The framework of the TGE is analyzed in this paper. The network module of TGE is discussed in details. For the problem of long time mission loading, a complete set of mission data transmission optimized solution is designed and implemented. Stone","doi":"10.1109/CISE.2010.5677158","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CISE.2010.5677158","url":null,"abstract":"This paper examines whether a software tool, which was developed for children to learn communication skills by making cartoon films, can assist primary teachers to explore verbal and non-verbal communication behaviour in the Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL) programme. The study has been undertaken with a class of students to help them discuss their feelings if there are some changes happening in their life such as moving house, a new baby, or going to a new school. The children were divided into two groups: the experimental group used the software tool to make a cartoon film; the control group acted out their story in front of their classmates and were video for later discussion. This kind of internal supply chain which is composed by related companies is different from the traditional one. Through 4 scenes experimental study whose participants are MBA students, we find that a subsidiary manager who is suggested to share interest with other related companies in the same group will not accept abnormal related party transactions, such as purchase and sales, which is similar with what will happen in the traditional supply chain. Because internal supply chain members are related parties, they have more choices to allocate interests. The work which is closely related to the developmental management model is put forward by analyzing the meaning of the developmental management model of software type IT project and the characteristics of each task in lifecycle. Meanwhile, the types, meaning, advantages and disadvantages of the developmental management model of software type IT project are discussed from both perspectives of development main body and developmental process. On the basis of the above discussion, the selection principles of the developmental management model(DMM) of the low-complexity, the middle-complexity, the high-complexity software type IT project(STITP) are discussed. We studied the output harmonic characteristics of the inverter, analyzed the influence on output waveform caused by different carrier ratio and modulation depth. Traditional index technologies such as B+-tree index has achieved good performance in the update transaction environment. However, the performance remains dissatisfactory by directly applying it to column- oriented analytical data warehouse. In this paper, we propose a novel tree-based index: RB+-tree (Reduced B+-tree) by analyzing the characteristics of column-oriented data warehouse query environment. The RB+-tree, with the improved structure and the bottom-up index creation approach, greatly improves the performance of create and search operations as well as the space usage. Further more, we apply RB+-tree to column-oriented data warehouse, and construct the rowid-index and value-index. Especially, we propose the join-index for multi-table join based on the star schema, which improves the tuple reconstruction and multi-table join performance effectively in column-oriented data warehouse system. We present a new type of resource constraints in which staff members are involved. We present a new model where staff members can have several skills with different proficiency, i.e., a staff member is able to perform more than one kind of activity as well as the time need is complete the task assign depends on the staff individual skill. We call this model the Weighted-Multi-Skill Project Scheduling Problem (WMSPSP). In our model, an activity has specific skill requirements that must be satisfied. According to the navigation system demands of robustness, instantaneity and precision, a multi-level algorithm based on adaptive polar transform is proposed for its robustness to rotation, scale difference and occlusion. In the matching process, the rectangle window is replaced by a circle window to eliminate the cut error caused by rotation, which improves the matching precision. To accelerate the matching procedure, a pixel-jump searching method combined with a multi-resolution imaging technique is used to reduce the computational load. We show that the single machine problems to minimize the makespan and the total completion time are polynomially solvable.
