Liqueur wines were prepared according to the classical technology and the main physical and chemical parameters of the wort and wine were determined. The research was carried out in the laboratory of winemak-ing technology in the conditions of micro-wine production. The weight of one batch of grapes was 10–25 kg. Wine distillate was used as an alcoholic agent. To preserve and enhance the varietal aroma of grapes, the technology of fractional alcoholization was used. As a result of the organoleptic characteristics of liqueur wine samples, preliminary conclusions were made about the feasibility of using the studied varieties for the preparation of liqueur wines. All the studied grape varieties can be recom-mended for the production of liqueur wines.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133102035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the energy costs account for processing vineyard soil. It is necessary to improve the methods of mechanized soil cul-tivation in vineyards in terms of reducing en-ergy consumption while maintaining quality. The aim of the study is to develop mecha-nized universal technical means and working bodies for processing row-spacing of vine-yards with the lowest energy consumption without damaging the root system of the bushes. The designed multioperational chisel is capable of performing tiered tillage in ac-cordance with the architectonics of the root system of the bushes. Loosening depth 9–45 cm. The original design of the working bodies of the chisel with an additional degree of freedom provides a reduction in traction resistance by 12–14% and specific energy consumption by 1.2 and more times. Chisel complies with agrotechnical requirements in terms of fulfilling the quality indicators of the technological process. The number of frac-tions up to 50 mm 57.5–76.5 %, lumps over 100 mm 8–9 %. Universal design multiopera-tional garden and vineyard chisel allow its use in technologies of cultivation not only fruit, but also grain and row crops.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132199833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that the intensity of development of white rot var-ied from year to year. The meteorological conditions in 2019 contributed to the in-creased harmfulness of white rot: hot weather in June with air temperatures up to 37.2 °C, causing sunburn in plants, as well as moder-ately hot weather in July with frequent, albeit abundant precipitation, contributed to the de-velopment of white rot on plants of unstable varieties. In 2020, the intensity of infection by the pathogen did not exceed 1 point in most varieties, since the decrease in the harm-fulness of white rot in 2020 was facilitated not only by the corresponding meteorological conditions, but also by timely protective treatment of plants against white rot. Signs of white rot both in 2019 and in 2020 were ob-served in varieties: Riesling Reinsky, Olkhov-sky, Neizvestniy Donskoy, Krasnostop Zolotovsky. The absence of signs of damage by the phytopathogen was noted in the varie-ties: Burgunskiy, Buriy, Nakutvneuli, Pocha-tochniy, Tavrosi, Tashkentsky.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114056082","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
