With mathematical communication, it is expected that the ability of students' mathematical concepts can improve. The subjects in this study were Grade VII students of MTs Assyafi'iyyah Talun, District of Kayen, Pati Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the students' mathematical communication skills in algebraic material. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type of research used by researchers. Data collection used is a test and documentation method. Target penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X pada SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. PTK dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus yang mana setiap siklusnya terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, tindakan/observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument tes formatif yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika pada pokok bahasan logaritma. Tes formatif diberikan pada setiap akhir siklus. Berdasarkan analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif diperoleh hasil penelitian berupa peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Media pembelajaran video ini dikembangkan menggunakan model prosedural menurut pandangan Alessi & Trollip (2001), yaitu Planning, Design, Development. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran matematika berbentuk video pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel pada siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 5 Padang. Validasi melibatkan tiga orang validator yaitu2 orang dosen pendidikan matematika dan 1 orang guru matematika menggunakan lembar validasi media pembelajaran berbentuk skala likert terhadap video pembelajaran matematika. Hasil penelitian terhadap validitas dinyatakan sangat valid oleh para validator dilihat dari segi aspek isi dan konstruk, yang mana dari aspek isi memperoleh skor rata- rata 3,5 begitu juga aspek konstruk memperoleh skor 3,5 juga. Knowing the differences in problem-solving abilities in students before and after being taught with the JUCAMA learning model; 2). Knowing students' problem solving skills between before and after being taught with the JUCAMA learning model in high initial students; 3). Knowing students' problem solving skills between before and after being taught with the JUCAMA learning model in students with low initial ability; 4). Conversation between initial ability and learning model on students' problem solving. This study uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type of research. The results showed 1). 95% (16.67> 9.98, tcount = 7.816> t table = 1.71; 2). The average problem solving ability of students in early ability students was higher after being taught with the JUCAMA learning model than before at 95% confidence level (16.09> 13.72, tcount = 15.53> ttable = 1.81); 3. The average problem solving ability of students in early ability students is lower after being taught with the JUCAMA learning model than before at 95% confidence level (10.31> 7.25, tcount = 5.21> ttable = 1.75). While the results of the interaction test showed there was no interaction between the initial ability and the learning model on the ability to solve students' problems at a 95% confidence level (Fcount = 0.29 <Ftable = 1.35), so that the JUCAMA learning model was suitable for use with diverse abilities . Learning a material, a student have to authorize it’s prerequisite first. If not, the student will often perform the error in solving mathematic problems. Trigonometry is a material which the high school student have to authorize. The purposes of this research are to find out the kind of errors that were carried out by the student when solving trigonometry problems and it’s cause. The method of this research is descriptive research. The students was given a test and then they were interviewed. The result of this research show that the students carried out three kind of errors, they are conceptual, principle and procedural error. Conceptual error was the most considerable error, that was 86,96% of students. Principle and procedural error sequential were 43,48% and 30,43% of students. Mathematics learning for students who learn to think to talk cooperative learning models (TTW) and understanding mathematical concepts who learn think to talk cooperative learning models (TTW) are better for those looking for conventional learning. This type of research is a pre-trial research design that is the Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all class XI MIPA. The sample in this study was class XI MIPA 2 as an experimental class and class XI MIPA 1 as a control class. The instrument used in the study was an observation sheet and a concept understanding test consisting of essay tests. Data obtained from the results of the study concluded that student activity with the cooperative learning model think talk writes (TTW) was 69.75%, so the activity was classified as active. The purpose of the study is the learning of problem-solving students who take the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model better than students who take conventional learning in class X IPA of SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This type of research is a pre-experimental research design with The Static Group Comparison Design. The population is class X science students of SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. While the sample is students of class X IPA-7 as an experimental class and class X IPA-6 as a control class. The instrument used was a test of the ability to solve mathematical problems consisting of essay tests. The data analysis technique uses t test which is supported by Minitab software. The results of t arithmetic = 2.54 and t-table = 1.67 because t-count> t table means that H0 is rejected at the real level α = 0.05, and by using Minitab obtained P-value = 0.007 which means P-value < α with a significant level α = 0.05 H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas XI SMA Mathla’ul Anwar Menes kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Eksperimental yang berdesain The Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu kelas XI IIS 1 sebanyak 35 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan pembelajaran matematika dengan model pembelajaran Advance Organizer dan kelas XI IIS 2 sebanyak 35 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol yang memperoleh pembelajaran biasa.
