The forest resources already became a kind of the short strategic resources in the Chinese sustainable development. Therefore, the problem of forest resources reserve is imminent. Forest resources' scarcity and particularity caused it have the nature which might stockpile. The forest resources reserve also has the trait of strategic, the security indemnificatory and the market reserve, its essence is the dynamic balanced disposition process of forest resources in the time and the space, and enables the forest resources dynamic to maintain the productivity condition. The direct goal of forest resources reserve is realize the natural supplies ability which the forest resources continue to survive, and achieve the state of \"the frontier forest\". The indirect goal of forest resources reserve is to safeguard the national territory ecological security and the economy security. As one renewable living resource, forest resources reserve is not only the quantity (scale) reserve, but should also include the adjustment of quality dimension. This paper first adopted the leagile supply chain, and compared the main characteristics of lean supply chain, agile supply chain and leagile supply chain. And then, this paper summarized the main advantages of leagile supply chain, and these advantages can improve the efficiency of supply chain, and weaken the \"bullwhip effect\" effectively. At last, according to need of manufacturing enterprises, this paper based on the main characteristics gave application of leagile supply chain in manufacturing industry. However, the evolutionary economics analysis has put forward the creative dimension of enterprise by accentuating the character of tacit knowledge and placing learning and competence in center of the enterprise notion. In the framework of evolutionary economics, two internal sources of enterprise technological resource creation are identified: learning process in organization and absorptive capacity related to R&D activity. Since the human visual perception to color visual signals has a limited sensitivity, any change below the visibility threshold cannot be detected by human eyes. We therefore propose a new color JND estimator to incorporate into the design of the perceptual JPEG2000 coder. Without introducing the perceptual distortion into input signals, the dynamic range of input signals in each color component of the color image is reduced to increase the compression performance. Modern processors contain multiple cores which provide tremendous compute power, and each core has a SIMD processing unit. This paper reviews the traditional Chinese Word Segmentation based on dictionary query and the research on exploiting SIMD capacity of processors to improve the performance of linear search. Using SIMD has two performance benefits: one is that it can provide high parallelism, the other is to reduce the branch mis-predictions. Then we proposed a new method, which use SIMD based K-ary search algorithm to improve the performance of Chinese Word Segmentation. The SIMD based approach can accelerate the linear search process by doing 4 compare operations at one time.
