Analyzing systems containing these magnetic cores is complex due to the nonlinear behavior of the magnetic material. This nonlinear behavior can be represented by the magnetization curve and by the hysteresis phenomenon curve. In this work, only magnetization curve is modelled and shows flow variations by varying the magnetic field. For higher values of magnetic field, there is not a present considerable variation of magnetic flux. At this stage, the magnetic material or the core reaches its saturation. In this work, simple mathematical models represent nonlinear behavior of magnetic material in order to be used in circuit simulation and inductor design. Linearized, polynomial and hyperbolic models are used. The linearized model approaches experimental BH curve for linear segments. The polynomial model approaches the curve by polynomial equation and the hyperbolic model approaches the curve using a hyperbolic equation. For models implementation is needed the experimental BH curve. An RL circuit is used. Equations of the electric circuit, magnetic flux and the material model are coupled and solved. Most aspects of the life of each individual have been influenced by this technological revolution. Education is not indifferent to this reality, since a number of tools and applications have been created which seek to improve the learning process. However, these educational technologies do not adapt to the way each student likes to learn. To solve this problem, this paper implements OPPIA, a multi-model educational platform, which offers three models: self-learning, tutoring learning and collaborative learning. Each student can choose the way they want to learn to obtain learning resources that reinforce their knowledge. The ECG signals are commonly accompanied by different types of noise, that can lead to a difficult and imprecise computational process to diagnose heart diseases. In this paper, we propose the Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KPCA) method, usually used in image denoising, for minimizing the noise presented in ECG signals. The aim is to present a high-performance ECG signal denoising process. We also include a denoising benchmark among Discrete Wavelet Transform, Principal Component Analysis, and KPCA methods. Physionet database was used and the accuracy was realized with the Mean Squared Error (MSE) metric. In order to accomplish this purpose, the integration of traditional IT standards and good practices such as COBIT, PMI-PMBOK, ITIL and NIST have been merged. Hereby, COBIT has been applied to align management with the enterprise strategy, PMI-PMBOK for project management, and ITIL for the support and maintenance of ICS services. In this respect, NIST-SP 800-82 has been used as a Guide to ICS Security. Prior to its implementation, we performed an evaluation and selection of a group of tools of these frameworks. Furthermore, they have been used effectively in the operational management of the information security in real cases. Among the main obtained benefits, we were able to reduce incidents and accomplished a holistic management. In case of environmental monitoring systems, being low power design a big challenge, reducing activation periods is a recurrent technique to reduce power so response time of sensors should be evaluated to accomplish this goal. In this article, a hardware-software monitoring system is proposed to evaluate the response time of two pH sensors based on different technologies to compare and verify theoretical behavior and also to test the changes produced when other factors such as temperature or simultaneous measurements occur during the process. The sensors employed were a glass electrode from Atlas Scientific and an ISFET from WINSENSE in addition to a NTC temperature sensor. The response time was measured from readout circuit activation and probed in two different scenarios when both are in the same or in different containers. Results show that ISFET has an impressive response time, less than 3s, while the other one has almost 30s. Battery technology in mobile phones has not sufficiently evolved to offer continuous device use throughout the day. Most smartphones today need to be charged at least twice a day. To improve the user experience with the battery life of a smartphone, we look at both active and idle power consumption of smartphones. Then we discuss a strategy to improve the perception of battery life using a low-power solar energy harvesting system that focuses on supporting the energy consumption of a smartphone in the standby/idle mode. As filtering method, UFMC (universal filtered multicarrier), FBMC (filter bank multicarrier) and f-OFDM (filtered orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) waveforms are the potential candidates for a new waveform for 5G system. Another possible approach is to use the windowing in the conventional CP-OFDM system in order to reduce the OOB power spectrum. W-OFDM (window orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) is typical and show comparable performance. Each approach has some advantages and disadvantages together. The best OOB reduction performance can be shown in FBMC system. However, FBMC system is the most complicated and cannot support the general M-QAM (M-ary quadrature amplitude modulation) format. So, it is very important to design a novel OFDM-based waveform that has the similar OOB power spectrum to the FBMC and support the general M-QAM modulation as well. In this paper, we like to propose a WF-OFDM System for the 5G and 5G beyond mobile system waveform design. This WF-OFDM system uses a combination method of the filtering and windowing to get the synergy effect, so that the spectrum efficiency may be increased by reducing the OOB (out-of-band) power spectrum. 4 kinds of WF-OFDM systems are devised depending on the filtering and windowing positions for the OOB performance improvement. Simulations results show that the proposed WF-OFDM system has comparable or better OOB spectrum reduction characteristics to FBMC system. For this end, a closed-form expression of the beampattern $mathcal{B}(r)=sumnolimits_{k,q}w(k,q,r)x(k,q,r)$ with r = r(θ), was derived. This expression is computationally simulated through an algorithm that includes integer-order Bessel input functions and random noise. The 4M+N model parameters provided by the Dirac-Delta method are extracted by using a Monte-Carlo-like step which selects the best values for B(r) minimizing the Monte-Carlo error for Δθ = 0.5% for the case of beam response of θ0=30 degrees.
