Придніпровська державна академія будівництва та архітектури В статті досліджено та проаналізовано рівень франчайзингової діяльності в Україні та на міжнародному рівні. Відображено, що на сучасному етапі розвитку світових економічних відносин франчайзинг виступає як одна із форм інтернаціоналізації бізнесу. Проаналізовано сутність бізнес-індексу IFA. Розроблено та охарактеризовано динаміку сфер світової франчайзингової діяльності на основі групування франчайзингових підприємств у 10 широких напрямків бізнесу, таких як: автомобілі, ділові послуги, комерційні та житлові послуги, проживання, персональні послуги, ресторани швидкого обслуговування, нерухомість, роздрібна їжа, роздрібні товари та послуги, первісний сервіс. Проаналізовано кількість франчайзингових підприємств, зайнятість у сфері франчайзингу, виробництво франчайзингових підприємств та ВВП франчайзингової сфери за період 2014-2018 рр.. Побудовано діаграми аналізу і розподілу франчайзингової діяльності за типом бізнесу у 2018 р., і розподілу франчайзингової діяльності за кількістю найманих працівників у 2018 р.. Лідерами бізнесу виявлено ресторани швидкого обслуговування це найбільша категорія, що складає 26% усіх франчайзингових підприємств, і складає 46% франчайзингової зайнятості. Очікується, що цей напрямок бізнесу складе 34% від загальної продукції в 2019 році. Другою за кількістю закладів є лінія персональних послуг, що становить 15% від загальної кількості, однак, це більш дрібні підприємства. Група персональних послуг складає лише 6% франчайзингової зайнятості та 5% продукції. Група ресторанів повних послуг займає другу за величиною частку зайнятості, що становить 13% від загальної кількості. Сегмент ділових послуг, який має більші коефіцієнти виробництва на підприємство та на одного працівника, є другим за величиною показником вартості продукції в секторі франшиз, що становить 14% від загальної кількості. Проаналізовано топ 5 франшиз у ресторанному бізнесі в світі: Subway, Pizza Hut, Auntie Anne’s Hand-Rolled Soft Pretzels, KFC, McDonald’s. Виокремлено особливості, кількість та вартість франшиз даних закладів. Дніпро Метою статті є визначення основних принципів та напрямів реалізації державного управління на основі дослідження якісних характеристик інформаційного суспільства. Проблеми ефективного формування та реалізації державної політики розвитку інформаційного суспільства, відсутність налагодженого механізму державного управління в інформаційній сфері загрожують національній безпеці та унеможливлюють участь України у світовому інформаційному просторі. Розвиток інформаційного суспільства ставить нові вимоги до державного управління оскільки інформаційна сфера є джерелом загроз та небезпек для національної безпеки. У статті визначено ознаки інформаційного суспільства, напрями розвитку інформаційного суспільства, загрози національним інтересам і національній безпеці в інформаційній сфері. Розвиток сучасного суспільства, в якому постійно підвищується рівень інформатизації, зростає частка зайнятих в інформаційній сфері, практично кожна людина отримує, передає та використовує інформацію, користуючись інформаційно-комунікаційними технологіями вимагає державного регулювання. У статті визначено напрями та принципи державної інформаційної політики. Зазначено, що основними суб’єктами реалізації державної політики в сфері інформаційної безпеки, в межах їх повноважень та завдань, є: Служба безпеки України; Міністерство внутрішніх справ України; Міністерство оборони України; Служба зовнішньої розвідки України, Міністерство інформаційної політики України, Міністерство цифрової трансформації України, Державне агентство з питань електронного урядування України. Державна політика у сфері розвитку інформаційного суспільства має зосереджуватися на задоволенні та захисті інтересів та потреб громадянина, бізнесу і держави в інформаційній сфері. Процеси вироблення, споживання, розповсюдження та розвитку публічного стратегічного контенту та інформації повинні реалізуватися в інтересах суспільства і держави. Khlivetska","doi":"10.30838/p.es.2224.040719.76.549","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30838/p.es.2224.040719.76.549","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the investigation of the specific models of the countries` of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) globalization, formed after the \"great expansion to the East\" in 2004. The analysis was based on the general indicator of the globalization level of certain countries - the KOF index and its specially synthesized components. It was decided that, on the whole, European integration contributed to the positive dynamics of globalization in the group of analyzed countries. However, a more detailed analysis revealed a different level of dependence between globalization and GDP for different countries over the analyzed period, which points to the unequal benefits of European integration for general global economic expansion and increasement of real production