WeTV is an internet-based streaming service that is used by the public as an entertainment medium. The WeTV application has been downloaded by up to 50,000 users. Application user ratings may affect the image of the application depending on the services provided by the application developer. Many positive, neutral and negative reactions have had a big impact on WeTV. Categorizing user ratings cannot be done manually because it is not easy with very large amounts of data. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the user rating of the WeTV application on the Goggle Playstore. In this study the processing steps consisted of cleaning, case convolution, tokenization, normalization, stopword and vape removal, after which it was continued with the TF-IDF step and the final result was a confused matrix using the Python programming language with Naive Bayes classifier. method in this research. Using 12,000 reviews found on Google Playstore. to generate positive, negative and neutral sentiments from Wetv application user comments in the play store. Considering this, this study uses the hyperspectral method of remote sensing through the following stages: data collection; data processing; radiometric calibration; dimension reduction; data analysis; interpretation of results. Meanwhile, the bands used have been adjusted to NDVI, SAVI, and EVI models at the dimension reduction stage. The results of this study show that the overall average value of the calculation results of NDVI, SAVI, and EVI based on Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, and Zone 4 of the mangrove area of East Tobelo District indicates the condition of medium or sufficient category density and dense or dense. A person's life may be affected by changes in behavior brought on by this condition. To conquer this issue, a backpropagation calculation has been created to help with distinguishing mental problems. This calculation utilizes information got from mental tests to distinguish early indications of mental problems in an individual. With this calculation, psychological wellness experts can settle on additional quick and precise symptomatic choices. The Levenberg-Marquadt method and the backpropogation algorithm were used in this study to diagnose mental disorders. The aim of this study is to make it easier to diagnose mental disorders by analyzing a patient using the 24 attributes of the questions. After the diagnosis is made, the results will show up, and the Levenberg-Marquardt Backpropagation Algorithm will be used to test a person to see if they have bipolar disorder, OCD, or any other disorder. Researchers will have a difficult time determining the patient's mental illness if this diagnosis is not carried out. The aftereffects of this study are as demonstrative inquiries for mental issues that have been given. The Levenberg Marquadt method backpropagation algorithm is the bridge to accuracy, supporting this study's success. MSE is 24-10-1, with training performance equal to 0.000014246 and testing performance equal to 0.0000146. The project manager is the person chosen to be responsible for activities in the project management process for the benefit of the company and is a core figure in the success of a project and is the most influential factor in the success of project management. The obstacle that exists in Smart Integrated System companies is that there is no project manager selection process that implements a requirement to become a project manager. Plus, the role of the project manager is always changing and being chosen on the spur of the moment and randomly. This study aims to overcome problems that may arise in group decision making in Smart Integrated System companies. Solving problems in Smart Integrated System (SIS) company will use a system called a website-based Group Decision Support System (GDSS) that will apply the Fuzzy Tahani method. Admin determines the high Query Fuzzification value for each set of Membership Function criteria / sub-criteria. The results of system testing on four project manager candidates found that a candidate named Jaka has the right to become a project manager. Recruitment is the most important activity in human resource management, namely to get the right people for the company. To achieve company goals effectively and efficiently, competent and skilled employees are needed and the quality and quantity are in accordance with company needs. Determination of prospective employees to be recruited is adjusted to several criteria that influence each other, so we need a system that can help make decisions in recruiting the right and quality new employee candidates. The method used in recruiting candidates is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, namely the MADM (Multiple-Attribute Decision Making) model. This method is used to determine the best choice from a number of alternatives, where a good chosen alternative does not only have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution. This system was built using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. With this web-based system, applicants can register for job vacancies according to the needs of the company so that the end result is in the form of an ideal alternative report based on the ranking of the TOPSIS method and the number of prospective employees to be recruited to fill vacancies at PT. One of the factors that determines the success of a restaurant in the food industry is the quality of the waitress service. An employee who serves