In this paper, a building intelligent energy saving platform based on multi-source data is proposed. Based on data driven CPS(Cyber Physical Systems) architecture of building energy supply and demand side, a system level 5C CPS including intelligent perception layer, intelligent analysis layer, intelligent network layer, intelligent cognition layer and decision and execution layer is built. Based on the building body immune genetic algorithm, the global control technology of energy saving and consumption reduction is proposed. Combining genetic algorithm with the cooperative mechanism of genetic operators, we extract the global optimal solution of multi device terminals. In 4G systems, the Spread Spectrum technique is used, and MC-CDMA is one of those techniques. Fading channel degrades in data or signal transmission is still a research problem for an effective digital communication appliance for the mobile radio area. Spreading codes can have as low a cross-correlation value as possible to reduce co-channel and adjacent channel interference. This paper will represent the investigation of bit error rate (BER) and signal to noise ratio (SNR) analysis for multi-user MC-CDMA system using Walsh, PN, and Gold codes as spreading codes. Nakagami-m, Rayleigh, and Rician fading channels are considered transmission channels. We perform all the simulations using MATLAB tools. BER and SNR performance analysis are compared depends on the code length and number of users. The simulation result provides better performance for all the fading channels when Walsh code is used as spreading code. The model only needs four PV module parameters given by the manufacturer, namely open circuit voltage $({mathrm V_{oc}})$, short circuit current $({mathrm I}_{{mathrm sc}})$, peak voltage $({mathrm V}_{{mathrm M}})$and peak current $({mathrm I}_{{mathrm M}})$, which can accurately simulate the I-V output characteristic curve and P-V output characteristic curve of the module under different ambient temperature and light intensity. The simulation output characteristic curve is compared with the image given in the manufacturer’s data manual to verify the correctness of the model. The influence of series resistance Rs on the output characteristics of the PV module is also studied. The results show that even a small series resistance Rs has a great influence on the output characteristics. To further enhance performance, the technologies have been proposed by academics and industries to eliminate errors. In the paper, double-difference and dual-frequency model is proposed for the first time to obtain highly precise positioning and attitude. The results show that the lengths of the measured two baselines both fluctuate within the small range of ±1.5 mm, the measurement error of the horizontal direction is less than 6 mm, and the measurement error of the vertical direction is less than 15 mm. The measured head angle of the triple-antenna of a synchronization transceiver set fluctuates within the range of ±0.13°, and the measured pitch angle and roll angle of the triple-antenna of one synchronization transceiver set fluctuate within the range of ±0.24°. The results are compared and analyzed to verify the integer ambiguity resolution and positioning performance over the double-difference and dual-frequency, particularly for the observable GNSS signal resources, including GNSS satellites and transceivers. Based on the characteristic requirements of the enterprise credit investigation alliance chain network, a hierarchical network topology structure based on industry grouping is used to construct the credit investigation alliance chain. In view of the fact that some monitoring points have blind areas in harbor-border inspection, this paper uses Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to build an efficient automatic early warning and control system for port business, then a geometric algorithm for transmitter positioning is proposed by taking Received Signal Strength (RSS) as intermediate variable in Visible Light Communication (VLC) scene. On this basis, in order to further improve the calculation speed and accuracy, Linear Iterative Positioning (LIP) algorithm based on Taylor expansion, implicit function theorem and time domain expansion is proposed to realize the identification and positioning of maritime targets. Furthermore, Quadratic Approximation Iterative Positioning (QAIP) a more sophisticated approximation of the original function is proposed for reference based on second-order Taylor expansion. Finally, simulation results show that the accuracy of LIP algorithm is higher than that of QAIP algorithm, and the computational complexity is low. Based on the coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equation (CNLSE), the generation and transmitting characteristics of ultrafast pulse are studied in details, especially, the influence of the second-order dispersion on the pulse width, energy and spectrum. In this work, through changing the group velocity dispersion (from 0.03 $mathrm{p}mathrm{s}^{2}/mathrm{k}mathrm{m}$ to $0.09mathrm{p}mathrm{s}^{2}/mathrm{k}mathrm{m})$, the pulse width and energy increase with the increase of the dispersion. The current popular models are to perform joint entity and relationship extraction at the span level. However, they do not take full advantage of the uneven distribution of information values in natural languages and their essence of extracting entities before classifying relations leads to entity redundancy. To solve these problems, we propose a novel span-based joint entity and relationship extraction model. We embed the multi-head self-attention layer to the existing span-based entity and relation joint extraction model to leverage valuable information such as semantic and syntactic features in the input sentences. We also propose a novel method to extract subject and object, which can alleviate the entity redundancy problem. In the ablation experiments, we demonstrate the benefits of both improvements for extracting relation triples. On the analysis of the model, it is found that the reader coil antenna is not in resonant state when it is near the asphalt or concrete or soil. Therefore, it needs isolation from the asphalt or concrete or soil and redesign. Furthermore, by comparing the electrical parameters of RX loop in the air and in the soil, it is shown that the RX coil is embedded in soil or other material without any change, will exhibit a Q-factor that is not maximum at resonant with the same frequency in air which in turn significantly reduces the RFID system’s wireless efficiency. Thus, a redesign of RX coils embedded in soil is presented. Experimental results show that the best material to enclose the antenna of RX coil is the plastic board box, the electrical parameters are close to those in air. Moreover, the method of reducing the mutual inductance and compensating inductance for slowing down the change of Q-factor is determined by the investigation of the complex resistance, inductance and Q-factor of the reader antenna.
