominants and sub-precedents, as well as the predominance of the percentage of precedents over the percentage of dominant. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Technology of environmental protection; Animal complexes; Bioindication; Protection of atmospheric air; Entomological communities; Indices of species diversity \u0000 \u0000 \u0000References \u0000 \u0000Nahm, K.H. Prebiotic "Bio-active" contains products of metabolism of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus delbrueckii adsorbed on zeolite. Our results proved the safety of this prebiotic for the rabbits. Optimal scheme for oral administration of the prebiotic was 2.0 g per 1 kg of body weight for 30 days. Such a course provided 95% of animal preservation and increase in the weight gain of the experimental animals, an average of 43.1% compared with the non-treated rabbits. In scarifies of distal intestine in 20% of animals that received the prebiotic and in 100% of those who did not receive it, Bacteria of Proteus genus have been detected. After the course of prebiotic we registered an increased number of Enterobacteriaceae (4.5–6.0 × 108 CFU) and Bifidobacteria (8 × 107–108 CFU) in rabbits’ intestines. We also mentioned the enhanced gram-positive/gram-negative ratio with a predominance of gram-positive (1:1.17 against 1:2.9 in control group). In case of prebiotic usage, the stimulation of goblet cells’ development was determined in the small intestine walls. Almost 100% of rabbits, who did not receive the prebiotic, had dystrophic changes in hepatocytes (74.5 % of the animals had fatty hepato-dystrophy and 25 % had protein granular dystrophy). We registered that only 25% of the animals had fatty hepato-dystrophy and 15% had protein granular dystrophy among those, which received the preparation.

We researched the situation in the city of Uman, Cherkasy region (Ukraine), and determined the links between the ecological quality of the urban environment and the occurrence of ecologically dependent diseases (oncopathology) in the old industrial region (Kryvyi Rih iron-ore basin). We found that the indicators did not exceed the MPC using spectral analysis of the gross content of Cu and Zn, in Uman soils. Spectral analysis of the content of mobile forms of heavy metals in the city soils was performed since mobile forms of heavy metals can be assimilated by plants and subsequently enter the human body and the abiotic component of the ecosystem of extraordinary danger to living organisms. We registered that Ni and Pb content significantly exceeded the MPC, especially in the city areas with heavy traffic. Correlation analysis showed a correlation of low and medium level (r = 0.40–0.52) between the content of mobile forms of heavy metals and the rate of oncological diseases. The correlation for Pb and Ni, the content of which significantly exceeded the MPC, was 0.40 and 0.49, respectively. Thus, we concluded that heavy metals could be a dangerous factor in the territory of Uman. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: heavy metals; gross content; content of movable connections; urban ecosystem; ecologically specified diseases; oncopathology \u0000 \u0000References \u0000 \u0000Alekseenko, V.A., Suvorinov, A.V., Vlasova, E.V. To reach this goal, the average daily temperature of 35 years has been used. Also, in order to predict future heat waves, the maximum temperature data of four models of the CMIP5 model series, according to the RCP 8.5 scenario, has been used for the period 2040-2074. In order to reverse the output of the climatic models, artificial neural networks were used to identify the thermal waves, and the Fumiaki index was used to determine the thermal waves. Using the programming in MATLAB software, the days when their temperature exceeded 2 standard deviations as a thermal wave were identified. The results of the research show that the short-term heat waves are more likely to occur. Heat waves in the base period have a significant but poorly developed trend, so that the frequency has increased in recent years. In the period from 2040 to 2074, the frequency of thermal waves has a significant decreasing trend, but usually with low coefficients. However, for some stations from 2040 to 2074, the frequency of predicted heat waves increased. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Climate change; Heat waves; RCP 8.5; Climate models; CMIP5 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000References \u0000 \u0000Cox, P. The effective ratio of arginine to lysine in the diets of replacement chickens was experimentally established, which, depending on the rearing period, was: 1.0:1 for 1-3 weeks, 1.1:1 for 4-8 weeks, 1.2:1 for 16 weeks and 1.2:1 for 17-18 weeks. It was found that the change in the ratio of arginine and lysine in poultry diets has a much higher degree of influence on their productivity, digestibility of feed nutrients, assimilation and efficiency of amino acids than changes in the levels of these amino acids. It was found that the ratio of arginine and lysine in the last period of rearing chickens (16-18 weeks) to a lesser extent affects the productivity of replacement young (R=0.59) compared to the first (R=0.96) and second periods of rearing (R=0.65). The growth of replacement young during all periods of the experiment and the nature of the effect of changes in levels and ratios of these amino acids in feed depending on age and productivity, described by a mathematical model with nonlinear characteristics (polynomial trend line), which has a higher value of approximation (R) linear dependence. The use of modern modeling methods and the proposed regression equations allow to predict the content of amino acids in feed for replacement young poultry in accordance with the program of their cultivation and amino acid composition of feed.

For animals in which the interlactation period lasted less than 45 days, the absorption of non-esterified fatty acids in the last week of the involution period was 2.8 times higher than in animals in which the interlactation period lasted at least 55 days, 1.48 times higher than the absorption of acetic acid, 1.24 times higher than βoxybutyric acid, 1.28 times higher than glucose, 2.82 times the total amount of phospholipids and triacylglycerols. For acetic acid, β-oxybutyric acid and glucose, not only higher absorption rates were observed, but also a tendency to increase the absorption level in the last weeks of lactation in animals with an interlactation period of less than 45 days, indicating metabolic changes in mammary gland tissue during the involution period. The duration of the dry period affects the secretory activity of breast tissue during lactation and the quality of milk produced during this period, which is expressed by lower fat content in the product while reducing the duration of the dry period to less than 45 days and reducing milk fat by 10.42% during the next calving. At the same time, the body weight of newborn calves in animals, whose interlactation period was less than 45 days by 19.3%, was lower than the animals of the control group, i.e. those who were in the interlactation period for at least 55 days, which indicates the negative impact of reducing the duration of the dry period on the body of animals.

Among the main factors that determine the development of scientific and technological sphere, the most important are legal factors, the detailed analysis of which is presented for each member state of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The study of legal factors hindering the development of scientific and technological cooperation is based on the peculiarities of national legal regulation of scientific and innovation activity and the shortcomings of international agreements within the SCO. The authors identify both internal and external legal factors that influence the development of international scientific and technological collaboration. The authors consider the state of legal regulation of national science and technology policy and the legal status of organizations involved in the development of science as internal legal factors. External legal factors include the existence of bilateral treaties between the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization regulating scientific and technological cooperation, as well as the content of multilateral treaties on scientific and technological cooperation between all member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that it is necessary to harmonize the national legislation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries on the issues of legal regulation of scientific and technological cooperation, as well as to consolidate at the international level the legal mechanisms for implementation of certain aspects of cooperation in the scientific and technological fields.
