The reason is that the voltage, current and phase difference cannot be directly obtained. In order to overcome the problem that the traditional electric energy metering device cannot directly measure the electric energy of high-voltage transmission lines, this paper proposes a noncontact method to obtain the voltage phase of high-voltage transmission lines based on the field coupling method, and uses the open-ended current transformer to obtain the effective value and current phase of the current.
