Methods : This research used comparative method. For collecting data, a checklist consisting of medical library and information sciences, knowledge and information sciences and library and information sciences was designed and analyzed using descriptive statistics, tables by excel software. Results: Overlap rate of the PhD curriculum in Medical Librarianship and Information science was 94.4% (for information retrieval) and 88.8% (for information management) with the courses of 2 areas of study of knowledge and information sciences, and 93.3% with the courses of library and information science. The main difference between 3 curriculums was in the number of educational units. The main weakness of the curriculum was the lack of attention to the basic topics of the discipline, the overlapping with similar curriculums and low-relevance as well as unrelated lessons. The strong points were some related lessons about health system and educational planning unit. Conclusion: Regarding the objectives of the PhD program, the functions of the medical library and information science, as well as the lack of attention to the theoretical basis of the field, it seems that a change in the curriculum of this field is necessary. This study investigates the relationship between selected indicators of justice and performance of Iranian pre-hospital emergency services. Methods: The research was done quantitatively and analytically. The society included prehospital emergency and the sample consisted six study variables. Using data combination method, the data were entered in the eviews and statasoftware;Flimer and Hausman tests were performed, and data regression of the data panel with fixed effects was obtained and estimated by ordinary least squares method. Results: Traffic incident prevalence index has a positive effect on three functional indicators. The index, the number of emergency medical missions, Provinces of Tehran, Qom, Khorasan Razavi, Mazandaran, Alborz, Yazd and Fars had the highest average for each medical emergency base.The incidence of traffic accidents in the provinces of Tehran, Khorasan Razavi, East Azarbaijan, Isfahan, Khuzestan, Mazandaran and Fars were the most prevalent. Conclusion: The most important indicator of the Emergency organization of the country was the prevalence rate of traffic accidents which was effective in all three functional variables and consideredan important factor in distribution of pre-hospital emergency bases. Due to the fact that the lab information system plays an important role in improving laboratory processes and some vital information of the patient is recorded in this system, the existence of an error in this system endangers the patient. The purpose of this study was to measure the applicability of the laboratory information system in hospitals affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences using two methods of System Usability Scale and Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in 1396. A QUIS and SUS standard questionnaire was used to collect information. After translation, its validity was confirmed by a number of professors. The research population consisted of users working in six educational centers of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences who had experience working with the laboratory information system. Because of the limited number of users, the census method has been used and the sample size is 69. The data obtained in the SPSS is imported and presented in the form of tables and charts. Results: In total, 40.07% of the users were satisfied with the system, with the highest degree of satisfaction with the system's convenient learning with 54%, followed by the system's usefulness with 50.07% satisfaction. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, it became clear that the information system of the laboratory was simple to use from the viewpoint of users, and the operation of these systems was not complicated and easy to learn, but the system lacked the flexibility that should be taken into consideration when designing this system. The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the scientific production of researchers in the field of psychology during 2013-2017 . Methods : All articles related to psychology indexed in the ISI citation system within the years 2013-2017 were retrieved and reviewed where qualified meeting the inclusion criteria were selected as the statistical population. Excel software was used to draw the diagram and VOS viewer mapping software with the capacity of drawing up the vocabulary map . Results : Findings indicated that the year 2017 has the largest share of scientific production in the field of psychology. Also, in the study of the subject areas; results showed that articles related to behavior and moral issues, depression and mental health were greatly significant in this field. Categories such as behavior and moral issues, health, education, views and perspectives as well asmental health were the most used issues in the field of psychology. Among the subject categories, the field of mental health has been observed to be closely related to other fields in this category. Results also indicated that there is an inverse relation between the length of the word and the number of times the words are used in each text . One of the effective indicators that can be used to determine the efficiency and optimal use of hospital resources, is the length of stay (LOS). This study aimed to determine the factors affecting LOS in Specialized Women Hospital in Bandar Abbas. Methods: The sample included medical records of 500 inpatients admitted to Shariati hospital from April 2015 to December 2015 selected by proportional allocation in stratified sampling. The data were collected from patients’ medical records and HIS. