Its vertical polarization and horizontal polarization ports both use standard waveguide dimensions. The size of the branch end waveguide interface (straight or coupling) is $a_{11}=15.799mm, b_{11}=7.898mm$ (BJ140), and the common waveguide uses a circular waveguide with a radius of $R_{1}=8mm$. In order to simplify the structure and avoid the use of power combining structure at the coupling port, the physical three-port design of a single branch waveguide is adopted, and the multi-section conversion of the straight-through port and the coupling port screw tuning are adopted. Its VSWR is less than 1.4 while working in the Ku-band (12-15.7GHz). Besides, its fractional bandwidth reached 26.7% and achieving a broadband effect. In order to make full use of the information of characters and words in the text to improve the effect of CMNER, this paper proposes a recognition model based on character-based BiLSTM-CRF, which integrates lexicon and character features. Firstly, in order to make full use of the information of words and word sequence in the text, the C-ExSoftword method is proposed to integrate the lexicon into the model. According to the similarity of Chinese character glyph and morphologically related forms in the field of Chinese medicine, this paper takes the four-corner coding as the character glyph features of Chinese characters, and extracts the morphological features of each word by using the improved Bidirectional Maximum Matching (BDMM) algorithm. Chinese character glyph features and morphological features are integrated into each character vector. Through the analysis of the cluster analysis results, the characteristics of the distribution of student performance in each cluster category are refined, which provides a reference for teachers in project grouping and personalized teaching in the “project-driven” mode of teaching. At the same time, according to the visual analysis of the clustering effect in different clustering categories based on the performance of a single subject, the importance of courses can be predicted. Important courses can appropriately increase teachers or class hours. This process has also slowly promoted the spring up of the Internet of things (IOT). which can collect more information from more edge devices. Thanks to the increasing amount of data that can be collected, machine learning (ML) technology can make existing applications more intelligent and analyze more complex situations. This article reviews the existing popular methods developed in vehicles, consumer electronics products and smart transportation to assess driver state, detect the driver’s environment, as well as vehicle performance, and propose a hybrid driver state monitoring system model. Previous work on measuring the values of co-purchase recommendation links lack of consideration about exogenous attributes of products or their sample are subjectively set the degree of product involvement. The purpose of this paper is to infer values of recommendation links of co-purchase network based on the implicit exogenous product involvement. The statistics network inference model, Exponential random graph models (ERGM) is exploited to analyze the effects of product involvement, recommendation links, and in-coming effect. Intracerebral hemorrhage is one of the most common brain diseases which would induce secondary cerebral ischemia. The electrical impedance tomography technique provides an alternative for continuous monitoring of brain damage. However, the reconstructed image is unsatisfactory in the reconstruction of hemorrhage accompanied by secondary ischemia. In this paper, to improve the reconstructed image, a novel superimposed imaging method is proposed for simultaneous reconstruction of hemorrhage and ischemia in the frontal lobe. Both qualitative and quantitative results indicate that the proposed method is advantageous in reconstructing simultaneous hemorrhage and secondary ischemia. In previous studies, many scholars have proposed dimensionality reduction algorithms for various data types, such as Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Facet Analysis (FA), Isometric Feature Maps (Isomap, using for manifold analysis), Local Linear Embedding (LLE), and Laplacian feature maps (Laplacian Eigenmaps). Most of these algorithms do not need to set parameters, and it has been obtained during the experiment that the selection of parameters has no visual analysis effect on the dataset in this experiment, and should be determined according to the feature of the dataset. Large volume of data normally required low-security requirements can be stored in Interplanetary Filesystem (IPFS) to make data decentralized. The sensing part is composed of a section of single-mode fiber(SMF) that is almost etched to the core, which cascaded with the FBG and connected to the Saganc fiber ring structure. The experimental results show that the refractive index sensitivity of the sensor is 1787. 4nm/RIU, and its linearity is 98.95%. The sensor has high sensitivity, good linearity and high stability, and has a good application prospect..
