A deep low-light residual convolutional network (LRCNN) is proposed in this paper, which utilizes the sparse coding feature to get the true signal and adaptively adjusts the image exposure in the low-light state. The residual connections in LRCNN help us preserve more potential detail information in the original picture and accelerate the training speed of the network. Many existing image enhancement algorithms only are able to address one aspect of image problems. We designed a neural network system which could deal with many image processing problems at the same time. The experimental results show that our neural network system well optimizes the images that affected by darkness and noise. If an emergency occurs, a rapid transition to islanding mode is executed to evaluate the cause of problem and to prevent further damage. However, seamless transition control is not realizable because of speed constraints introduced by the communication protocols being used today. This paper reviews the current technologies applied in a microgrid communication system and presents a new study to solve this problem using EtherCAT, a real-time Ethernet protocol. The advantages of this solution with respect to the state-of-the-art are summarized. We also conducted a performance analysis using minimum cycle time as the performance index to verify the feasibility of EtherCAT in a microgrid application. Local government and other private organizations conduct a generalized earthquake drill to prepare individuals in case of an event of disaster. Education plays an important role during disaster since most of the children spend 6 hours during daytime inside the school premises. Simultaneously, priority has been given to equipping older school children and their teachers with the necessary information and skills to shield themselves from the consequences of sudden onset natural hazards. For young children, the disaster risk reduction discourse has been almost completely silent. Today students are being addressed as digital natives or digitally incline individuals and as such basic educational institution plays a very important role in bridging the gap of technology and user. We would like to propose an online disaster preparedness application specifically for elementary school students to impart to them through video, games and lectures the concept and drills for disaster preparedness. To identify the effectiveness of the proposed methods researchers used quantitative approach. However, additional control loops are often required to control inverter-side current as well as capacitor voltage. These additional control loops complicate the controller design process. To overcome such a limitation, a discrete-time control design for a three-phase grid-connected inverter using a full state observer is presented in this paper. The controller design is accomplished based on the state-space model of the inverter system. Furthermore, to reduce the steady-state error in output currents, a discrete-time integral state feedback controller is employed. Generally, all state variables should be available to implement a state feedback controller. For the purpose of reducing the number of sensors in a practical system, an observer which uses the measured grid-side currents, grid voltages, and control inputs is constructed in discrete-time domain to predict the inverter-side currents and capacitor voltages. As a result of using both the feedback controller and the observer, the proposed control scheme provides a better control performance in a systematic design approach. In order to process large capacity learning data, it preprocesses data in size and type that can be processed by the platform, and provides the function to distribute learning data appropriately according to the processing capability of each node. BAN facilitates data collection from the human body via a small wearable or implantable sensor. This technology has improved the quality of medical services provided and lowered some associated costs. BAN has a wide range of applications such as monitoring patients' medical conditions and enhancing their response to treatment plans, but at the same time security and privacy are among major concerns in BAN-based healthcare systems as the patients' data must be kept secure from adverse events and attackers during transmission and in storage. This paper reviewed BAN communication standards, security threats and vulnerabilities to BAN - based systems as well as existing security and privacy mechanisms. Based on the review the paper proposed a reference security architecture which focuses on developing a secure foundation of the BAN layer called Tier 1. The reference security architecture incorporates IEEE802.15.6 (WBAN) standard, which provides a security baseline. Also, weather classification must be performed before performing image processing such as weather report, shadow removal and fog detection. In this paper, we proposed the classification, whether a color image is daytime or night. We first set the range of pixels in the gray level image from 0 to 50, from 51 and over 101, and we estimated each range as daytime, evening and night. In the first step, it is estimated based on the intensity and chromaticity of the image. If the classification result based on the intensity and chromaticity image is the same, the process is terminated. Otherwise, the k-means segmentation is used in the second step to determine the final classification. Some experiments are conducted so as to verify the proposed method, and the classification is well performed. A control strategy is proposed to reduce the output ramp-rate of a wind farm to a required level using model predictive control (MPC). The system consists of a wind farm coupled with a battery energy storage system (BESS) with the sole function of ramp-rate control (RRC) that optimizes the wind power output as well as the BESS output energy while observing the physical constraints.
