Abstract

The energy metering of high-voltage transmission lines usually adopts voltage transformer PT to reduce the voltage, and then combines with current transformer CT on the secondary terminal. The reason is that the voltage, current and phase difference cannot be directly obtained. In order to overcome the problem that the traditional electric energy metering device cannot directly measure the electric energy of high-voltage transmission lines, this paper proposes a noncontact method to obtain the voltage phase of high-voltage transmission lines based on the field coupling method, and uses the open-ended current transformer to obtain the effective value and current phase of the current. The practical test shows that the electric energy metering device is easy to use, low cost, stable and reliable, and can meet the direct measurement of electric energy of high-voltage transmission lines.
基于电场耦合法的高压输电线路电能在线计量装置的研究与设计
高压输电线路的电能计量通常采用电压互感器PT降低电压,再在二次端结合电流互感器CT。原因是不能直接得到电压、电流和相位差。为了克服传统电能计量装置不能直接测量高压输电线路电能的问题,本文提出了一种基于场耦合法的非接触式获取高压输电线路电压相位的方法,采用开放式电流互感器获取电流的有效值和电流相位。实际测试表明,该电能计量装置使用方便、成本低、稳定可靠,可满足高压输电线路电能的直接计量。
