Group A was given the drug Kantakari ghrita in a dose of 5 g twice a day after meals with Koshna jala and Group b was given the drug Vidaryadi ghrita in a dose of 5 g twice a day after meals with Koshna jala. Both the groups were evaluated on the basis of Clinical as well as Laboratorial parameters. Follow up was taken up to 21 days and then after statistical analysis was done. Statistical analysis reveals that sign and symptoms like Ura shoola, Udar shoola, Shira shoola, Swarbheda, Swar ksheenata, Mukha shushkata, Shushka Kasan, Vega prasaktata etc are relieved much better in both the groups. No Adverse Drug Reaction or Toxicity signs have been observed which indicates proper preparation of drugs. Significant decrease was observed in ESR, TLC and Eosinophil count after treatment. Rest laboratorial parameters remained same however Polymorph count is significantly increased after treatment due to significant decrease in Eosinophil count.Kantakari ghrita and Vidaryadi ghrita were prepared accordingly to the textual reference in Samhita.. Analytical study was performed as per given in the book ‘ Pharmacopeial Standards for Ayurvedic Formulations’ by CCRAS and with reference of previous work don Other findings of general quantitive analysis were as per the limits and as per specifications. The experiment clearly concludes that Kantakari ghrita and Vidaryadi ghrita could be a remedy for Vataj Kasa without causing any Adverse Drug Reactions and may prove itself as a strong solution for unanswered infections. It also indicates that Vidaryadi ghrita be remedy for pulmonary Eosinophilia as this can be considered under vataj Kasa.","PeriodicalId":228982,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Bio Innovation","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123770350","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Till date so many studies have been done for elaboration of fundamental principles like Tridosha, Dhatu, Strotas, Agni, Oja, Ama etc. No any rewarding work has been done on Panchamahabhuta siddhant and it is a still stalemate for us. In this perception present attempt is enlightened on clinical application and its importance in Ayurveda. Here emphasis has been given on evolution of Panchamahabhuta, its relation with other fundamentals like Dosha (humours), Rasa (tastes), garbhotpatti (embryonic development), The creation of garbha in the garbhashyaby the permutation of Shukra and Artava with atma is known asgarbha. So this process is known as garbhadhana. It is mainly explained by Acharya Charak, According to himthere are six factor i.e. matrujadi shad bhava which are helps in the formation of garbha and development ofangapratyangas. Other than these six bhavas there are shaddhatwatmaka bhavas i.e.akashaja, vayaviya, agneyajalaiya, parthiva, and atmaja have the influence on the constitution of the body. Ensuing the vicious circle of dental fear comes detrimental outcomes in quality of life. Despite the wide range of knowledge concerning the environmental factors that contribute to the acquisition of dental fear and anxiety, the prevalence has not decreased, giving researchers the possibility to highlight other concomitant etiological factors. The possible hereditary or genetic component is most recently being explored, although facing tremendous dynamical elements to substantially delineate its role. The purpose of this review was to explore, reflect and call attention to the current knowledge of the genetic involvement of dental treatment fear and anxiety. Although findings mostly stress the relation between dental fear to other phenotypes giving rise to individual vulnerability, there are studies disclosing suggestive heritability rates for dental fear and anxiety.","PeriodicalId":228982,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Bio Innovation","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122901308","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this end, this study was aimed at investigating the morphology and number of bones on the axial skeleton of the West African Giraffe ( Giraffa Camelopardalis peralta ). Two (2) adults obtained as carcass at different times after post-mortem examination were used. Bone preparation was achieved via cold water maceration after proper defleshing to reveal morphological features that showed differences and similarities to domesticated animal species. The skull presented unique and specific features peculiar to this mammal such as a highly convex dorsal surface of the frontal bone, spiral shaped superficial grooves radiating from the supraorbital foramen, short nasal bone with its valley shaped double pronged rostral projection and large irregular shaped frontal sinuses. The parietal bone was unpaired and caudally situated while the interparietal bone was absent. The Vertebral segments presented a formula C7 T14 L5 S4 C15-18. Evidence of neck lengthening was observed in the obvious elongated appearance of the cervical vertebra which resulted in the presence of peculiar features and absence of recognized features. The average total number of bones making up the axial skeleton was accounted to be 82. In conclusion, this study has provided a baseline data for further biological and archeological studies.","PeriodicalId":228982,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Bio Innovation","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125751480","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
