The method used for the development of this consulting information system uses the waterfall model on the grounds that this model is coherent. The benefits of research can carry out the consulting process quickly and efficiently. This application uses the Laravel framework which can make it easier for writers to make applications. The result of this built application is a web-based consulting information system that can provide patient convenience in consulting, patient data storage and information services that are easier and faster. The application that was built was made using tools such as sublime, MySQL, XAMPP as a database with HTML and PHP programming languages coupled with the Laravel Framework for developing software systems referring to the waterfall model which is one of the software development models, where the progress of a process is seen as continuous. flowing down like a waterfall. Both the government and the public need to care about the waste itself, without any intervention from all of us, the waste problem will continue to grow and be difficult to overcome. For this reason, a waste bank was created which is expected to be able to reduce the rate of waste growth, as was done in the village of Banjarejo. But unfortunately the management of the waste bank in Banjarejo village had stopped. This is due to the lack of commitment from the waste bank management, and the decline in public trust and motivation to participate in the waste bank program. The purpose of this research is to revive the waste bank in Banjarejo village by digitizing the waste bank into the Banjarejo Digital Garbage House (RSDB). This research focuses on designing the web design of the Banjarejo Digital Garbage House (RSDB). The results of this study can later be tested on prospective users and waste bank admins in order to obtain test results. With the existence of the RSDB web system, it is hoped that it will be able to facilitate and foster the interest of the Banjarejo village community in efforts to clean the environment. This design uses the Design Thinking method. In the Design Thinking method there are 5 steps that must be carried out to get an idea and a solution, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Testing carried out on the prototype uses the Single Ease Question (SEQ). The results of the average SEQ score from the waste bank admin are 6.2 – 7. Meanwhile the average SEQ value results from the waste bank customers are 6 – 7. Improving services can affect the results achieved. Based on this, it is necessary to take action by creating an Android-based computer and laptop repair service application that will facilitate the ordering process for customers by having the ability to pick up goods and view order status. The result that can be felt by ASP Toshiba Palembang is that it can store data. The system is built using the Java programming language for Android-based mobile managers and messengers, while the admin uses a website based on the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database and Firebase for push notifications. The system development methodology used is an iterative model. Faced with this problem, students may seek help from a counselor or career advisor, do their own research about the course of study, take personality tests, or seek practical experience in a different field. One solution is The study program determination system is usually carried out by prospective students or students who have completed upper secondary education and want to continue their education to the tertiary level. The method used is the fuzzy mamdani method. The Fuzzy Mamdani method uses linguistic rules to transform uncertain or ambiguous inputs or data into more understandable outputs or decisions. This method makes use of the fuzzy set concept, which can handle numerical values with more flexible and linguistically understandable degrees of membership. The test results of the application are satisfactory accuracy and objectivity values, with parameters (75,60,75). The availability of information is quite satisfactory with parameters (60,60,75), ease of use is quite satisfactory with parameters (60,75,90). Data security is unsatisfactory with parameters (50,75,125,150), feedback and evaluation are unsatisfactory with parameters (50,75,125,150). The problem that occurs in determining loan eligibility at the XYZ Cooperative is that the assessment in determining loan eligibility still only gives a decision whether or not a loan is appropriate, without taking into account the percentage value of loan eligibility. The decision support system is an alternative in determining a decision making that can produce solutions to assist cooperatives in determining eligibility more quickly. In determining the eligibility to provide loans to members using the decision-making method, namely the ELECTRE Method. There are 5 stages in this study, namely Data Collection, Criteria and Weight Analysis, Electree Method Calculations, System Implementation, and System Testing. As for this study using 6 criteria, namely collateral, income, loan amount, installments, active members and age. The results of testing the system using the blackbox testing method, which shows that the system built is capable of running well and producing output according to the design. This research focuses on system development for marketing UMKM products by designing UI and UX using the Design Thinking method. This Design Thinking method is a comprehensive thinking process that focuses on finding solutions with an empathetic process for a particular human-centered need. This method has 5 stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The testing method used is the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. System recommendations built in the form of a prototype using the Figma application. The feature that distinguishes this application from other applications is the AR feature to clearly see the product to be purchased. In addition, users can also choose souvenirs typical of an area by pressing directly from the interactive map provided. This study connects the results of satellite image data processing using NDVI, SAVI, EVI, and NDWI approaches with decision support systems in setting priority programs for Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 development models in potential mangrove areas East Tobelo District, North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. In the AHP approach, four criteria will be analyzed comprehensively, as follows: first, the arrangement and management of mangrove ecotourism areas (K1); second, training, mentoring, and community empowerment of mangrove ecotourism (K2) development areas; third, preservation of local social and cultural values (K3); fourth, the construction of facilities and infrastructure supporting mangrove ecotourism (K4). The results of this study show that the overall average value of raster data calculation results through the Hyper Spectral of Remote Sensing approach using NDVI, SAVI, EVI, and NDWI algorithms based on zone 1, zone 2, zone 3 mangrove areas of East Tobelo District, indicates medium or sufficient category density conditions and dense or dense, and has enough moisture or water in the measured area. Thus, Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 can be optimized into tourist destinations through community-based mangrove ecotourism. Nevertheless, the stability of kernel production is not always consistent, and the quality of the kernel can be detrimental to the company. As consumer demands change over time, companies must anticipate every fluctuation in palm kernel production. Hence it is vital to figure the long run with a settlement prepare utilizing information mining utilizing information within the past. The Triple Exponential Smoothing and Double Moving Average methods, which are data mining methods for future forecasting, were used in this study. The aim of this research is to predict the yield of future oil palm kernel production using the Triple Exponential Smoothing and Double Moving Average methods and to determine the level of forecasting errors using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) method. The data for the last ten years, from January 2013 to December 2022, were used in this study. After testing the Triple Exponential Smoothing method with parameters α=0.2,β=0.γ=0.2, the error rate using MAPE was 9.48%, and the Double Moving Average method had an error rate of 11.2%. The MAPE results of the Triple Exponential Smoothing method are considered very good, while the MAPE results of the Double Moving Average method are categorized as good based on the range of MAPE values. This research is expected to provide information to related companies as a supporting reference in anticipating palm oil kernel production.
