An online traffic rule situational E-learning system was developed for this study. The participants were vocational special education students and were divided into the experimental and control groups. Both groups took the pretest and posttest regarding learning achievement and motivation. After the experimental teaching, data were collected, statistically analyzed with the pretest score as covariance and conducted a one-way ANCOVA analysis. Finally, the researchers conducted a questionnaire survey to determine the opinions of the experimental group students on the combination of situational learning and E-learning. In recent years, forecast of unemployment rate attracts much attention from governments, organizations, and research institutes, and researchers. Recently, a novel method using search engine query data to forecast unemployment was proposed by scholars. In this paper, a data mining based framework using web information is introduced for unemployment rate prediction. Under the framework, a neural network method, as one of the most effective data mining tools, is developed to forecast unemployment trend using search engine query data. In the proposed method, search engine query data related with employment activities is firstly found. Secondly, feature selection models including correlation coefficient method and genetic algorithm are constructed to reduce the dimension of the query data. Thirdly, various neural networks are employed to model the relationship between unemployment rate data and query data. Fourthly, an optimal neural network is selected as the selective predictor by using the cross-validation method. Finally, the selective neural network predictor with the best feature subset is used to forecast unemployment trend. The empirical results show that the proposed method clearly outperforms the classical forecasting approaches for the unemployment rate prediction. Nowadays powerful search utilities increase the re-identification risk by easier information collection as well as validation than before. Despite there usually performs certain de-identified process, attackers may recognize someone from released dataset with which attacker-owned information is matched. In this paper, we propose an approach to mitigate the identity disclosure problem by generating plurals in a given dataset. The approach leverages decision tree to help selection of quasi-identifier and several masking techniques can be employed for privacy reinforcement. One of the most expressive approaches towards business models is the Resource-Event-Agent (REA) ontology. REA has a substantial back-up in economic and accounting theory, but did lack a dedicated representation language for many years. Recently, we have introduced a domain specific modeling language including a REA meta model and a pertinent graphical notation. To enhance the collaboration trust during web service selection, a reputation model called collaboration reputation is proposed. The collaboration reputation model is built on web service collaboration network (WSCN), and it provides the elimination mechanism of false web service to guarantee the trustworthy web service selection. The collaboration reputation can be assessed by invoking reputation and invoked web service. Then web service selection based on collaboration reputation in WSCN is designed. Experimental results confirm that our model has a better ability to perform service combination. It is always challenging to make informed decisions on areas for automation which addresses time-to-value to the business. In this paper, we present an evidence based analytics approach to identify top opportunities for process automation, and provide objective assessment of benefit to enable process leaders to take informed decisions. This approach is composed of three major steps. The first step is to identify the top hitters of human intensity in the delivery processes through analyzing evidence gathered from activity time-motion monitoring and onsite process deep dive. The second step is to prioritize the opportunities for automation by analyzing technology choices and estimated business impact. The final step is to assess the benefit through deep analysis on the additional evidence gathered on time-motion data on operational procedures through sampling and extrapolation, and degree of automation can be achieved through technology components. An important issue, which is more and more addressed, is the Quality of Service of service orchestrations. Service providers publish their services with the QoS levels that they can meet. Service consumers choose services that satisfy the best the desired QoS levels of their service orchestrations. Therefore, service consumers need to know how much the service orchestrations satisfy their QoS expectations. In this paper, we present an approach based on workflow aggregation rules and Choquet Integral to measure the satisfaction degree of the service orchestration. The approach provides easy interpretation of QoS levels of service orchestrations. In the proposed approach, the degree of consumer trust is appropriately estimated with reputation score derived by extending the approximate reasoning of Interval-valued Fuzzy Sets (IVFS) to the reputation computation incorporating consumers¡¦ perception based on the prior experience of the service. The proposed model enables evaluator¡¦s creditability detection by examining existing assessment records, and therefore excludes the fraudulent evidence of dishonest evaluators from the selection process. Hence, the managements of corporations may attempt to conceal the negative and to accentuate the positive with \"prudent\" wording. To excavate this accounting phenomenon hidden behind financial statements, we designed an artificial intelligence based strategy to investigate the linkage between financial status measured by annual earnings and subjective multi-word expressions (MWEs). We applied the conditional random field (CRF) models to identify opinion patterns in the form of MWEs, and our approach outperformed previous work employing unigram models. Moreover, our novel algorithms take the lead to discover the evidences that support the common belief that there are inconsistencies between the implications of the written statements and the reality indicated by the figures in the financial statements.
