It is clear that early-stage disease diagnosis can support timely and appropriate treatment. But if you don’t pay attention in a timely manner, it can lead to different kinds of health problems that can lead to death. Take advantage of our recommendation system to recommend hospitals. A recommender system uses algorithms to provide product or service recommendations to users. By combining blockchain technology and machine learning models, we provide users with highly accurate recommendations. This whitepaper describes how sophisticated machine learning models and blockchain can be connected to improve recommendations, providing hospitals with higher performance and more accurate recommendations. An optimized model for recommending hospitals in a better manner is the main goal behind this paper.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114835538","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research, among other findings, argues that front-line professionals possess specific characteristics regarding their working profile. Statistical methods in the research performed significance tests to validate the initial hypotheses concerning the correlation between dataset variables. On the contrary of this concept, in this work, we present an alternative approach for validating initial hypotheses through the exploitation of clustering algorithms. Toward that goal, we evaluated several frequently used clustering algorithms regarding their efficiency in feature selection processes, and we finally propose a modified k-Modes algorithm for efficient feature subset selection.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114281967","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has cast doubt on the methods of instructions by lecturers. This study takes a critical review of some of the previous studies with an emphasis on employment statistics and employability skills. The paper x-ray the basic elements of employability skills and the latest statistics of youth unemployment in Africa particularly, Nigeria. The aim is to sensitize education managers of higher institutions in Nigeria about the danger inherent in turning out graduates massively without the corresponding skills to match them adequately with the world of work. Findings show that there is a persistent rise in the rate of youth unemployment because what the schools offered is not compliant with the labour market demand. The resulting skills played a significant role in increasing unemployment among Tertiary Education graduates. Therefore, the higher education curriculum needs to be modified to reflect the skills required of employers.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"189 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116346696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The biggest of them was imposed in India. The only things allowed was the essential services like medical and grocery. But due to the sudden panic of the unknown disease there was a huge rush to buy and stock items. Long queues and crowd were developed which may lead to rapid transmission of the virus. We as a team tried to find a solution, by putting their shops on online so that they can take orders remotely and distribute it without the risk of long queue and infection. Gromore Shoppe is developed in order make these small local shops online. Retail owners can now catalogue their products on web and take orders from the locality, can process them quickly and distribute them with minimal risk of contact. This solution will first time introduce them with web and its benefits and make them sufficient enough so that they even can expand easily and effectively.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"154 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132692363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of the relevance of AV applications for last-miledelivery, safety was only addressed for the sake of societal sustainability. According to this study, it is rather safe todeploy AVs for delivery since current society’s speed restrictions and decent road conditions give the foundationfor AVs to run safely for last-mile delivery in metropolitan areas. Furthermore, AV has a distinct advantage in theevent of a pandemic. The biggest worry for environmental sustainability is the emission problem. It is establishedthat AV has a substantial benefit in terms of emission reduction in terms of a series of emissions. This is mostly dueto the differences in driving behavior between autonomous cars and human vehicles. Because of AV’s commercialcharacter, this research used a quantitative approach to highlight the economic sustainability of AV. The studydemonstrates the economic benefit of AV for various carrying capacities.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"184 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124670898","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, it takes up a signification amount of energy and value in the form of money from respective organizations for both implementing a suitable system for manpower management as well as maintaining that same system. Although this amount of expenditure for big organizations is near to nothing, rather just a formality, it does not hold as much truth for small organizations such as schools, colleges, and even universities to a certain degree. This is the first point. The second point for discussion is that much work has been done to solve this issue. Various technologies like Biometrics, RFID, Bluetooth, GPS, QR Code, etc., have been used to tackle the issues of attendance collection. This study paves the path for researchers by reviewing practical methods and technologies used for existing attendance systems.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133949928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) isapplied in this paper for the extraction of emotional features from speeches, and a deep neural network (DNN)is used to classify speech emotions. This paper enhances the emotional components in speech signals by usingEMD with acoustic feature Mel-Scale Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) to improve the recognition ratesof emotions from speeches using the classifier DNN. In this paper, EMD is first used to decompose the speechsignals, which contain emotional components into multiple intrinsic mode functions (IMFs), and then emotionalfeatures are derived from the IMFs and are calculated using MFCC. Then, the emotional features are used to trainthe DNN model. Finally, a trained model that could recognize the emotional signals is then used to identify emotionsin speeches. Experimental results reveal that the proposed method is effective.","PeriodicalId":231453,"journal":{"name":"BOHR International Journal of Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133331669","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
