Di era ini kedai kopi banyak muncul brand kedai kopi dengan konsep Coffee-to-go dimana setiap orang dapat membeli dan membawa kopi ini kemana saja untuk dinikmati. Dengan banyaknya pemain di industri ini akan sulit untuk bersaing dan bertahan di pasar. Melalui penelitian diharapkan dapat memahami atribut apa yang diasosikan konsumen kepada brand kedai Coffee-to-go dan membantu brand berkomunikasi lebih efektif setelah mengetahui atribut apa yang melekat pada brand. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pemeriksaan data, klasifikasi data, verifikasi data, analisa, dan juga pemberian rekomendasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi kepuasan tamu Paradise Hotel Golf and Resort terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang disediakan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang diperoleh melalui teknik snowball sampling yang kemudian mengisi kuesioner terkait lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan dan indikator-indikator dari setiap dimensi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode rentang untuk mengetahui persepsi kepuasan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden sudah merasa sangat puas terhadap Dimensi Bukti Fisik dan Kepastian serta merasa puas dengan Dimensi Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, dan Empati. Hospitality business organizations, as one of the impacted industries, require transformative leaders to create Learning Organization environment, and to set innovative organization members. This research investigates the relation between Transformational Leadership, Learning Organization, and Innovative Work Behavior particularly in Hospitality Industries (hotels and restaurants) in Surabaya. This research mainly explores theoretical gap left by the predecessor researches by adopting new scaling used especially to evaluate Transformational Leadership and Learning Organization, and methodological gap by utilizing multivariate data analysis towards the respondents’ groups. This research is designed as a descriptive quantitative study, in which data is collected through questionnaire towards the sample. This study points out that while Transformational Leadership does correlate positively with the creation of Learning Organization, it possesses no significant relationship with the establishment of Innovative Work Behavior among the leaders group. Learning Organization also does not mediate the effects between those two. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 171 responden yang pernah mengunjungi restoran Kaizen BBQ Grill & Shabu-Shabu setidaknya sekali dalam 3 bulan terakhir (September - November 2022). Penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS untuk pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh antara peran marketing influencer tiktok terhadap follower engagement dan purchase intention. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel dan mendapatkan 286 responden dengan kriteria mempunyai applikasi tiktok, mengikuti Febryan Dio Ramadhan, dan pernah melihat konten Febryan Dio Ramadhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS untuk pengujian pilot study dan SmartPLS untuk pengolahan data secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari effort expectancy, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan social influence terhadap minat beli konsumen pada website Sayurbox. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian maka dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian dengan kriteria tertentu. Dari penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh 100 data yang dapat diolah menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Its awareness rises since it affects how the board carries out its duties, the board's efficacy, and the risk-taking behavior, leading to companies' outcomes and value. Therefore, the researchers conducted the study to know the impact of board diversity, precisely, the Board of Commissioner and corporate risk with the diversity of gender, age, nationality, education, and tenure. Board size, market to book ratio, tangibility, leverage, and profitability were used as control variables. This study focused on Indonesia's manufacturing companies listed in the IDX during 2016-2019, with 300 sample data collected from 75 companies. The data gathered were further analyzed using multiple linear regression. As a result, nationality diversity, tangibility, leverage, and profitability significantly affect corporate risk.
