When there are multiple competing secondary users (SUs) in a cognitive radio network, the dynamics of the environment will increase dramatically, and efficient spectrum handoffwill become difficult. In this paper, the competition of multiple SUs in spectrum handoff is transformed into competition between SU teams, and the Multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient (MADDPG) method with auxiliary network is proposed to deal with the dynamics of the environment. By predicting the opponent’s actions, the SU can improve the accuracy of the handoff. In simulation experiments, the proposed method is proved to bring SU with higher Quality of Experience (QoE).","PeriodicalId":231379,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133214693","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method based on the hexagonal lenslet array generation method with higher fill factor generates high quality hexagonal element image array (EIA) by pixel mapping, which can achieve higher spatial resolution and improve the quality of decoded 3D image. Furthermore, compared with the previous 3D image encryption methods, the proposed algorithm greatly increases the key space and improves the security of the algorithm by dividing the EIA image into blocks, and encrypting the light-field 3D image using dynamic CA rules according to the characteristics of each sub image. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested and verified by experimental results of 3D image encryption and computational reconstruction. The security and encryption efficiency of our proposed approach have been significantly improved through the analysis and test of the key space and sensitivity shown computer simulation analysis and comparison, which has a good application prospect.","PeriodicalId":231379,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133372850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The generated MM-RFL provides a maximum output power of 100.6 W and a 3-dB bandwidth of 0.4 nm. The introduction of MMF can achieve a speckle contrast of as low as 0.037. Furthermore, speckle-free imaging is also demonstrated using the MM-RFL at different output powers. Experimental result shows that the imaging quality can be improved with the increase of output power of the MM-RFL as its spatial coherence decreases with the increasing number of effective transverse modes excited in the MMF. This high-power low spatial coherence MM-RFL provides a suitable laser source for speckle-free imaging applications with high power requirement to realize high-quality imaging.","PeriodicalId":231379,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129871358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To quantity the freshness of information, a recently developed metric, called Age of Information (AoI), is used. We formulate a constrained optimization problem to find the optimal scheduling policy that minimizes the average weighted sum of the AoI at the user and the energy consumption at the BS. Due to the hardness of this problem, we recast it as a Restless Multi-Armed Bandit (RMAB) problem and decouple the problem into multiple sub-problems. After deriving the structural property of the optimal policy for the sub-problem, we establish the indexability of the sub-problem and design an algorithm to compute the Whittle’s index. Finally, we propose a scheduling policy based on the Whittle’s index. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed scheduling policy performs comparably with the optimal policy.","PeriodicalId":231379,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134627903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to it low-coherence interferometry nature, however, OCT inevitably suffers from speckle noise, which hides structural information in OCT images and thus degrades the clinical diagnosis accuracy. So far various algorithms have been proposed for OCT speckle denoising, yet few studies have evaluated the influences of speckle noise distributions on the denoising effects. This paper studies the influences of speckle noise distributions in OCT despeckling process, and a twostep filtering mechanism, namely, Augmented Lagrange function minimization and Rayleigh alpha-trimmed filtering (AR) scheme, is proposed for OCT speckle noise reductions. The speckle noise distribution models are established and estimated first, and then two different filtering mechanisms are designed for those noise distributions, respectively. Simulations with both synthetic and OCT images are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the AR scheme. Results show that AR method can suppress OCT speckle noises effectively, and outperforms the best existing methods in different cases, yet with less time computations.","PeriodicalId":231379,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124815886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since black-hat hackers are constantly one step ahead of white-hat hackers and exploit new sophisticated hack-tools to intrude to devices and networks to commit cybercrime for different reasons, the utilization of the available emerging technologies can provide better privacy and protection level, while they can be used to combat cybercriminal attacks. This shift to new technologies and methods is regarded to be an urgent necessity today. Therefore, we demonstrate a potential novel security mechanism for Police Authorities, named “Artificial Intelligence ANTi-Attack System” or simply “AIANTAS” that aspires to improve the detection rate of cybercriminals and lead to their faster arrest. The proposed antenna is evolved from the traditional quarter-wave monopole antenna. Two L-shaped strips were integrated on both sides of the quarter wave monopole antenna to enable double-band and triple-band frequency operation. The antenna exhibits moderate gain over the desired frequencies of operation. The proof-of-concept is validated with simulated results. The integration of L-strips opens a possibility to convert a single band monopole antenna into a double band or triple band antenna without much design complexity. Moreover, the independent tuning nature of the frequency bands in the proposed design enables us to conFigure the antenna at any desired frequency bands.","PeriodicalId":231379,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 9th International Conference on Information, Communication and Networks (ICICN)","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130047802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