customers in a restaurant, cafe, dining room or hotel is known as a waitress. These are the people who will approach a client as they walk in to take their order, give them a menu, and be available if they need more. Because it generates data that can be used for administrative decisions such as promotion, training, awards and other assessments, selecting the best restaurant waiter is a very important process in management. The obstacle in choosing the best restaurant waitress is the difficulty for restaurant management to make decisions regarding the best restaurant waitress because of the large amount of data which results in a long processing time. The Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) approach and the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting method are the two methods used in this study to apply a decision support system to the challenge of selecting the best restaurant waiter. In this study, a number of factors, including appearance, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, high initiative, and multitasking skills, were taken into consideration in selecting the best restaurant servers. Wetv has many user reviews from various applications. The rating consists of positive, neutral and negative. The response is used to determine sentiment by using the support vector machine classification method. This study took 12,000 comments from the Google Play Store, this study used preprocessing namely, cleaning, case folding, tokenizing, normalization, stopword removal, and steaming, then to the TF-IDF stage and the final results were tested with a fusion matrix with the Python program, the score results highest from the acquisition test process with accuracy of 0.76%, precision of 0.77%, recall of 0.79%, and f1 score of 0.78, in a dataset of 90% training data and 10% test data. The problem that occurs at this time s that t s not known how far the level of readiness of the Prabumulih City Government s n the use and application of nformation technology, especially E-Government. Because of this, t s necessary to carry out an analysis or assessment of the readiness to apply nformation technology, n this case the Government of Prabumulih City. The solution offered s to carry out a readiness analysis using the TR method or Technology Readiness (TR) which s a person's tendency to want to use a new technology that aims to achieve everyday life or n the workplace. Meanwhile, the Technology Readiness ndex s an ndex used to measure the readiness of new technology users to achieve goals n everyday life and work. n order to support the Government of Prabumulih City to carry out eGovernment mplementation with the help of nformation and communication technology, t opens new opportunities to further explore nformation so that t can be utilized optimally. E-Government users cover a wide population, both for government, citizens and business people, so that n the end a mutually beneficial relationship s created. The results obtained from this study are Optimism has a value of 1.51, nnovativeness has a value of 1.24, Discomfort has a value of 0.69 and nsecurity has a value of 0.64. Twitter users in Indonesia are the fifth largest in the world and are always active in expressing themselves and getting information through tweets. A hoax is a lie created as if it were true. Hoaxes are also often spread via tweets. The spread of hoaxes is extremely dangerous because it can cause social discord and even misunderstanding. Therefore, hoaxes must be resisted. This study aims to build a system to detect hoaxes on Indonesian tweets. The objective of this research is to identify hoax Indonesian tweets by using the Naïve Bayes classifier with Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). This study collects and annotates tweets from hoax tweets post which sent by a user account. This study also applied several text preprocessing techniques to provide datasets. To provide the best hoax prediction model, this work splits datasets into training and testing datasets. There are four experimental scenarios that refer to splitting the dataset. The experimental results showed that the hoax prediction model using Naïve Bayes with TF-IDF had 64% accuracy and recall, 69% and 67% precision, and a F1-score respectively. This result is also superior to the hoax prediction model when using the Naïve Bayes classifier without the TF-IDF. It means that TF-IDF has made a positive contribution to improving model performance. The stages of design thinking can be done repeatedly to improvise ideas and solutions so that they are responsive and adaptive to change. Agile is a software development method in which the stages can be repeated to form a cycle, this is done because the agile method is very concerned about the value of a product. The Anindya Collection is UMK of men's batik clothing that they produce themselves and sell under their own business brand name, Anindya Collection. Problems often occur in managing sales data and recapitulating sales data which is still done manually, namely handwriting in a book, making it less effective and efficient. UMK has a role in boosting the Indonesian economy, so limitations should not prevent UMK from innovating. In this study the authors implemented the Design thinking and Agile Methods in Designing the My Sales Application at Anindya Collection). In this study, the authors concluded that the design thinking method helps improvise ideas and solutions to changes prior to the development stage using agile methods.
