Students have to write complaints down on paper and then incorporate them into feedback, so this method is not efficient enough.Technology has become an important part of people's lives, especially in the world of education, this is triggered by the rapid development of technology.as technology advances.To overcome these problems, we need a website or technology that contains a collection of certain information pages that can be accessed easily by students anytime and anywhere so as not to interfere with the teaching and learning process. Created a system to design a web page system that can assist students in filing complaints. This program is based on PHP with the concept of MVC (Model View Controller), modeling of the proposed system, including diagramsuse case, scenariouse case, diagram activity, diagram sequence, diagram class, input and output plans. The design of this website uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework programming language development method. Create a database with MySQL using XAMPP.The result of this research is to design a web-based complaint information system for Yadika Vocational High School students so that students can submit complaints outside of scheduled school hours. Yogyakarta is rich in regional culture and arts, including traditional musical instruments, traditional weapons, and houses.Traditional musical instruments are one of Yogyakarta's typical local cultures.Traditional musical instruments are now a specialty of the province, especially in Yogyakarta, where Javanese culture is still strong and well-known.Concern for the preservation of national culture, particularly traditional musical instruments, has diminished significantly over time.One important reason for people's growing interest in Yogyakarta's culture is, for instance, the community's lack of exposure to and familiarization with it. Using Android-based Augmented Reality (AR) technology is one method for introducing younger generations to Yogyakarta traditional musical instruments. From 2D objects, users can directly view information, sound, and 3D objects with this technology.As a result, the researcher was motivated to develop an Android app that would teach students about a variety of Yogyakarta traditional musical instruments through the use of augmented reality. This application was developed using the Unity and Vuforia SDK software as libraries and C# as the programming language. With technology, which can make it easier for humans to make decisions quickly and effectively. An expert system is an information system that contains knowledge from an expert in order to help with decision making. This system was designed with the theory of Dr. William Moulton Marston to find out his personality and work references. To find out a person, a personality test is carried out. The Personality Test uses a manual version through distributing questionnaires to find out people's dispositions. The evaluation is made a manual version through an answer sheet. Each person takes a lot of duration, this system is made using forward chaining. forward chaining begins the way inference begins with facts to verify the principle of an assumption. The way data is retrieved begins with assumptions until it is completed. The goal is to determine a person's disposition and propose a field of work for their personality. The app also uses Agile development, because the process of upgrading software requires a duration that tends to be fast and does not consume large resources, so modifications according to customer needs can be processed more agilely, and can use input to the development team to prepare methods. In its current development, TVCC focuses on developing regional potential through digital channels and already has 2 main websites, namely tvcc.tv and also TVCCtube. TVCCTube is used as a forum for the government, public agencies and content creators to provide information about their respective regions to the public. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate periodically to maintain the quality of this tvcctube website. The data collection method in this study was by making observations at TVCC and also distributing questionnaires to Citiasia's mentors and mentees and the respondents for this study were 13 respondents. The analytical method used is the WebQual 4.0 method by testing the validity and reliability of each variable, namely usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. Data analysis used in this study is to use SmartPLS 4 because it is very suitable for a limited sample. Researchers utilize one of the grouping methods, namely data mining classification in order to help business entities to identify different groups in the Starbucks customer satisfaction database. The purpose of this research is to be able to group categories into 3 classes, namely satisfied, quite satisfied and dissatisfied using the Decision Tree & Naive Bayes algorithm. So that it can find out public opinion on Starbucks customer satisfaction, in this study the aim was to obtain accuracy, precision and recall values and find out the best algorithm for data mining classification of Starbucks customer satisfaction. In this study using test data obtained from tweets with the keyword \"Starbucks\" from Twitter. The results of this study where the sentiment classification process for Starbucks customer satisfaction obtained a neutral category, it can be seen from the reviews using the keywords \"starbuck OR starbucks OR #starbucks \"The results obtained were positive comments of 476 tweets with a percentage of 19.2%, neutral comments of 1743 tweets with a percentage of 70.3% and negative comments of 258 tweets with a percentage of 10.4%, so that conclusions can be drawn based on the polarity calculation, the comments on stabuck have a satisfied category.In this study, it can be concluded that the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm is better than the Naive Bayes algorithm, as can be seen from the following explanation.The Decision Tree algorithm results in an accuracy of 83%.
