This kind of title transfer requires semantic consistency, confidentiality, integrity and legality between transferor and transferee. During the title transfer, cross-context semantic consistency must first be maintained between electronic title documents for legal title transfer while other requirements are considered. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a Cross-Context E-Title (CCET) approach, which satisfies the requirements for title transfer. The two key issues in service-oriented applications should be that every provided service meets the expected trust level set by the service requester, and the provided service satisfies its contract in the context of service provision. In order to enforce these issues, it is necessary to specify in the service its trustworthiness properties, and the relationship between its contracts and the contexts in which it is to be provided. However, current approaches have failed to specify them. The FrSeC architecture proposed in this paper aims to remedy this situation. The architecture supports the specification, publication, discovery, selection, and composition of services, where a service with its functional and nonfunctional aspects is bound to a context-driven contract. A family of Service Provision Specification Languages (SPSL) is introduced to specify the architectural elements. The semantic domain behind SPSL is an abstract architecture description formalism based on set theory and logic. In this study, the user can clearly know the power consumption of loads by observing the operation and time of use of loads, and then improve the habit of consumption to complete the goals of saving energy and reducing carbon. This paper employs a scheme of non-intrusive load monitoring system by extracting the significant and representative power signatures of voltage and current at utility service entry in identifying loads and analyzing the characteristics of loads, and then finds out the physical behavior of operation of loads to establish the model of loads. This paper uses short-time Fourier transform (STFT) and wavelet transform (WT) of time-frequency domain to analyze and compare different loads in the experiments. In the experiments, the results reveal wavelet transform is better than STFT on transient analysis of loads. Cloud services have characteristics which do not appear in conventional programming paradigms, existing quality models for software reusability would not applicable to services. In this paper, we propose a reusability evaluation suite for cloud services, which includes quality attributes and metrics. There are mainly two models of cloud: IaaS and PaaS model. In IaaS model, application developer and operator have the biggest flexibility for they can control owned virtual machines and most resources totally, but this model needs high technical skills in application development and operation phase. PaaS model claims easy to development, deployment and maintenance, but all these advantage are based on the specific programming model and application architecture. Migration to PaaS cloud for existing applications usually brings big effort and cost increasing. In this paper, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the two models from enterprise class application developer angle. Then present an application lifecycle model in which developers could design, develop and deploy their application or legacy systems without programming limitation and migration effort. The application lifecycle model takes application as the centric concept and supported by a set of cloud platform tools. Even though such new system exhibits a lot of advantages such as loose-coupling, heterogeneity and flexibility, how to maintain it is still an open problem, especially for fault diagnosis. In the paper, a framework of debugging Web services system through intelligent information process methods is proposed. In such framework, the execution traces can be collected via SOAP message monitoring or service invocation instrument. Meanwhile, execution logic between Web services can be analyzed according to time-stamp. Based on the logic relations, service order matrix for each execution trace can be constructed. Then, cluster analysis technique can be performed on such matrices to partition the similar traces together. Subsequently, the failure reference 2-tuple which is the important clue for further fault location is formed through sampling and similarity analysis. The feature extraction method of genetic algorithm can improve the efficiency of load identification and computational time under multiple operations. After comparing various training algorithms and classifiers in terms of artificial neural networks due to various factors that determine whether a network is being used for pattern recognition, the back propagation artificial neural network (BP-ANN) classifier is adopted in the load identification process. However, their resources such as CPU and memory are limited. A common form of remedying the resource constraints, service-based mobile computing is emerging. However, there still exists problems in this paradigm, lack of stability and performance, and limited manageability. In this paper, we present a noble approach to resolving the problems and providing effective computing environment, called Service-based Mobile Ecosystem (SME). It is a computing environment which continuously monitors the quality of services and performance necessary services migrations and replications as means of providing self-stabilization of services for service-based mobile computing. A key feature of SME is to utilize the ever-increasing computing power of mobile devices in dynamically deploying requested services on the devices. These features lead to difficulties during data integration and global decision making. For this problem, this paper proposes a solution of building virtual data center by means of semantic integration technology. In this method, schemas of data sources are firstly mapped to semantic views on domain ontology, secondly, with translation algorithm, global semantic query is rewritten into series of SQL statements which will be dispatched to relevant data sources and executed on local sites, finally, query results are reorganized and submitted to users.
