For study, the scale developed by Lockwood Penelope and others validated and developed to measure the regulatory focus was adapted to suit the aviation scene and examined through this. As a result of the study, among the sub-variables of the regulatory focus scale, the promotion focus had a statistically significant and positive effect on the adaptative performance. and derived that the prevention focus had a statistically significant negative effect on the adaptative performance. In order to examine the moderating effect of organizational commitment in the relationship between regulatory focus and adaptative performance, the results of hierarchical regression analysis were conducted after controlling the rank, back-ground, and career. Organizational commitment showed a statistically significant positive moderating effect in the relationship of adaptative performance. Low level wind shears, which are caused by rapid changes in wind direction and wind speed, pose a threat to aircraft safety and also cause abnormal situations, such as aircraft go-around, diversion, and cancellation. Many meteorological studies have been conducted on weather patterns, occurrence periods and frequency of low level wind shears. However, researches related to aircraft operations are limited where here we study the similarities and differences between strong southwest winds and bidirectional tailwind type low level wind shears based on aircraft go-around cases at Jeju International Airport. First, this study tried to find out the influence of instructor’s leader trust to student pilot. Second, this study also tried to investigate the influence of student pilot’s psychological stability from leader trust. Third, this study tried to prove the mediation effect of leader trust between flight instructor’s transformation leadership and the student pilot psychological stability. The result of empirical research are as follows. First, the result of the verification of the relationship between transformative leadership and trust of leader showed that transformative leadership has a positive (+) influence to trust of leader. Second, the result of verification between leader trust and psychological stability relationship showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Third, the result of verification between transformative leadership and psychological stability showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Vertical Takeoff and Landing Sites, Vertiports, are important factors for the successful introduction of UAM, along with the resolution of air traffic control (ATC), air security, and noise problems. However, there are no domestic or international installation standards and guidelines yet. Therefore, in this study, installation standards were prepared by referring to domestic and international case studies, ICAO standards, and MIT research papers. The study proposes to establish standards for Final Approach and Takeoff Area (FATO) as 1.5D, 1D for Touchdown and Lift-Off Area (TLOF), and 1.5D for Safety Area (SA). This study aims to analyze the determinants of the commercial airline pilot competencies during the transition course. To this purpose, one-year training evaluation results of 215 new airline pilots in the JET transition course of Company K in 2019 are studied with correlation coefficient analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Undergraduate major and Uljin-trained pilots show higher final-stage scores in PROC, AUTO, and CRM. Due to Uljin-trained pilots’ higher first-stage scores, their score increase during the course is limited. Uljin-trained pilots’ MANUAL scores in the final stage are lower than those of undergraduate major and overseas-trained pilots. Influence of trained location is found greater than English competency, undergraduate GPA, and ground school scores on commercial airline pilot competency evaluation scores during the program. Independent variables were GDP per capita, capital distance between countries, country area data and number of airports. In addition, it reflected whether it is a landlocked country and whether it has joined the OECD, APEC and ASEAN+3. According to the results of the analysis, it was found that the air cargo trade pattern in Korea is proportional to GDP per capita, and the scale increases as the distance is closer. In addition, the national area and the airport capital acted as a factor in increasing air transport trade. However, whether a country is a landlocked country did not show significant results in terms of trade, exports, and imports. Therefore, flight instructors must have academic knowledge and flight skills. As flight instructors are the first teacher in flight training for students who have never experienced actual flight control, the behavior of flight instructors will affect the students’ flight education. Therefore, the influence of flight instructors for students are quite large compared to other educational institutions. In this study, the factors of instructional behavior were determined, and the actual state of instructional behavior of flight instructors were confirmed through students’ survey. Improvements were derived to solve the problems identified in the survey results. Currently, Korea is subject to experimental special certification for UAS(Unmanned Aircraft Systems) exceeding 150 kg of its own weight, but detailed guidelines need to be prepared on how to prove that they can be operated safely in a limited range. Recently, Korea Airworthiness Standard(KAS) Part 21 has been revised to reflect this, but it needs to be supplemented. And this is conducted on cabin crew members in airlines with autonomy based on image making standards and a total of 109 copies are used for final analysis. First, the image-making autonomy show significant positive (+) influence on all of the sub-factors of job enthusiasm such as job vitality, job commitment, and job commitment. Second, all sub-factors of job enthusiasm, job vitality, job commitment and job commitment show a significant positive (+) influence on service performance. Third, service performance show a significant positive (+) influence relationship on organizational performance.
