We use the ISO-27002/2013 standard and the Mexican equivalent NMX-I27002.NYCE-2009 as basis to follow. The standards stablish fourteen controls: human factors, technological, process, and legal controls. The organization must choose adequate controls for it, then It can use the ”Minimal Distance Method to the ideal” to evaluate its Informatics Security. The method allows customize an ideal point for n parameters to evaluate and each organization can define its own ideal point to reach.","PeriodicalId":229086,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE XXIV International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computing (INTERCON)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123874505","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of social-productive projects within the framework of the National Strategy of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion is to generate economic opportunities for rural households living in poverty and extreme poverty. The key processes to achieve these national strategic objectives are related to the management of portfolios and projects at all stages. The key information of these processes is that related to budget, expenditure authorizations, accountability, liquidation and financial records since it allows evaluating the efficiency of the obtained management results. There are serious limitations during the transmission of information in real time generating bottlenecks in the respective processes. This paper presents the development and application of mixed distributed software architectures to improve the flow and exchange of key information of social-productive projects in the Peruvian territory. A comparison is made of the developed mixed architectures, the monolithic architecture with SOA services and the microservices architecture as a REST API on Cloud. The mixed distributed software architecture satisfies the need to interoperate legacy systems with a monolithic web application and SOA services however also is required satisfies the need to support high peaks of requests in certain processes where microservices deployed on the Cloud are the best choice. The performance tests results obtained on both architectures are presented, allowing a performance comparison of monolithic architecture and microservice architecture. The paper allow to evaluate at high technical level the benefits and challenges that agencies government can face when implement monolithic web applications and microservices on cloud related to execution perfomance and development team management.","PeriodicalId":229086,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE XXIV International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computing (INTERCON)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116636410","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different machine learning methods such as multiclass classifiers, one-vs-all and ensemble nested dichotomies were applied to this task and, in most of the cases, multiclass approaches were used. In this paper, we compare classifiers organized in tree structures to classify folds. We used a benchmark dataset containing 125 features to predict folds, comparing different supervised methods and achieving 54% of accuracy. An approach related to tree-structure of classifiers obtained better results in comparison with a hierarchical approach.","PeriodicalId":229086,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE XXIV International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computing (INTERCON)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117172807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite of the fact that the simulation topics might be relevant, most of them are not explicitly proposed as an independent course. For example in physics program the simulation has been part of the cap stone project and last year courses. The idea fundamental of making a computational simulation is that of anticipating the expected results of experiments, or also to test theoretical formalisms by which is expected novel results. In this paper, we analyze the capabilities of the simulation in courses like antennas which is a course of third and fourth year of the program of electrical engineering. Indeed, we provide through one example that the combination of new theories and simulation can provide novel techniques applied to nanomedicine inside the program of biomedical engineering.","PeriodicalId":229086,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE XXIV International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computing (INTERCON)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125957811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The first control system stabilizes such a position using an IO (Integer Order) compensator, while the second employs a FO (Fractional Order) one. The latter compensator uses the structure (the transfer function) of the former. That is, to obtain the FO compensator from the IO compensator, we need to make fractional all s operators of the transfer function representing the IO compensator. Therefore, we require to replace the Laplace operator s by sα, where α is a fractional number between 0 and 1. Experimental results obtained with the implementation of both feedback control systems demonstrated that the steady–state error, the settling time and the overshoot of the controlled output were reduced (improved) by the FO control system.","PeriodicalId":229086,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE XXIV International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computing (INTERCON)","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126034080","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This work presents a comparison between the results obtained by filtering an EEG signal recorded during an 8 minute foreign language class on 69 asymptomatic volunteers using Wavelet Symlets (sym2 - sym10) and Daubechies (db2 - db10). The EEG signals were divided into four sub-bands and an energy, frequency and time analysis was performed. The results obtained show that the filters respond in a different but not significant way. For the identification of the appropriate mother Wavelet for each scope of analysis, its similarity was considered with the average value of Symlets (sym2 - sym10) and this process was replicated for db Wavelets. Considering the energy of the EEG signals, the db4 filter had a higher presence in 5 electrodes in the Alpha and Delta frequency bands. In the frequency domain, the db5 family has a presence in 12 electrodes in the Beta, Alpha and Delta frequency bands. Regarding time, the sym9 filter has a higher presence in 4 electrodes in the Beta, Theta and Delta frequency bands. The purpose of this work is to provide more information for the proper choice of a mother Wavelet in the EEG signal analysis in asymptomatic volunteers.","PeriodicalId":229086,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE XXIV International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computing (INTERCON)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114155992","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
