C.M.J. is the maximum dependable degree of lower frame strength compared to different leaping assessments. The C.M.J. has also been shown to be associated with dash overall performance, maximal electricity, and explosive power exams. This type of research is descriptive studies. The superior selection in this study was based on research that wanted to examine and see the countermovement jump (C.M.J.) test by kickboxing athletes. The purpose of this study is to investigate and see the results of lower body strength using the countermovement jump (C.M.J.) test, which contains components in the C.M.J. test including jump height, power, concentric force, eccentric force, which is carried out by kickboxing athletes. The results showed the maximum value of each test component, namely jump height 43.7, power 4280, Concentric force 1155, eccentric force 789. Research on lower body strength conducted by kickboxing athletes or the so-called Countermovement Jump has proven reliable compared to other jumping tests. Language choice aims to represent thoughts, experiences, psychological conditions, and feelings. The comparative language style is found in a written language in the form of family letters, wills, and journals or diaries written by Japanese Navy soldiers serving military duties. Several writings were compiled into a book entitled Kike Wadatsumi no Koe used as a data source. It was found that there were ten types of comparative language style and metaphor was the most widely used type with 60 data. Based on their functions, those ten types have various functions, including: (1) the function of expressing the author's pride expressed by simile, metaphor, allusion, eponym, metonymy, and antonomasia; (2) the function of providing information related to the author's psychological condition during his military duty expressed by simile, metaphor, irony, metonymy, hyperbole, and personification; and (3) the function of resistance to express criticism of disagreements as well as rejections. The resistance form is subtly expressed using metaphor, irony, and personification. They are vehicles used to improve the learning process. Institution Performance Education personnel are required to have international standards. One of the weapons that are used to compete is by applying the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This study aims to evaluate the performance of lecturers, especially the learning process carried out by lecturers at the Faculty of Education. This study uses an analytical survey method. The instrument was developed by referring to ISO 9001: 2015. The subjects in this study were lecturers at the Faculty of Education. The study results found that the most findings were in the learning evaluation domain of 68%, 21% in learning planning, and 11% in the learning implementation domain. Several reasons led to the discovery. As was later determined by international bodies such as the OECD, the FATF and the G20, LLC was used by the so-called beneficial owner. Determining the beneficial owner of an LLC's liability for illegal conduct is not an easy task, but it is not impossible. The purpose of this study was to assess how beneficial ownership systems are implemented both internationally and locally, and how the beneficial owner should be held accountable for all criminal activity committed by the LLC. The researcher identifies and examines the difficulties qualitatively using a normative research approach based on statutory, case-related and conceptual approaches. This study concluded that the OECD Model Treaty, the FATF Guidelines and the G20 High Level Principles all contain a provision to determine the beneficial owners of international organizations. In Indonesia, it has been incorporated into several laws, including the Investment, Limited Liability Companies, and General Provisions and Tax Procedures Acts, as well as OJK Regulations, Presidential Decree, and the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulations. To answer the beneficial owner of an LLC for a corrupt act, the LLC must first be identified as a suspect/accused so law enforcement officers can investigate and seize assets. Some books of the folklore, journals articles, and textbooks that cope a theory from Barton and Hamilton explaining literacy practices and their manifestation discussion into library research which fully apply qualitative research. Three stories represent the culture, people, customs, language, and identity of the Madurese. Results of the discussion include five criteria of literacy practices in some aspects of the character life. They are a series of social practices which can be traced from various events in which written texts are involved. The manifestation of the literacy practices toward the characters also meets its need. Five details can be found in the text include management of daily life, personal communication, private leisure, and sense of making in oneself and the environment, and social participation. The Class Action Research Method (PTK) used is class action research conducted to improve the quality of learning practices in the classroom. PTK focuses on the school or teaching and learning process that occurs at the school, not on classroom input. The sample was studied by 120 students. The result of this study is that the application of modifications can improve throwing and better catch. This research design is cross-sectional; one hundred fifty-one respondents from SMP 59 Surabaya were recruited as samples in this study. The variable measured in this study is a passive activity in junior high school students in Surabaya. Respondents fill out a questionnaire on a google form taken from the ASAQ instrument to determine sedentary activity level. The results showed that passive activity was in the low category of 95.36% in SAWd and 79.47% in SAWe. The high class is only 4.64% on SAWd and 20.53 on sale. Independent sample t-test also showed significantly different results for sedentary activity on weekdays (SAWd) and weekends (SAWe) (p<0.05). In conclusion, During the COVID-19 pandemic, the passive movement of junior high school students in Surabaya was still dominant in the low category. Eduwisata Lontar Sewu is a relatively new tourist attraction but attracts many visitors so it needs to be evaluated. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of environmental resources in Lontar Sewu Eduwisata. The population is all managers. Data collection techniques with documentation, interviews, observations and measurements. Data analysis technique using scoring. The results showed that the quality of natural resources scored 7 (good category). While the quality of social resources obtained a score of 7 (medium category).
