Differences in student adaptability create problems for certain students, such as lack of motivation to attend classes which result in decreased academic achievement. In dealing with this problem, counselors are required to have critical thinking skills so that they can analyze the root of the problem and provide appropriate alternative solutions for students as their counselors. Therefore, the workshop is carried out to improve the critical thinking skills of counselors in Surabaya with the hope that they will be able to optimize their role in overcoming student problems. Tilik movie tells how the main character spread hoax information. In Gossip movie, the story centers on three main characters who plan to spread hoax information and track how far the public receives the hoax information. This study focused on the expressions used by the main characters in both movies in disseminating hoax information. This study aimed to identify the presuppositions used by the main characters and their use in hoax discourse. The results found that all types of presupposition were used in both movies. The used presuppositions were related to the spread of hoax information as the theme of the story. In Tilik movies, the main characters frequently use non-factive and counterfactual presupposition. While in Gossip movie, those two types of non-factive and counterfactual presupposition were used infrequently. These differences were caused by how the rumors were spread by the main characters in those two movies. The social media that are often used and also follow the development of trends in social media applications. TikTok is one of the most popular social media applications in Indonesia. The factor of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak that spreads throughout the world makes distance learning still implemented in Indonesia until 2021. Students can study not only from formal schools, but also from social media networks. TikTok is here to answer the needs of these students in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational content creators take advantage of this facility to create more interesting and educational videos for Generation Z to watch. Based on the TikTok Data Report in 2019, videos with the topic of language education ranked second in the Top 5 most popular knowledge category. Based on these facts, language learning plays an important role in the distribution of educational videos on TikTok. By using correlational quantitative methods, researchers can find out the relationship between consumption patterns of high school students in Surabaya. It is known that there is a positive relationship between high school students' TikTok media consumption patterns that lead to motivation to learn. Every people have a different value about Justice and it makes justice relative. However, justice is the goal of law enforcement in society. The CC license tries to provide justice for the author (creator) and the use of his work that was published in a scientific journal. CC license appears at the journal website that uses an Open Journal System, but sometimes on closed journal or paid journal, it appears too. Actually, Journal administrators use CC License is to protect their copyright holder from everyone who uses the articles they publish. How about diversion copyright for the author to the administration journal, does it use CC license or not. Mostly, they do not use CC license. This study wants to use the theory of justice to analyzes the philosophy issue from CC license that protects the author. Because of it, this study uses the legal research method, and then uses the source of law like legal theory (theory of justice), legal concept, agreement theory, regulation to analyze and discover that CC license gives protection for the author. The result, that CC license does not provide justice yet. It protects journal's copyright and provides justice for them. Writing is also a difficult thing for BIPA students, especially for beginners with academic goals. The Indonesian language has the standard Indonesian grammar that BIPA students should understand with the process that is not relatively easy. In general, the BIPA students experienced several errors repeatedly in writing, such as word choices, sentence structures, affixes, and word mixing. In fact, most of their issues are in affixes. The students get confused when the affix of memeets the base verb, for instance: (me-)+pukul will be menpukul or (me-)+makan will be memakan. This study will analyze some examples of errors more profound in the final exam from BIPA students in the beginner class. Most of them are from Thailand, Egypt, France, and Timor Leste.