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney, and Spearman correlation coefficients. Results: The overall average length of stay was 1.98±1.93 days. The results showed that in this hospital the factors such as the length of stay between the morning and the evening admission, different causes of hospitalization, admission type, and admitting physician degree had a significant relationship (P-Value<0.05). Spearman correlation coefficient showed with increasing number of counseling, visits, and laboratory tests the length of stay also increased (P-Value<0.001). Conclusion: this study showed the factors affecting LOS in this hospital. Present study aimed to evaluate hospital information system data quality in educational hospitals of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The applied cross-sectional study was conducted in 2018. Research population comprises HIS’ users of five public hospitals affiliated to Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. The convenient sampling technique was used for the selection of 300 samples. Data were collected using a researcher-conducted questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS software using descriptive and analytic statistics. Results: The mean score of accessibility included (7/35±1/61), relevancy (7/01±1/18), security (7/07±1/39), understandability (7/16±1/23), concise representation (7/12±1/32), ease of operation (7/12±1/20), and interpretability (7/21±1/09) out of a total 10 achieved from users’ perspective. The mean score of objectivity comprised (6/86±1/32), reputation (6/65±1/33), appropriate amount (6/93±1/43), believability (6/88±1/36), timeliness (6/80±1/49), completeness (6/74±1/29), consistent representation (6/87±1/29), and accuracy (6/69±1/15) out of a total of 10. A significant and positive correlation exists between all of evaluated factors (p-value < 0/05). Conclusion: The evaluated hospital information systems data quality was considered an optimal level in terms of accessibility, relevancy, security, understandability, concise representation, ease of operation, and interpretability factors and were relatively optimal in terms of objectivity, reputation, appropriate amount, believability, timeliness, completeness, consistent representation, and accuracy factors. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of group and video training on the level of stress, anxiety, depression and self-efficacy in patients with pacemaker implantation and cardiac implantation defibrillator in 2017. Methods: In this clinical trial, 105 patients were randomly assigned to three groups of 35 (group discussion, video, and control). The same educational content was presented to the intervention team in the form of group discussion and video (compact disc). Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, a DASS21 questionnaire, and cardiac self-efficacy of ICD patients before and three weeks after training in all three groups. Data were analyzed using spss16 software. Results: The difference between the scores of stress and depression before and after education was not significant in the three educational groups (P-Value=0.55 and 0.85), but the difference between the scores of anxiety and self-efficacy of the patients before and after the training in three significant groups was. Also, self-efficacy of patients with ICD in group training, video, group, control, video and control group was significant (P-Value = 0.009, 0.122, and 0.001, respectively). Conclusion: Applying educational methods can lead to control of the psychological symptoms of patients and promote their level of self-efficacy. Methods: The current study used Correlation method (exploratory analysis using principal components analysis method). The statistical population of this study was a total of 729 families of cancer patients referring to Isfahan Seyyed-Al-Shohada (Omid) Hospital from April to September 2018. Based on the Cochran formula, 244 individuals were selected through purposive sampling based on which including and excluding criteria were chosen. Results: The factor analysis (principal components analysis) and Varimax rotation showed four factors, 1) access, presentation and exchange of related health information; 2) provision of cancer related information by the medical staff; 3) health and counseling facilities and services; and 4) Social, economic, and spiritual supports. Totally 56.57% of the variance of the questionnaire items was explained by theses four factors. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients derived from the exploratory factor structure for the whole questionnaire were 0.96. Despite studies in this domain, there is heterogeneity, diversity and limited evidence of the impact of telemedicine in this regard. The purpose of this research is to conduct a systematized review of published studies to identify the impact and knowledge gap in this domain. Information sources or data: A systematized review was conducted using Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane library and Embase databases. The analysis of extracted data was done by descriptive statistics. Selection method for study: After screening the titles and abstracts, finally 32 studies were selected and analyzed. For screening articles inclusion criteria included publication between the beginning of 2007 and the end of 2017, English full text availability, considered age range, outcome related to telemedicine services for fetus, infant and children. Combine content and results: After screening the retrieved articles, finally, 32 articles were selected for this review. According to results, feasibility, cost, communication, education and better support, care management, accuracy and mortality have been reported. Conclusion: Telemedicine can be used in the remote transmission of echocardiogram, chest, ultrasound and MRI images, home care, heart auscultation by tele-stethoscope and education.