in the case of diverse CEE national economies. By distinguishing the intermediate indicators of the general economic situation, political environment, socio-cultural conditions, information development and trade activity in the KOF index, it became possible to take into consideration the current competitive differences of globalization models within CEE and to distinguish three main models, as well as to study the level of lagging from the European indicators. The countries of Central and Eastern Europe are the EU's geostrategic resource, the so-called second EU border. At the same time, they are in geographical, mental and economic proximity to Ukraine, as well as undergoing the process of their economic model’s transformation in the context of market relations internationalization. Thus, by analyzing the global competitiveness’ of Central and Eastern Europe countries models and using the obtained data in accordance with national peculiarities of Ukraine, it is possible to form an optimal development model for it. {"title":"Strategies for promoting the export of creative industries to EU countries","authors":"V. Chala, K. The existence of a colossally branched and multilevel support for the export of CCI has been established. It is shown that in the history of the EU there are about a dozen all-Union programs to support the creative sector. Various events, a number of tools and programs to stimulate the export of products of this segment of the economy for the EU countries, European world-famous companies of the creative sector are highlighted. The structure of the export European creative industry is analyzed, the classification of export promotion strategies used by them is carried out. This analysis allows us to identify the key tools used by the EU countries to stimulate the export of creative goods and services: consulting and analytical assistance in the field of foreign trade, credit and fiscal instruments to stimulate exports, grant and infrastructure support, matching the wording of clusters and network development of creative industries in different countries. It is emphasized that today the EU countries are working very carefully to improve the tax and labor policies for the implementation of business in the creative industries; the formation of a system of interaction between the creative industries with other sectors of the economy; the creation of creative hubs that would provide communication between cultural organizations and creative industries; overcoming the communication barrier between authorities and the public; conducting permanent and objective research in the field of culture. It is considered that significant state support is directed to the creative economy in the EU, which is manifested through procurement activity, implementation of financial and tax benefits, subsidies and promotion of employment in this sector. The essence and the procedure of cost approach which allows calculating qualitative and quantitative value of every cost element and define its relative share in the total resource intensity have been investigated in the paper. It is determined that the most efficient strategic instrument for solving the issues of ensuring economic stability of the enterprise in hotel and restaurant sector is the vector-valued objective function. Its primary goal is to determine the object optimal for each specific criterion. Proceeding from the objective of ensuring sustainable economic growth, vector-valued objective function will include the assessment criteria – performance indicators and resource intensity indicators of operational activity of enterprise that maximize or minimize. The identified criteria assess various states of the analyzed object, with regard to which the decisions are approved. It has been substantiated that the use of economic stability assessment in the taxonomy on the basis of cost approach allows aggregating diversified indicators of the enterprise into a single indicator and identify the impact of various factors upon efficiency and, consequently, stability of the enterprise activity. It is determined that within the scope of the method of calculation by unit costs indicators between result-related and factor-related parameters the connection is employed in the form of proportional linear function. Such approximation cab be maintained only within narrow range of variation of resource intensity indicator. Therefore, for each range it is expedient to allocate its specific ‘per unit’ indicator. Assessment of dynamic economic sustainability of the enterprise is forecasted within a particular time period by means of determining residual variance or root-mean-square deviation indicator (sample variance). An algorithm is established with regard to the agenda for action that encompasses analysis, assessment, forecasting, optimization and serves as an instrument of managing the stability of the enterprise based upon cost monitoring and objective function.
