Worldwide, accreditation is gaining popularity as an effective mechanism for external assessment of healthcare quality. It is considered a method to address the issue of healthcare quality and safety. Accreditation is the independent and systematic assessment of a hospital against defined standards and recognition of a certain level of achievements of those standards by an external body. It is a process of certifying the credibility of an organization. In healthcare, accreditation recognizes and certifies the capability of a healthcare organization in delivering an acceptable standard of healthcare services, which is based upon excellent and safe practices. In this study, healthcare professionals' attitude toward quality accreditation is examined to know about their accountability. Total of 604 healthcare professionals such as; consultant physicians/surgeons, duty doctors, nursing staff, paramedical staff/allied healthcare staff, hospital administrators/managers, others (housekeeping in-charge/blue collar employees and healthcare academicians from public, private and run by Trust located in the North and Central India were randomly chosen. Through the application of factor analysis two components are explored, i.e., service quality and adaptability. Therefore, the banking and insurance industries offer a large platform for those customers who have faith in these sectors and are prepared to invest by buying policies or other alternatives for the various utilities, consumers eager to invest, and consumers based on their needs, offer by industry and decision. By purchasing life insurance, people can safeguard their families financial future in the event of their own untimely passing. Life insurance plays a crucial role in the financial security of a significant portion of society because of the lack of access to formal financial markets and the lack of knowledge and financial literacy. Particularly crucial are the rural and less affluent segments of society. Moreover, the focus on the skill element in the ‘being implemented’ policy further accentuates the need and role of management education across various disciplines irrespective of whether already existing or thought off in the years to come depending upon the shape and character of the Indian Economy supposed to lead the world in a way where predictions are a bit difficult. The current situation is like ‘Amrit Manthan’ and this will take some time before things settle down to pave way for a clearer path to such an issue! But then, as it is well known across academic and industry peers, no other education is complete without management education. This is so because two important ingredients: resources and the environment, have no alternatives. They will remain forever and will keep playing a vital role towards maintaining what we intend to call ‘Grey’ shade of Management Education. This article covers some very basic issues that may help us understand the colour ‘Grey’, synonymous with the extensive coverage and maturity that we all envisage in our country of multiple colours. SIDBI, NITI Aayog, and the WorldBank work together to make SF available to businesses of all sizes, from Microenterprises to Multinational conglomerates.Financial instruments such as climate funds, green bonds, impact financing, social bonds, microfinance, the SIDBI SF Schemefor funding, NABARD, and Make in India are the most important sources of sustainable financing for Small and Mediumsizedbusinesses enterprises (MSME). As part of its commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by the year 2070, Indiahas several MSMEs and SMEs involved in the Projects of solar power plants; renewable energy; green machinery; wastemanagement; electric vehicles (EV); clean energy; recycling; poverty alleviation; and energy conservation. As a way tohelp the green economy flourish and to satisfy the sustainable development goals (SDGs) and ESG (Economic, Social, andEnvironmental) fundraising requirements, the RBI has determined that eco-friendly and environmentally friendly initiativesshould be prioritized for priority sector lending (PSL). This article analyzes financial mechanics for green production andsustainable development using theoretical notions. In order to achieve our goals in this paper we have measured the ratios of ROE, ROA applying the DuPont analyses, which have been demonstrated with the aim of tables to show the change periodically. DuPont analysis (ROI and ROE)) is an important tool for judging the operating financial performance. It is an indication of the earning power of the firm.DuPont Model, which is based on analysis of Return on Equity (ROE) & Return on Investment (ROI). The return on equity disaggregates performance into three components: Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover, and the Equity Multiplier. Return on Investment consists of Assets Turnover and Profit Margin. The return on investment consists of Assets Turnover (Operating Income X Total Assets) and Profit Margin (EBIT X Operating Income).In conclusion, ROE & ROI is the most comprehensive measure of profitability of a firm.
