Body language is a significant aspect of modern communications and relationships. Appearance at workplace has been a debatable topic whether it affects the productivity or not. Right body language and appearance of a person helps in making positive interpersonal relationships at workplace which foster a healthy environment and thus enhances the performance of employees which results in better productivity. This research is aimed at examining the importance of body language and appearance on interpersonal relationships at workplace.
