For this reason, it is important for coffee entrepreneurs shop to have an entrepreneurial and innovation orientation. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation toward business continuity. This type of research is explanatory research using path analysis. The population of this research is coffee SMEs shop in Malang City who have started their business for at least two years. Respondent data comes from umkm.depkop.go.id with the keyword coffee shops and coffee shops, so that as many as 149 respondents were obtained. Based on the search, there are 132 coffee SMEs shops and coffee shops in Malang City that have been running the business for at least two years. The sample technique used is a saturated sample, so that all members of the population are sampled. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. In 2022 hundreds of cooperatives in Karangasem district will not carry out financial reporting which will have an impact on public confidence in the sustainability and security of cooperative financial conditions. The author aims to analyze empirically whether management, individual factors from the cooperative and the existence of supervisors can affect the quality of a financial report which will be an indicator of performance evaluation at the annual member meeting. Cooperatives in the sidemen sub-district of Bali province are used as research areas. The data was obtained directly from 30 respondents who are cooperative staff and come from ten active cooperatives in the sidemen area. Data collection was supported by a paper questionnaire and analyzed using the regression method. Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are key players, propelling the growth of creative cities. Among them, the furniture industry is prominent, despite a minor dip in 2022 exports. Notably, the United States accounts for 58.5% of Indonesian furniture exports and is the main export destination. This study employs the Five Porter Analysis to explore external factors influencing the furniture craft sector. The findings emphasize the importance of ensuring a stable supply of raw materials, aligning products with international preferences, promoting sustainable resource management, fostering innovation, and navigating international trade regulations. Government support is pivotal. The results demonstrate the need for a comprehensive strategy to sustain competitiveness. It calls for capacity building, market research, and global collaboration to strengthen Indonesia's position in the international market. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study at government agencies in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province that implements the Fraud Control Plan control tool. The results of this study that this government agencies has a good assessment in realizing the performance of Good Governance in the criteria of \"Sufficiently adequate\" in an indication of a reduction in fraud and an increase in employee performance in the organization. the important value of the presence of fraud control for agencies is the accountability of each attribute value reflects the transparency of each activity. Control of each agency is more controlled and positively directed and further minimizes the occurrence of fraud. The value that can be drawn from this research is the achievements that have been made optimally so that they can be properly maintained, and for elements that have not been fulfilled so that they can be corrected immediately in accordance with local government procedures and policies. This is so that goals can be achieved in an organization which HR actively participates in. Therefore, maximizing employees' contributions to the business's mission is crucial to maintain successful performance. In this study will conduct tests to clarify the role of servant leadership and work motivation in determining organizational commitment and work performance at PT. Telkom Access Denpasar. The sample for this study consisted of 45 respondents who were all permanent employees. With the use of the Smart-PLS program, the findings demonstrate that stronger servant leadership implementation can raise organizational commitment. In addition, it was found that employees who are motivated at work will increase their commitment to the organization. Work performance cannot be determined, either directly or indirectly, by the use of servant leadership. Other results are work motivation will rise achievement of work performance, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of organizational commitment. Many industrial sectors affected by digitalization. One of them is the banking industry. These changes occur as a result of the industrial revolution 4.0 or often called the digital era 4.0. This study aims to determine the role of mediators of perceptions of organizational support on banking industry employees on the effect of psychological empowerment on individual readiness to change. The sample used in this study was 149 banking industry employees, particularly those who worked as tellers and customer service. The findings indicated a notable impact of psychological empowerment on the individual readiness to embrace change (R2 = 0.206; Sig. = 0.000). When Perceived Organizational Support is added to the moderator variable, R2 coefficient increases to 0.258; Sig.0.000, which means that Perceived Organizational Support can moderated the relationship between psychological empowerment and individual readiness for change in Indonesia’s banking industry employees. The accountability of village funds is also beneficial for the sustainability of the local government development. This study tries to deconstruct the accountability of the village funds using samples from eight villages in Tempel district, Sleman regency, Special Province of DI. Yogyakarta. The village heads, village secretaries, members of the village management board, and village treasurers were selected as the main informant. The validity of the data was done by several tests, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Results indicate that the accountability of village fund management in the observed sample sites covers vertical accountability, horizontal accountability, social accountability and spiritual accountability. The research objective is to examine and analyze how natives' rights are construed legally on a national and international level, as well as how their protection can be used as a tool for participation in the enforcement of regional autonomy. It also aims to derive a conclusion regarding the role of natives’ rights in enforcing regional autonomy. Several methods such as statutory, conceptual, historical, case, and comparative approach are used in a form of normative legal research. Knowing visitors' views of pandemic risk can help develop an effective and efficient approach to increasing the volume of visits to Tanjung Lesung. This study investigates the link and impact of perceived risk (health and socio-psychological) and destination image (cognitive and affective images) on destination loyalty mediated by Tourist Satisfaction. This study used a quantitative methodology using non-probability purposive sampling to provide this analysis. The sample analyzed included people who visited Tanjung Lesung, and 150 respondents who fit these criteria were discovered. Using the SEM-PLS method, this investigation's significance level was 5%. The results indicate that perceived risk was found to influence satisfaction also destination loyalty; hence destination image was found not to have a significant influence.
