The approach used in this research is a descriptive and associative quantitative approach. The population in this study are all Regional Financial and Asset Agency Work Units within the scope of the North Sumatra Provincial Government. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique in the form of a Gform. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) software version 29.0. With a total of 120 respondents who filled out questionnaires via the Google form. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. For data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). In this study, the sample used was tourists who are domiciled in Solo Raya, with a population of tourists who have visited Tawangmangu in the past year. The results of the study show that destination brand familiarity mediates the relationship between destination brand authenticity and brand involvement on tourist loyalty. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bunas Finance Indonesia (BFI Finance) Cabang Makassar, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial variabel Kemampuan dan pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study uses quantitative research techniques and is an applied research. In accordance with the requirements of the Slovin formula, this study used up to 144 respondents from a sample of field workers. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination are the types of hypothesis testing used in the data analysis of this study. Data processing in this study used the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results obtained in this study explain that the employee performance variable has a positive effect on the creativity variable, and motivation on employee performance at PT PWI. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di kota Surakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan <em>non-probability sampling </em>dengan Teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kota Surakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan<em> Smart</em> PLS. Pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi <em>outer model </em>dan <em>inner model</em>. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the millennial generation who use the Food Delivery App. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. To conduct this research, researchers took as many as 160 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The questionnaire was created using a Likert scale format and processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This analysis process is carried out using the Smart PLS 3.2 application.
