The research method used is a quantitative survey method with descriptive and associative research types. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia as respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the sampling technique using the probability sampling method, namely the simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 46 respondents. The dependent variable is employee performance at PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia, while the independent variable is the work environment and employee work discipline. 摘要

本研究旨在确定印尼PT堀口工程公司的工作环境和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。使用的研究方法是定量调查方法,具有描述性和联想研究型。本研究采用原始资料,以印尼PT堀口工程公司员工为调查对象,发放问卷。本研究采用的抽样技术是采用概率抽样方法的抽样技术,即简单随机抽样技术,共抽样46人。因变量为PT Horiguchi Engineering Indonesia的员工绩效,自变量为工作环境和员工工作纪律。基于F检验,本研究的结果表明,工作环境和工作纪律对PT堀口工程印尼公司员工绩效有正向影响。关键词:工作环境,工作纪律,员工绩效
