We completely test this claim on partitioning problem and on the performance of genetic search in a real problem that is finding aggregation tree in the sensor networks. The presented method (named Tendency algorithm) increases the performance of heuristic searches, and can be used in parallel with other tuning methods. A key change MEMS brings is the mechanic locomotion to physically move the embedded systems, which is usually actuated by a micro motor. However, classic motor driver and control cannot be used to drive the micro motor due to its tiny size and unique motor mechanisms. This paper presented a micro three-phase sinusoidal signal driver for micro brushless motor. The driver enables precise adjustment to the speed and output torque of the micro motor without any feedback. To explain the physical principles of the driver, we first analyze the compound Magnetic Motive Force (MMF) of three-phase sine-wave voltage. Then we describe the traditional way to drive the micro motor. After explaining the theoretical logic, we present the design details of the driver. After verifying the design with simulation, we implement the driver with physical circuits whose measured results are also shown. This paper presents a method that use dynamic reconfigurable intellectual property (IP) as the basic modules, implement the hardware reconfiguration of EVI by dynamically replaced those IP which components of the EVI system in read time. Embedded virtual instrument middleware (EVIM) is designed to implement the software reconfiguration of EVI by configure the driver Engine. Such systems need to not only support sharing of the resources in space, but also guarantee timely execution of the tasks. We present a novel online task placement algorithm under real-time constraints. The proposed algorithm uses a new metric to allocate tasks that makes tasks be placed densely, thereby, larger continuous free area remains. In order to solve this problem, a new scheme of quantization is proposed in this paper. According to the traits of the general embedded processors, an optimal quantization matrix is constructed, which realizes one-step quantization by substituting shift-operations for division-operations. Meanwhile, this scheme uses different quantization strategies in terms of the differences between the video blocks to be coded, and reduces the image quality loss caused by the unified quantization.
