The Goals and State of Webb1e World 3.1 Latest Version of the Meme Media Platform

Abstract

This paper proposes the use of the most recent Webble World implementation and Webble Technology, as it has evolved and transformed during the years of research of meme media theories and IntelligentPad development, as a key tool in software development and prototyping, application and knowledge federation, research collaboration, social creative interaction and web based tool and entertainment portal, in order to make life easier, quicker and more enjoyable. With Webble World 3.1, software development is much more in the hands of the end-users since most of the applications can be developed without any code required and with very little preknowledge, and the steps from idea to finished product is immensely shortened by the use of decoupled meme media building objects, Webbles, provided by independent users and developers from all over the world as well as the system's built in development framework which guides the application creator, whether being a basic user or a skilled programmer, to reach the end goal; a web application, simple or complex, that solves problems, inspire joy or simplify life, and which is easily published and shared with the world. Webble World 3.1 also inspires and support users to learn and evolve from each other by providing the ability to study in detail and build upon all Webbles previously published. Webble World 3.1 is an open, free, interactive sharing platform of digital human knowledge and web based software, available online for anyone, anywhere.
