To achieve this goal, Classroom Action Research will be carried out on 21 students using the singing method. There are 2 cycles in this research. Each cycle goes through four stages, consisting of (1) planning, (2) implementing learning improvements, (3) data collection, and (4) reflection. Data were collected using a learning outcomes test in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 10 questions. Based on the research stages, the results showed that in cycle 1 only 43% had completed the KKM score of 75. And this increased to 100% in cycle 2. Therefore, the use of the singing method had a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes in the heat transfer science subject. Good quality education and developing student competencies are key elements in creating an educated and developed society. This research was carried out from January to February 2023 at Muslim Suksa School, Thailand. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. Teachers at these schools are the subjects of research to understand the practices and strategies they apply to improve student quality and competency. The results of this research reveal that the teacher's role is very important in creating a conducive learning environment, motivating students, and facilitating effective learning. Teachers at Muslim Suka School, Thailand apply a variety of creative and diverse learning strategies, integrate values into lessons, and focus on students' comprehensive development. The findings of this research provide insight into best practices in primary education in schools based in Thailand. Teachers should be able to keep themselves by maintaining their professionalism safely, wisely, so that people and learners are easier to imitate teachers who have a whole personality and not a split personality. The researcher studied the stories in the Qur'an about the stories of the prophet Ibrahim AS as well as relating to existing educational theories. Researcher argued that it would be good if trying to find the profile of teacher personality in the Qur'an, because with the historical approach can learn everything that had ever happened as ibrah and the examples for teachers in the present day. The story of the research sample was the stories of the prophet Ibrahim As that was contained in the Qur'an. This research included library research because researcher tried to find the personality of the prophet Ibrahim in the Qur'an using content analysis. Researcher examined by using books of Quranic interpretation and then related it to theories of teacher personality, then drawing conclusion. The teacher personality profiles can conclude from the stories of the prophet Ibrahim in the Qur'an: (a) steadiness and personal integrity, (b) Alternatives thinking, (c) creative, (d) courageous, (e) honest, (f) rational and logical (g) friendly, opened and humble (h) Patience and sincere. The facilitator is responsible for building a conducive discussion process so that the group can reach a mutually beneficial agreement. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian ini metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini didapati secara langsung. Dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak terkait untuk memperoleh data yang berkaitan dengan Strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional (MBI) Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Proses kegiatan rekrutmen di MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto melalui pihak wakil koordinator bidang keguruan dan kepegawaian dengan membuka lowongan pekerjaan atau calon tenaga pendidik melalui sitem getok tular dalam artian langsung memberitahu kepada guru-guru senior agar menyiapkan tenaga pendidik baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan mata pelajaran yang akan diajarkan. 2) Proses pelaksanaan strategi rekrutmen meliputi kegiatan tes tertulis, tes baca kitab kuning, tes keaswajaan, tes baca Al-Qur’an, sesuai prosedur yang disiapkan oleh pihak keguruan. The method used is class action research with a cycle model design, namely the stages of (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. As for the research results obtained by learning using the guided writing learning model the diction inventory strategy can improve learning outcomes. In the first cycle the level of student learning completeness reached 62.85% with good learning abilities.
