Melanoma, also known as malignant melanoma, is the most lethal form of skin cancer and responsible for 75% of skin cancer deaths, despite being the least common skin cancer. The best way to combat that is trying to identify it as early as possible and treat it with minor surgery. In this paper, I systematically study melanoma and notice that using deeper, wider and higher resolution convolutional neural networks can obtain better performance. Based on these observations, I propose an automated melanoma detection model by analysis of skin lesion images using EfficientNet-B6, which can capture more fine- grained features. The experimental evaluations on a large publicly available dataset ISIC 2020 Challenge Dataset, which is generated by the International Skin Imaging Collaboration and images of it are from several primary medical sources, have demonstrated state-of-the-art classification performance compared with prior popular melanoma classifiers on the same dataset.","PeriodicalId":229425,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics and Computer Engineering (ICCECE)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123599265","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to detect fatigue driving, the application based on driver’s physiological characteristics have been presented and investigated. However, the existing methods are usually contacting and the detection environment is singular. The accuracy under face occlusion is always low and some fatigue recognition indicators are missing. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of fatigue driving detection based on Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar. An millimeter wave(mmWave) AWR1642 radar sensor was chosen, and the platform of fatigue driving detection was designed and built. Respiration and heartbeat signals were acquired, separated and preprocessed. In addition, logistics regression was utilized in the fatigue driving judgment algorithm. Multiple indicators of heart rate frequency, respiration frequency, heart rate amplitude and respiration amplitude were fused. The results showed that the accuracy of determining driving fatigue was up to S5%. Our proposed method realizes the accurate non-contacting detection of respiration and heartbeat signals of human beings. It provides all-weather and multi-index measurement, which is suitable to most driving environments.","PeriodicalId":229425,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics and Computer Engineering (ICCECE)","volume":"455 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116768308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, similar to most of traditional algorithms, the proposal of SVM is based on an assumption that the dataset is nearly balanced, and when SVM is applied in imbalanced dataset, the result may be bias towards majority class which leads to poor performance. To solve this problem, a new cost-sensitive SVM algorithm based on samples density are proposed in this paper. In the proposed algorithm, samples’ weights are depended on sample density estimated from Kernel Density Estimation(KDE) method, and furthermore, the samples’ weights are modified to enlarge the weights of border samples and reduce the weights of noise samples based on Support Vector Data Description(SVDD) algorithm. The experiments result shows that the proposed algorithm could achieve satisfactory performance.","PeriodicalId":229425,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics and Computer Engineering (ICCECE)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126139222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Flow correlation is a common technique for deanonymization attacks, but most related works currently are based on statistical learning models, thus suffering from burdensome artificial feature engineering. In this paper, we design a novel deep learning model AttCorr for flow correlation attacks on Tor. AttCorr takes the raw traffic features of flow pair as input, including packet sizes, flow directions and inter-packet delays, and uses the multi-head attention mechanism to capture the flow information involved in features and the complex nature of noise in Tor. Experiment results show that AttCorr achieves the same level of accuracy as the stateof-the art method of DeepCorr with lower complexity, simpler feature processing and better interpretability.","PeriodicalId":229425,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics and Computer Engineering (ICCECE)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128155971","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, because of the diversity and uncertainty of gestures in time and space, and the complex deformable body of the human hands, it finally leads to the low recognition rate of dynamic gesture recognition in real scenes. Aiming at the difficulty of hand feature recognition and positioning, and the interference problem of unconstrained environment, this paper proposes a lightweight neural network based on distillation collaborative training for dynamic gesture recognition. This method uses knowledge distillation to train the deep network and the lightweight network together to improve the recognition performance of the lightweight neural network. At the same time, LSTM is used to improve the network's recognition rate of dynamic gestures of different durations in real scenes.
