Among many elements, the present study focused on the flight crew's expertise as a crucial factor that could influence their fatigue. The purpose of the study was to demonstrate whether long-haul flights cause fatigue and to examine whether this symptom differed between low- and high-experienced flight crews. A total of 62 Korean flight crews were informed to perform a five-minute psychomotor vigilance task twice each before and after the flight to measure objective fatigue level. Also, they were asked to indicate current flight experience to identify their expertise. Results revealed that fatigue was significantly increased after the flight compared to before the flight but this increase was significant for flight crews with low expertise not for flight crews with high expertise. NOSS was developed to be applied to the air traffic control field according to the concept of Line Operation Safety Audit (LOSA) conducted by airlines to reduce human errors in the cockpits. Safety management based on data is crucial for the prevention of control-related accidents, and the competency of observers for this is important for the successful implementation of NOSS. However, It was not possible to clarify the factors that facilitate and inhibit the level of just culture for the formation of just culture. This study was conducted to help improve the level of the organization’s just culture by specifically identifying factors that facilitate and inhibit the impact on the level of the just culture. Comparative economic efficiency of PAVs is measured to compare each PAV. Specification and sales price of the PAVs are open to the public. BlackFly, Transition and Aeromobil 3.0 have competitive power in flying range, purchasing cost, and operational cost. Lift & cruise configuration and vectored thrust configuration PAVs are designed by many companies nowadays, and BlackFly which can be considered to be lift & cruise configuration is one of the most efficient PAVs. High battery price does not help multi-copter shaped PAVs to have economic efficiency. Aerodynamic wing, eVTOL, and low sale price are needed for PAVs to ride a wave of public interest as a new personal mobility. Under the conditions, the PAV can fly at downtown and can be purchased by people at large.
